La Paz Region Hotels

Rodrigo is the best! Had an incredible stay here. Familial style service; above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Clean, spacious rooms. Good location. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t asked for a better experience in La Paz. Hostal Iskanwaya was absolutely amazing.

Absolutely wonderful. Stayed here three times while using La Paz as a jumping off point to explore Bolivia. All three times were flawless.

Amazing staff who have been extremely helpful during my stay.
Very clean hotel with large and modern rooms.

Fantastic hotel and excellent service from the entire staff. From prior to check in to the breakfast staff, to the reception and upstairs lounge, everyone was very attentive to our needs.

We stayed two nights at the Atix hotel. It was very comfortable and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent service and warm attention at Mezzo Café, with a wonderful menu full of flavor and variety. A truly delightful experience at Casa Grande Suites.

From the moment we arrived at Casa Grande Suites, we were impressed by the excellent location, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding service.

We LOVE staying here when in La Paz! The staff are incredibly kind and friendly and accommodated all of our needs. The hotel itself is very comfortable and super clean!

I have to say, it was a great experience with excelent service and great hospitality.

The location is amazing! I stayed in another part of La Paz and had only briefly walked through the neighbourhood before, but staying there was so much better.

Conveniently located in Sopocachi, the hotel offered a quiet environment at night, allowing me to get proper rest. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a private shower.

A lovely hostel with everything you might need! A little kitchen for cooking (which we did whilst acclimatising) and a gorgeous outside terrace and seating area!

Lovely hostel in Sopocachi, very nice and helpful hosts (especially thanks to Ruth for helping organise our trip to Salar de Uyuni) … Beautiful and spacious rooms with a nice decoration, nice common

We enjoyed our stay at Jacha Inti — the location near the boat docks was perfect, a short walk compared to other options but still very peaceful with fantastic views of the lake and snow capped

We loved the location of this hostel, our room was cozy and the showers lovely and hot, the host was always very friendly and helpful with our questions.

Good simple hostel. Very good location to bus station. We had no problems leaving our belongings for storage, as there is a large lounge for relaxation.

Lovely staff, very accommodating. Five minutes from the bus station and 10 minute walk into town. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool and table tennis facilities.

The hotel the restaurant and the good treatment.

Beautiful place and at a good price.
Advisable.
God bless you.

We had such a wonderful stay at Altus Express La Paz. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and comfortable.

The hotel was fantastic — clean, modern and comfortable. I slept very we'll here and the shower was very good too.

A clean, spacious room with an amazing view of La Paz! The staff were kind. They were especially helpful when I had a headache due to the high altitude. Thank you so much!

I stayed there 2 nights. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were spacious with a beautiful view. The only thing that upset me was that the hotel restaurant’s menu did not list prices.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Casa de Teresita. Much more than just a hotel, it is a true museum filled with history, where impeccable cleanliness and calm prevail.

The owner of this “casa” is well educated and smart guy. With his recommendations we took very nice city tour. He is also very helpful. The area is nice. I strongly recommend this place.

Great place to stay to not have to rush the local sites and museums. We planned our stay for Tiwanaku and the two museums on day one and Puma Punku on day two. Good breakfast.

Much nicer than we expected, though it was freezing in the room at night. Stay under the blankets! A 2 minute walk to the ruins in the morning. The owner was very kind.

We had a wonderful stay at the Stannum while in La Paz. The hotel was in a fantastic location, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and the Teleferico station.

This was a great hotel choice for La Paz. It was right by the cable station. It had a theater and eatery downstairs. The rooms were large, comfortable and clean.

My entire stay was very satisfactory, especially the service and attention of the entire staff. The front desk was outstanding.

Spacious apartment with full kitchen. Beautiful views! Very kind staff members. Allison made our check-in pleasant and smooth.

This hostel is a true 10/10 experience. The house itself is warm and cozy, nicely decorated and inviting. I stayed in the private room — comfy big bed with a private shower.

I stayed here for one week and really enjoyed my time. During my stay, I had a bad foot infection and had to go to the hospital.

Perfect if you need a place to rest for a couple of days on your way to Copacabana. The host is really nice and a great cook. The llamas and dogs are really friendly.

Very nice experience the place is huge, they have delicious food excellent to disconnect in a nice place. It is also much closer than Copacabana and more exclusive. The host was very friendly.

After having read about Las Olas in the lonely planet book and then seeing images online we were keen to stay. Las Olas is a wonderful complex. Fabulous views, friendly staff.

Incredible hotel.

Central location jist opposite the church. Lots of dancers at nighttime outside the church. 1 minute walk across the square to shops, restaurants, money exchanges and very safe to walk around solo.

Now called Nova. This is luxury at an affordable price! I had a single room with a GIANT TV and a large window with plenty of views and sunlights.

Stunning views, helpful staff, quiet location. Very nice and comfortable outdoor areas with seating and hammocks. Clean rooms with good views. Hot water is luke warm at best and beds are a bit hard.

What a wonderful place to stay in Copacabana. We loved our treehouse. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had planned to spread out our trip between copacabana and isla del sol.

We had such a fun time at this hostel. It was a really good location, the staff were very helpful and they offered laundry services, food and had a bar and pool. Would recommend staying here.

We had an very nice stay at the hostel. Everything is functional and similar to the picture.

We spent a week at Adventure Brew, either side of Huayna Potosi, and it was our perfect base for La Paz. The hostel is incredibly large and has great facilities with a bar, kitchen and rooftop.

I stayed at The Adventure Brew Hostel on two occasions. It's huge, with a bar and home-made brews, food is available, the dorms have large lockers and comfy beds.

The host family is super friendly.
The room and the bed linen are tidy, shower water is big and hot.
There is even heater in the room.

The staff were very warm and friendly on arrival and helpful throughout my stay. Room was spacious. I could leave my luggage the next day whilst on Isla del Sol. Breakfast was fresh and filling.

Stayed here for 1 night as part of an Exoticca tour.
My room was absolutely lovely, really clean and comfortable. Please don't be put off by the word "hostal".
