Stayed the last two weeks of February and had a great time. Mandy the manager went above and beyond in seeing that our stay was perfect. She is very knowledgeable about San Pedro and always willing to help out. Owners Rob and Krista have great events at the Nauti Crab. Something for everyone, but be sure to book a seat for the Crab Races!

This is a great place to stay! The property manager Mandy is extremely responsive, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. And you can’t beat the location! Plus you have a front balcony seat to all the fun events at Nauti Crab, of course along with the great food and drinks there as well.

What a great place to stay on Ambergris Caye! Perfect location and the employees and owners make it even better! Mandy went above and beyond before and after our arrival to ensure we had a memorable stay and was very knowledgeable of the island and places to visit. Any questions at all and she is happy to help. From cart rental, island specials to the best place to get a massage on the beach, just a few steps away! The proximity of Seven Seas Resort to downtown, other restaurants, stores and attractions was ideal for us. Need ice and snacks? You’ll be back in a flash…Want a boat trip, snorkeling or fishing excursion? You will find directly across from the resort! The view from our room was fantastic! Sunrise with coffee every morning right out your front door. Our room had everything we needed for a great stay. I expect our next visit will be even more enjoyable. They will deliver extra drinking water and do your laundry for a nominal fee, the room will have a few extra perks to get your vacation started and a welcome rum punch when you arrive🍹 The on-site restaurant and bar the Nauti Crab was amazing as well. Great food, specials everyday and fun game nights that bring out the local folks and visitors alike. It’s “the place to be” several nights a week! Again the owners and employees are top-notch and guest service oriented all the way. In fact we loved it so much we extended our trip! Can’t wait to return and I highly recommend Seven Seas Resort! Sea you soon!

Seven Seas Resort was a very convenient location, super safe, and they do everything to take care of you and ensure your stay is awesome. We felt like family before we even arrived, thanks to Mandy's communication and didn't want to leave thanks to all the fun at the Nauti Crab Bar and the friendly staff. While the room was in need of some updates, it didn't stand in our way of having a great vacation… especially due to the service Mandy and all the Nauti Crab staff provide. Thanks everyone!

Most amazing services — Mandy is a treat! Always one step ahead of us, personable, took the stress out of everything so we could relax and just enjoy what the island has to offer — 5 stars all the way!

We stayed at Seven Seas for one night with their Super Bowl Special. Everything you need in one place. I enjoyed the pool, laying on the beach (where they have lounge chairs available), restaurant/bar on property-bonus. Nauti Crab always has great entertainment and super friendly staff.
We stayed in room The large suite with a door to the bedroom had everything you needed, comfortable bed, towels/soap, coffeemaker, dishes, a large fridge, AC if needed, island art and decor. You could not hear any street noise.
The staff, Mandi, Rasheda, Kevin and Lerolee (their cook who was able to adjust the food to my dietary restrictions) took great care of us.
We even had beach side drink service.
The new owners, Rob and Krista have made lots of improvement and put their heart and soul in it. I definitely would recommend staying at this resort.

Truly love this Resort, quaint, BEACH FRONT, has a great atmosphere! Mandy Patterson was so amazing to help schedule and plan all of our events on the island, I just can not say enough about how hospitable she was for us. Mandy’s husband KP was our guide! The new owners Rob and Krista are GREAT! Just opened the Resort Bar the Nauti Crab, such a fun place to hang out, beautiful Caribbean views, and just a fun place. Can not wait for our next trip back! Seven Seas is a Boutique Resort, very small but right in the Heart of San Pedro’s Boco Del Rio Beach Front!

You can't go wrong with this resort its simply amazing filled with respectfully Fun and attentive staff I had a blast staying there for a couple of days I really recommend it.

We just got home from a 9 day stay at Seven Seas. What a wonderful, relaxing time we had. The owners (Clint & Kim) are super friendly and accommodating. I just want to give a BIG shout out to Oscar (the office manager that really cares) to Ruth (the room cleaner that always has a smile) and to Roberto (the jack of all trades). This property is so LUCKY to have these 3 employees. Seven Seas is walking distance to several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, golf cart rental places (a must for at least a few days to see the whole island), etc. Staying at the Seven Seas you have the sand and sea as your front yard and your back yard is the tropical garden & pool. It is a perfect place for 1 to a big family of a dozen. I know me & my husband will return to Seven Seas as soon as possible. Staying here makes you feel like a local. So if you want to an all inclusive, waited on, etc this is not your place. This property is "self catering" which we like BUT it's not for everyone.

The staff here was amazing! The owner and his family, bartenders, front desk, cleaning staff. They made us feel like family during our stay. And to the gals that serviced our rooms each day, you rock! Hope to see you all soon.

Hospitality is awesome and it is right on the beach. Everything is in walking distance and the owners are the BEST!

Hard to write a review when everything else in San Pedro is even more of a rip off. Considering that San Pedro is a rip off in general 7 seas was good value. Much of San Pedro is lower quality and more expensive than what you get in the US or Canada. 7 seas is no exception. It was still $125+ USD a night and fairly run down with a pretty tired tiny pool but considering everything else that was probably worse or just as good was more expensive it's not bad. Robert who manages the front desk was a star. He was so awesome and helpful. The location is a 10 minute walk from the ferry station. Stores and bakeries are 1 minute walk. The beaches have such a problem with sea grass though that the reek from the rotting grass is tough to ignore but this is surrounding the whole island. Some of the fancier places that are $300+ USD a night are cleaning the beach of it every hour. We had a sea view room and it overlooked the sea. Great view. Room had a stove, fridge and two rooms. Was kinda dumpy but for the price in San Pedro decent value.

Walking distance to everything. Staff was extremely helpful when booking excursions. Rooms were a nice size and clean.

Disappointed that they had could not accommodation us the first two nights even though we had a reservation. They did find us a room next door in a much smaller room and had a cancellation after 2 days and moved us back… yeah!

Most accommodating staff/ owners and hands down best resort in San Pedro! Heading back in a few weeks! Cannot wait!

By far the best place to stay by the water. The staff helped us get to do more things for less money than anywhere In town.

Dont waste your time here.

This hotel is literally across the street from the sea, with plenty to do nearby or within walking distance. The staff is fantastic and genuinely wants to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, help arrange activities, and will help with understanding local customs. (One of the managers even went so far as to call the owner of a nearby bar when the bartender refused to honor their advertised happy hour pricing. ) I had a sea view room with a single AC unit in the bedroom. This was really a furnished 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen has everything you'd need in it, even a blender for fun homemade drinks. The furnishings overall are not posh, but quite comfortable and serviceable. The little AC in my room did a good job of keeping the entire place cool on all but the hottest days. There is a bar next door that has live music, so things may be loud or the beach front road may be busy at night, but they're only open until midnight; between the structure of the building and the AC, you can't really hear it inside anyway. A security guard patrols the area in front of the hotel at night. The couch and chairs all come apart to make beds, but if you'll need extra bedding be sure to get in touch with the office before they close at 8PM. The office will also arrange delivery of drinking water for a few dollars. There are see-through kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel equipment to borrow for free. There pool is small, but the beach is right there so why would you use it?

We had the pleasure of staying at Seven Seas Resort for our Honeymoon from June 17th to the 22nd. And I must say after our stay was beyond happy with our choice in facilities, The Staff was beyond hospitable, and helpful! Thank you Roberto, Tony, Kim, Clint and staff, for your Hospitality and Help in arranging tours that were provided at a Local Discount, not to mention the golf cart rental was discounted. Having been to San Pedro previously, I would have to say that this was the most relaxing and funnest trip yet… The staff and Owners who were present, and working diligently to make improvements from remodeling rooms to improving the dock area, also were working on a Palapa Bar on the property as well. You can BET my family and I will be returning to this slice of heaven! Again I can not stress enough how accommodating the staff is! Until Next Time Amigos y Amigas, Gracias por todo! Outstanding resort with great staff and very friendly owners. Kim, Clint, and Justin are down home folks. You name what you want and they will work to make you happy.

Great location, clean rooms with five star service. Friendly, casual vibe. Robert and Tony who run the place make you feel like you're at the Four Seasons! Use of glass bottom kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles included with your stay!
