Ananda Resort

Rooms need to be taken care of Dampness and smell and insects entering through window panel gaps in the rooms causing inconvenience. Insect Catchers or Insecticide Sprays missed much. Severage and drainage of the washroom needs to be taken care of to avoid stinking smell in the bedrooms. Housekeeping & Dinner Catering Services needs much improvement by way of staff training. Location is good with loving mountain surroundings. Had it been free of above mentioned shortcomings, would have loved it.

Ananda Resort, Paro was an absolutely wonderful experience during our Bhutan trip. The location is stunning—right below the iconic Tiger's Nest Monastery, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere.
The owner, Mrs. Chencho, is incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and always ready to help with a smile. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. The entire staff was equally courteous, helpful, and attentive to every need.
The food was delicious, rooms were clean and cozy, and the overall environment was very relaxing.
If you are visiting Paro, staying at Ananda Resort will definitely enhance your Bhutan experience.

We had one of the most memorable experiences during our stay at Ananda Resort, Paro, Bhutan. Many members of our group are seasoned travellers with experience across the globe. However, our experience stood out as truly exceptional, especially when compared to other listed options/reviews.
While it's possible to find good rooms and facilities elsewhere, the level of warmth and genuine hospitality we received here is truly commendable.
The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, creating a peaceful environment after a day of travel.
The food was delicious, plentiful, and thoughtfully prepared with mild spices, just right for travellers.
The staff was always responsive, handling our requests promptly and efficiently.
A special mention goes to Chencho Madam, whose outstanding leadership is reflected in the well-trained, professional team.
Every member of the staff was courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued.
The warm check-in and heartfelt send-off made us feel like part of the Ananda family. It was touching to see all staff members, including Chencho Madam, gather to bid us farewell.
This personal touch and commitment to guest satisfaction are what set Ananda Resort apart. We deeply appreciate the team’s efforts and extend our best wishes for their continued success.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Paro, Bhutan. The breathtaking mountain views from both the hotel and the rooms made the experience even more special. The management and services are exceptional—they address any guest request within minutes. The owner is incredibly kind-hearted and goes above and beyond to provide the best possible service. They also take the time to listen to guests' preferences, ensuring a personalized dining experience with delicious food. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just 10 to 15 minutes from Tiger’s Nest.
Also they provide heater and they have electric heating bed so we can sleep comfortably in this cold weather.
So personally thanks to all the hotel staff to give us the best service and comfortable us like it is our house and we are not there guest.
