I had a really good time in Loki hostel.
The stuff was very good especially Marcela warm person with a lot of happiness!

It's a better place, I love this place, the attention, the drinks, the food, highly recommended, even the people you know are friendly.

Bar staff are great fun, really good food and service. Would like to thank the front reception staff also for assisting me with my very sick finance and getting us the help we needed.

The restaurant/bar staff was awesome, rooms were okay, party vibe was burnt, Reina and Leo were friendly and the views were nice.

If you like parties you should stay here! They offer you everything you need to stay in the hostel all day or do some tours around La Paz. It isn't my ideal of a hostel but if you are into that type of tourism you should definitely stay here. The food is really good and the beds are big and clean. Saturday nights are kinda crowded but some people like that…

After my horrendous experiences in other Latin American hostels, this one easily raised my hopes again. The staff is friendly and professional. Our private room was basically a hotel room — and it was ready for us when we arrived at 6:30AM. The room is clean, with an amazing view, and hot water. The hostel location is great. The hostel bar has an amazing view — and the prices are great. There is also a ping pong table. I cannot recommend this hostel enough. You have to stay here!

Great hostel with good rooms. Especially considering that it is a hostel. We hade a private room with an en suite. The room was warm, even during the night which is uncommon for this region. We've freezing our asses off at other hostels during our trip. As it is a youth hostel they have parties every night. This could be somewhat heard on the 3rd floor (bar is located on 7th). The service can be summarized as good but a bit confused at sometimes. But you can't expect more from youth backpackers working there for a month and then moving on. We were kinda stressed when the breakfast serving that was suppose to open at 07:00 didn't open until 07:15. We hade a pickup for a tour at 07:30… Over-all a good hostel.

Rooms and bathrooms are very dated. Beds are crammed together leaving little space to maneuver inside the small rooms. Bathrooms have no exhaust, stay wet and damp all day. Roof lounge on Friday night was maybe 65 percent local kids. Definitely one of the top 5 worst djs I ever heard. I found few non-Spanish speaking hotel guests. Seems to mostly cater to South American travelers Very nice friendly bar staff and overall staff.

Love the sky bar there, just an amazing view of illimani and it's really neat at night with all the lights around you. The food is pretty good and I enjoyed how late they serve it. The dorm room was nice but I was really happy when I upgraded to a private room. You have a heater and a water kettle and tea which made it really worth it. The bed was also fairly comfy. As far as I saw all the rooms have good windows. Close to a lot of shopping areas and the red teleferico.

Very good hostel, a bubble with respect to Bolivia itself. The baths, even shared, impeccable, shower with hot water. It has a kind of Bar where the food is very good as well as the prices. The Wi-Fi could be a little faster, however if I have to go to Bolivia I would return to the Loki.

It is a youth hostel with a lot of life, but especially during the night. You can find all kinds of room and all the prices. The hostel is a building with excellent view located steps from the Plaza San Francisco and the market launches. If you are a person looking for a bed where it arrives, fun and meet new people every day, definitely Loki is for you.

It's a very well organized hostel. Their staff is kind and informative and the facilities are clean and appropriate. The rate doesn't include breakfast; however, you can always get a free hot drink and solve it that way. Very good for youth who enjoy parties and meeting new people.

A party hostel which is more like a night club where you can also sleep :) still quiet in the rooms though, which is important! pricy but cool for party animals, right in the city centre.

Great place, people from all over the world with partying every night in a bar with a good view of the city. The prices are good for the service they offer. The tours they offer are cheaper at tourist agencies. It would be lacking to have the kitchen to have the 5 stars.

The rooms are very nice with bathroom and hot water. Luggage Holding. Hot drinks at all times. Tuism service available all day and very friendly to answer all your questions. In the restaurant amazing flavors, treatment and decor. Also an almost panoramic view of the area. The disco gives you every night a theme to never get bored and have contesta and juices and happy hours three times in the day. We loved it!

It is really a great place. The accommodations are very good, the staff is prepared, the whole place is organized. There is a nice restaurant, where are made good foods and drinks. The smoking room is large enough and the partys are really cool.

Great hostel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The Bar has an incredible view over the city.

The hostel is located in the city centre in a old hotel, which gives it a classic atmosphere. The bar and restaurant are ok for eating, great for party, especially as this is located at the top floor with an amazing view on La Paz. The rooms are ok, bed's are good to sleep on, but the bathroom needs a renovation, as the shower doors are broken and water goes everywhere. All the services for travelers are available, including Wi-Fi, lockers in the dorms, travel agency and laundry across the street and friendly staff. Overall Loki Hostel is a great place to stay.

We were greeted one Wednesday morning, loaned boiling shower with towels, hair dryer, charger and Wi-Fi, took care of our luggage all day and hot drinks to piecework to warm the body.
The only thing they let us give them back was a smile and a "thank you. "
Rarely have we been so well taken care of and asking for anything in return. A thousand thanks, we were devastated by a super intense tour and our soul was returned to the body

It's a great place. The rooms are so comfortable and warm. The staff is also incredible, they're always polite and helpful. This place has an awesome bar an the parties can get wild. They have a TV room just perfect to chill when ur tired of going out. What I found they should update is that when I booked, it is said the breakfast was included, but it isn't. But it's a small thing compared to the fun I had.

The best infrastructure and staff in la paz, the location is great and they have everything you could ask for.

Hot showers and not expensive. The food for breakfast and dinner is good too and not expensive. The lights in the room are not that good though its too dim which makers shaving and reading hard. The facilitys are good too and Wi-Fi is the best I ever had.

A really nice Hostal but it can be reasonably expensive depending on what you go for. Personally, we went for a 4 bed dorm, the beds were super comfy and you can borrow blankets downstairs which is great! The bathroom was pretty nice as well, hand soap provided and the showers were hot (although it sprayed out like a cone as opposed to a full shower). The full english breakfast isn't too authentic but it is pretty damn tasty and easily the closest thing I've had. The nightlife is pretty loud and great for people who are big on partying, great atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the bag storage facility feels a lot safer than most of the places I've been to! Overall, Loki isn't particularly cheap but the quality is clearly there and worth the money you pay!

Decent infrastructure, maybe a bit dirty, free hot drinks all day, party hostel, so quite loud, 4th floor is already quite noisy, stay 3rd or below.

A hostel full of friendly people. The price is not bad for what they offer. There is a sector of TV and games. Also a terrace bar where there are games and festivities. A beautiful courtyard and also a tourism agency. The possibility of having dinner within the bar. The breakfasts are not cheap but delicious. Cafe free and hot water for tea or mate all the time.

Everything you need in one spot — easy to just stay there. Wifi is poor in rooms but very very gopd in common areas. Staff are very helpful.

Normal hostel where you can find a bit of everything. If you wanna have fun, go to the 7th floor and close. If you need to have a rest, ask to stay before the 3rd floor. Clean place, the staff is very helpful and kind. Great experience over there.

It's very good for what it is — almost a hotel of a hostel. Rooms for 8 people has 2 bathrooms. Really appreciate that smoking is not allowed at the party area. Pool, ping pong, coffeee and tea's are all included in the price. A lot of Israeli people are staying here.

Rooms clean and comfortable, beds well enabled, include a heater, kettle, mat, water. Wifi and hot water all night, fun people from all over the world… themed Parties every night. Friendly staff, good and worried because you feel good.

Had a private room and bathroom — both clean. Nice location to walk around and explore la Paz. Travel desk is super helpful, answered all our questions in detail and booked some great tours. Restaurant is good, reasonable prices. Free computers for use, though Wi-Fi was weak.

Amazing though expansive hostel.

They have everything in the same hostel. Quite a few staff to help with the rooms and areas, tour packages and you can even buy plane tickets from there quickly. Yes, if you don't like a lot of the party and want to rest you have to take a room between the 1st and 2nd floor as higher up is listening to the party of the bar, and every night there is a party.

Great social atmosphere, everything a traveller needs to recoup from the road; internet, hot pressurized showers, drinks, great Wi-Fi, warm comfy beds. Food could be improved a bit.

I have visited Loki hostels in Mancora, Cusco and Lima and now also La Paz Bolivia. I enjoy to know what I can expect from Loki, La Paz offers me the same great time as the others! A travel agency I can trust with competitive rates. I just came back from the death road and it was amazing! Also Loki La Paz creates a party every night and I can order food untill midnight! (I am always hungry. ). Also easy to choose a room that fits my requirements. Thanks Loki team!

The lot is located in the tourist district, the environment is good, the Wi-Fi range is limited.

Very cool living hostal. Very Central! Cool Bar in the hostel. Clean rooms, good food.

It is a place very central, very well located. Special for backpackers young. The price is very suitable and great care for the cleaning. You can also pass very well at night, at the bar or playing pool. There's free Wi-Fi.

Bed bugs! I was there just a few days after they moved to the new location and they somehow managed to already have bed bugs in my room (#212). The Wi-Fi was also atrocious. Having said that, the view from the bar and the games room is solid, and location is decent enough.

If you have the option choose wild rover (1 minute walk apart). It's hard to recommend a hostel where the manager decides to go back on his word. Or maybe I guess he never planned on carrying out in the first place. Though they stay was enjoyable I feel inclined to advise that any place run by managers who seem to care more about money and less about the travellers could be avoided. They are plenty of awesome hostel in the area. I'd recommend the one around the corner (Wild Rover) — amazing and caring staff and an awesome bar. Not to knock Loki, it's just a little that if you can avoid a place run by someone a little dodgy go for it. The rest of the staff seem nice and helpful.

Fun, friendly and very helpful staff.

Best hostel I stayed in on a world tour last year. Amazing staff met friends for life and managed not to break any bones on the death road thanks to this place. Would love to go back some day.
