Very good hotel. Excellent location. The lobby is quite busy, xq there are events almost every day. Very comfortable rooms, I touched one with a balcony on the 1st floor and was really spacious and comfortable. The fridge is pretty full, but without alcohol drinks. It also has espresso machine and kettle, electric, in room, of courtesy. Very good daily cleaning service. The room service is fast, with very good options that are delicious, both entries, as the main dishes, and desserts. The juice pins. The staff in general is very friendly. It has a swimming pool and sauna on the top floor, with an amazing view of Pajuçara, and surrounding areas. They have a bar next to the swimming pool where you can order drinks, petiscos, sandwiches, juices, smoothies and what you wish to spend a good time. The restaurant has excellent options for dinner or lunch. If it rains, give you an umbrella to go out. There are also taxis available permanently on the door. In summary an excellent hotel, to rest, to do business, or to have a good time.

Very good service from the check in, are in all the details, one that I found very good as they take into account the need of the guest is that you can have a breakfast between 3 and 6 in the morning in the lobby of the hotel thinking of those who leave the excursion very Early, but you can take it between 6 and 10HS and is exquisite and super complete, the atmosphere is very quiet, I recommend.

The restaurant Le Premier has a varied menu and with suggestions from the chef who are happy to try, the breakfasts are the most complete and varied that I have Seen. There is also a currency exchange House. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommended!

We had an excellent stay. I know the quality of Best Western and when I knew I had a hotel in Maceió, I did not hesitate to book. And once more I found that the service is excellent. In this case: very good breakfasts. A room with a bed fantastic. A privileged location facing the sea, on the beach of Pajuçara and the warmth, friendliness and professionalism of its staff. All that makes what to recommend and want to come back.

The hotel is good, however not excellent. The rooms are in great condition, very clean and comfortable. Also, there are very useful toilet items, such as a kit with stuff for women. The attendants are very polite and helpful. However, the breakfast at the hotel is not the best that I have had due to the presence of flies.

This was one of the best experiences I have had traveling throughout Brazil, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. The hotel was immaculate, and the staff was professional and courteous. The daily breakfast buffet was as good as any 5-star restaurant in terms of freshness, quality, variety, and service. The value I received for what I paid for my room (which I upgraded to a suite) was the best value-to-price ratio I have had anywhere in my travels throughout the Americas and Europe. The location is absolutely ideal with access to beaches, recreation, and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and wouldn't even consider another hotel on my next trip to Maceio.

Very nice hotel, in the most beautiful area of Maceió. All the services are close by and same The hotel has a very good restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and very nice decorated. The only bad thing is that the beach opposite is full of fishermen and is full of boats and very dirty, many algae, although I think that must be a problem of the whole city. It is a very recommendable hotel, to come back.

I highlight the cleanliness, the attention to offer guests welcome drink, 2 bottles of water daily and courtesy of chocolates every night, are gestures that gratify and show their concern for the wellbeing of those who stay here.
I recommend the place and without a doubt I would return again.

We stayed in Radisson Maceio in November 2009 and had a wonderful experience. Good expresso to welcome the guests, beautiful surroundings, great food, superb breakfast, a delightful stay! Seriously recommended.
