So I want to start by saying that we brought our 18 month old twins here for their first ever vacation.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Belizean Dreams. It just so beautiful, and the excursions are amazing, as is the food and drink, but it's the people that make it unforgettable.

We stayed here for 8 nights celebrating our 30th anniversary.

We stayed at Prana Maya for four days and five nights, and it was an overwhelmingly incredible experience from start to finish! The resort itself is nothing short of magical.

Our stay at Laru Beya was fantastic. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. They helped us with organizing shuttles, diving lessons and all trip planning.

We had the most amazing time at Laru Beya. The team at Laru Beya made us feel so at home. They were friendly (in an authentic way) and anticipated anything we could possibly need.

I recently returned to Seiri Del Mar in March with my family, and once again, our stay was absolutely amazing.

I truly can not say enough great things about this resort. The staff are professional, kind, knowledgeable and hard working. Everyone went out of their way to make it feel like home.

Kalimera Beach Hotel is an absolute gem in Placencia. I first came across the property shortly after it opened, when there weren’t many reviews.

My stay at Kalimera Beach Hotel was exceptional from start to finish.

We went for pizza and it was amazing! Our service was top notch, the garden where they grow their own herbs was outstanding, and the beach restaurant/bar was very comfortable.

We didn’t sleep here but ate at the hotel nearly every morning. The lobster Benedict and avo toast w poached eggs were addictive!

View is wonderful. Rooms were very clean and roomy. The staff was amazing.

The staff more than makes up for some of the shortcomings of the rooms and the location. Yes, it's right on the beach. Very great in that respect.

We travelled with our 4 year old and had a great experience during our stay. The resort is very kid friendly, all the staff are very welcoming and the amenities are a bonus.

Amazing! If you’re looking for a slower pace for your getaway, this is where you want to be. The staff are amazing, attentive, engaging and friendly.

We popped in without a reservation after arriving at South Water Caye. Eddie and the entire team welcomed us with open arms.

Call us crazy but my wife and I took our entire family — 15 adults, 6 teenagers and 8 grandchildren under 7 to Blue Marlin to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was absolutely fantastic.

If you are looking for a relaxed beach getaway in a laid back extra friendly town, you will not be disappointed by Hopkins Bay Resort! The staff was phenomenal, (shout out Wilbur, Shaquil, King & Teo!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the rooms and across the grounds, plus not many guests, made for a very relaxing experience.

Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed our 11-day stay in four of the units of Ocean Breeze. Everyone was very accommodating and helpful with any questions or needs.

We spent 4 nights at A Belizian Nirvana and you will not find a better place to stay in Placencia. Carolyn, Levi and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Right on the beach! Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes included. The rooms are big, kitchen has everything besides a stove. I made eggs in the toaster oven — worked.

I booked this place without reading the reviews and was pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are spacious and it has a balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean.

I do not have enough words to explain how wonderful my boyfriend and I’s trip was to King Lewey’s Island. We stayed for 5 nights and had the all inclusive package. Food was 10/10. Service 10/10.

This was easily the best day we spent in Placencia. If you are looking for that perfect Caribbean day trip, this is it.

I've always wanted to visit Belize and finally pulled the trigger. Maya Beach Hotel blew me away from the moment we walked to the front desk. Jessica greeted us with a warm smile and excitement.

We loved our stay at the Maya Beach Hotel. We were so suprised that the beach had no sargassum. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the ocean, kayaking, and watching TV when it rained.

Great location! The view is incredible and the convenient fishing pier provided hours of entertainment for my partner who brought his fly rod along.

We had a truly lovely stay at Alan’s Paradise Hotel. The people and hospitality were absolutely top notch — warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive from start to finish.

Ok, so I’ve been coming to Placencia for almost two decades. Mostly I stay on a boat but occasionally when I stay on land, I stay at Alan’s Paradise.

Everything was great. Capt Larry the sailing guy is a legend — wonderful help and advice. Had a great time overall. Belize has excellent weather.

If I could get this place 1000 stars I would! From the rooms, food, to direct access to the beach and customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Row. The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different cabins directly on the beach and both were great.

Cute property within walking distance of many great restaurants, markets, and services. Restaurant and bar is better than average. Rooms are plenty spacious and private.

I am well traveled, having stayed at plenty of luxury hotels around the world, and I have never enjoyed a stay more than at the Crashpad in Belize.

My room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. It has air conditioning but I never used it because the ceiling fan was perfect. I had the Sign Room which I loved the touch to detail.

We enjoyed our first stay here so much we booked a second long weekend stay.
Cabanas are clean and beachfront is kept sparking clean by owners.

We had recently spent three nights there and were very satisfied. The view of the sunrise is spectacular. If you get a clear night, the sky is beautiful.

We had an amazing stay. The inn is right on the beach, the accommodation has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly.

We rented one of the bungalows over the Christmas/New Year holiday. Sweet little spot right on the beach that feels less touristy and more authentically local.
