Thank you Jake and family for our recent stay at Caye Casa with our dear friend Larry. Your rooms are very comfortable and the view of the ocean and its proximity were priceless. Absolutely beautiful hotel, accommodations were amazing and I highly recommend staying here to anyone coming to Ambergris Caye🏝🤿🐬🐠🦈

Loved this place! It’s quiet and clean and at a walking distance to everything. Jake, the GM was always there to help us with tour reservations and other accommodations. I would stay there again.

Do not stay here. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I’VE EVERY STAYED AT! I was excited to come to Caye Casa as part of a trip with my girlfriend. Prior to reserving a room, I called and was told the property would be peaceful and quiet, exactly what I was looking for. The staff, who were nice, unfortunately lied about it being peaceful and quiet. First, they lied about it being quiet. During my stay, my girlfriend and I were surrounded by noise, mainly from the dogs that the owner ke…eps on the property. The dogs barked into the night. And a rooster started making noise at 4am. I got no sleep. Second, they lied about it being peaceful. Their dogs followed us everywhere, biting us and barking at us as we went. I was on a trip to relax, but I was sometimes afraid to leave the room because of the owner’s pets. third, the owner doesn’t care. I told staff during the stay about the problems. Nothing was done. I followed up after the trip. The owner, Julie, didn’t apologize in a short email. She didn’t acknowledge a single mistake. She truly seemed to not care. Didn’t even respond to my second email. Overall, if you want to stay in a zoo where you WON'T SLEEP, will feel UMCOMFORTABLE and where the focus is on animals, go to Caye Casa. In other words, avoid Caye Casa at all costs.

I loved my room with a huge kitchen, living room, and dining room. Very comfortable space to hang out and my remote job. The bed was like a cloud. I like a smaller hotel to me it feels more personal and safe.
I'll be back.

The two bed apt we rented was clean, very well equipped and very safe. They were very responsive to our needs and we will be staying with them again.

We loved this place at the beachfront, a bit outside the busy Center and still within walking distance to all facilities. Clean and comfy with nice people.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband and I went to Belize for our Honeymoon. We got their best room for our 8 day trip. We also booked everything through the hotel so needless to say we spent a couple thousand US dollars at this place only to be treated with the upmost disrespect from the hotel manager ‘Miss Julie’. She went off on my husband and was completely out of line telling him that he should feel guilty because we mistakingly used the wrong bedroom in our suite. At no time did she specify or exclude anything in our room but after 5 days of staying there she decided to scold my husband and threaten him because we used the wrong bedroom. She treated my husband with such indecency that we will never stay there again. Considering it’s their slow season and how much money we spent there they should have treated us better. The manager Julie is an extremely cruel person and I would advise anyone visiting Belize to stay at one of the many other hotels. We checked out two days early even though I already paid for the room because I could not stay there another second with that kind of obscure treatment.

Great little hotel that has fridges and coffee facilities in the room. It's located right on the beach with easy access to restaurants all around. They stock the fridge with beers which is great and have a little dipping pool for you to cool off in and watch the world go by. We would stay again, the prices were very reasonable.

My husband and I just returned from our vacation on Ambergris Caye. We stayed at Caye Casa because of its location to New Day Adventures. It is a beautiful boutique hotel located right on the beach. Our 1 bedroom casita was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. They even have onsite security… Reef the German Shepherd who was very sweet. Everything we needed was taken care of. We will definitely stay there again.

They are all very friendly, the place is very clean right in front of the beach and the view is beautiful.

Perfectly located close to town, but far enough where it's quiet at night. Really clean, pretty, waaaay more spacious rooms than I expected. Full kitchen, private bedroom was a plus. Attentive service, concierge helped me book all my excursions. Loved the tiki-esque terrace/balcony off the living room of my place, very picture-esque views while I enjoyed my morning coffee!

The pictures look wonderful, but I was unable to stay at this resort. It is advertised as Pet friendly, but when I tried to book the accommodation they said that your dog must be in a cage at all times if in the room. That is definitely not pet-friendly. I certainly would understand if the resort asked for a pet deposit, or it was made clear that any guest would pay for pet damage, or to state there is a policy that pets may not be on the furniture and there would be a fee if they had been, but that is not the case. I would suggest Caye Casa change their policy to say no pets allowed, since that's effectively what their policy is.

Stayed here for several days and it was great. I had to do a job interview over the phone and they were kind enough to let me use their lobby and land line. Great customer service!

Excellent location, relaxing vibe and great staff and the best resort dog! I would return in a heartbeat.

Loved every minute of it. Only stayed two nights but was blown away by the level of service by both concierge employees, especially Andrew. Very very well maintained, great amenities, loved staying in the pirates villa. The only (slight) negative was the bed was a little firm for my taste. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!
