Nice place to stay with the family however the structure it’s a little bit out of date but regardless of that the staff is very attentive and the pool a great spot to enjoy the hot days with the bar next to it to ask for something cold amd refreshing.

Beautiful Hotel has very good attention, has excellent apartments, luxurious swits, sauna, swimming pimeta, Jacusi, rich and hearty food. Very affordable prices.

The guards are very bad people, they treat you very badly. No visiting parking, if the guest does not answer the phone in their room do not let you come into the hotel to look for it, just tell you call him! What if the guy's a foreigner and he doesn't have a Bolivian line what do you call him? They're NOT INTERESTED in that. Very bad service!
The common areas only serve as a day, they have no lights! And if you want to be charged extra.

The cabins are very large, lots of room with several rooms, bathrooms. It has a kitchen and several swimming pools. Something old and the beds are very soft. Overall comfortable.

It is a good hotel there are many places where relax you will have a fun and interesting stay but on the subject of the service to the abitacion are a bit sloppy.

Great for a family vacation, nice apartments, equipped with anything you might need. Green areas, pools, psa and restaurants are really good.

First impression of the place is wowing, but it’s disappointing the longer you stay here. If you are not planning to stay in, this place is good. The rooms are OK as far as they go (bathroom, bed, tv). The suites are a little bit more comfortable (with a kitchen, dining room and living room) downside of this is that Wi-Fi only works properly in the living room. I’ve come across some rooms were the A/C didn’t work properly and this is terrible for the summer time in Bolivia. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools at this place, all of them cold, no tempered water; it’s ok when it’s hot but not for a gray day. There are 2 restaurants and a spa, the restaurants are OK but charge 6% extra when you order room service. There are 2 gym facilities, one right at the middle of the complex and the other next to the tennis courts. The first one has 2 treadmills 2 static bikes one elliptic bike a couple dumbbells and a pulley weight machine, not a great place to work out. This is a nice place to stay if you don’t have any big plans but don’t expect much service from the staff or cable tv.

Just a nice place, the organization of the reception. Basically the receptionist and in charge of checking in — check out called VERONICA, Primeiro at the reception being that I had already made a purchase by the site with reservation she did not know how to charge me for a daily average because I had arrived at 9:40 in the H Otel and wanted to get in and rest after a tiring trip, worse still wanted to charge me a ridiculous value and more the other heat of the day than a reservation I had already paid on the site. Just for being uninformed. I explaining to him calmly and trying to make him understand, he told me that I would consult in the afternoon with another responsible (another responsible was the evening receptionist Natalia excellent person and very efficient). Not happy with that he did good gave me the carton of the door of my room and I do not explain anything, absolutely nothing, and I just wonder Q time I was leaving the hotel. I told him he needs to get out early because he had outro flight. I arrive in the room accompanied by an excellent official also Q explains me all the breakfast hours until 10 and more. Then I go into the room and I'm going to take my breakfast Q by right I have to have paid average daily have made the check in at 9:40 because only could enter as the 15 hrs. I drink my coffee and return.
