Great location The downside is that of the 3 elevators, do not make 1, very bad walk. The pool closes at 21, ie you can not even go to sit next to drink something. There were 3 of us, and there were days in Q left 2 towels and sometimes 3.

This is a nice hotel, modern, but has some things that I liked. It has 2 elevators and 1 broke down several times, in one of those my son with other people were locked between two floors. The latter was terribly hard! Took a long sleep in him. Zip!. I cleaned the room every day if you want. The staff is friendly.

The service is not so good. Once my sister and I tended the bed but forgot about the savanna elastic that goes down! I also really like the breakfast I must admit. Very diverse.

Hotel is very well located, staff is very nice and super helpful. Breakfast buffet is good and offers you nice options. The swimming pool at the rooftop is great with such a nice view! Bedroom was okay, kinda smelly in the shower and towels were quite old. Wi-Fi never worked properly (suitcase was lost and needed it to communicate with Latam) despite having called the recetion several times for a fix. Was a bit frustrating. Elevators were a joke and a waste of time — faster by the stairs.

Parking available, many options for the breakfast including on demand tapioca. Nice pool on the rooftop. Great rooms with plenty of space. Elevators under mantainance. Terrible Wi-Fi which did not worked well. At the last day there was a short circuit on the illumination of the room. At the checkout they make you wait for them to check if you really didn't have any consumption for the minibar.

We had a spectacular stay in the hotel, in every sense, from the attention from the receptionists to the woman who takes attendance at breakfast, everything spotless, modern rooms, full gym, pool on terrace with views and a bar.
Do not leave 5 stars only 4 things:
-Parking should be included
-Menu for dinner / lunch is short on options and somewhat expensive
-In the morning, the smell of the kitchen (for breakfast) is filtered in some rooms.
-The swimming pool and the bar closed very early (7 pm)
