A super welcoming staff, the spaces — both the chalets and the public — are clean, beautiful walks to do, a superb river in which to swim is possible. For us, the essential point is that we can come with our dogs. This is the 3rd time we have come and we will be back. It is as much a family space (pool for children and older), with small catering and aperitif bar, as an area where you can come with your own shopping etc and be totally independent.

We spent a great weekend on the 12th of may, the park is beautiful, the accommodation spacious and the staff friendly.

The top simply staff super friendly bungalows and apartments are spacious and nothing to say, and especially the nature.

Very nice place. The setting is beautiful. The accommodation (2 bedroom apartment) was very comfortable and well equipped. The value for money is excellent. The small flat is the brewery, according to us.

The place is like a fairy tale. Kind and helpful staff. The atmosphere and the surroundings are breathtaking.

Language barrier the side we booked with said English spoken very limited English and Dutch there was a very poor Wifi and only in the reception so we had to walk all the time to the reception to keep in touch with family and friends in Australia the views were spectacular that was the only plus and the Park needs an update very outdated wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The scenery is beautiful, the reception is good but the rooms are very small and the mattresses are not comfortable at all.

Very nice location. Natural setting linking river and mountain. Bungalow clean and equipped with the necessary, well laid out.

This is a quite place in the Province of Liege (beautiful Ardennes region). The small apartments are perfect for a small family. That is not a luxury place but is good for a few days if you are looking to disconnect from the daily routine. Perfect place for kids!. The only concern is related the unfriendly staff of the reception! >: (The administration of the domain should think about that seriously.

Basic in accommodation… cold in winter, nice for summer I guess.

We booked three apartments from December 24th to 25th.
The apartments were disgusting.
Peanuts under the beds, disgusting bedding, bottle of orange juice half empty, fed up with coffee in coffee maker.
One of the apartments had almost no heating.
We got back to 3.00 hrs and we were frozen.
We were seeing the welcoming.
Her answer I am a student and no responsible.
We showed him the pictures.
She told us that she wanted to pass us 3 apartment keys to go and visit them and see if they were clean… DDRR
What an answer.

Luckily we had a great new year's Eve at the waterfall Valley.

Apartment very well and very functional the area offers a lot of things in summer with activities but on the other hand it does not offer anything in the winter.
The estate is very close to everything (amusement park, ski resort, SPA circuit formula 1 and all trades.

We went White water kayaking and finished the descent of the Ambleve river at Long Pré. Easy exit from the water. Maybe for a future trip book a house here.

Great place, clam, lot of thing to do. Ideal with kids.

Nice place, bungalows were basic but clean and comfortable. A bit tricky to get the place at night.

Nice place with swimming pool, next to a river, can be very crowded and rooms are a bit run down.

Stayed there during the formula 1 weekend in spa. Hugely overpriced then and old and dirty place. Not at all what I am used to from Landal. Nature surroundings is great. Hence they get two starts.

What an incredible place! Cosy home. Our stay was made even better by this place and I would recommend to everyone, thanks for such a positive experience!

The area of Long Meadow enjoys a interesting enough to who wants to go to the Spa-Francorchamps race or ride. It is a few minutes from Stavelot, town friendly enough and Malmédy where shops and restaurants are very present. The setting is very bucolic, between trees and river. The housing apartments are pretty poorly lined against footfall sound, that is, from noisy neighbours or the nearby road are quickly quite embarrassing for those who have the light sleep. In addition, these houses do not have curtains very / curtains… however, they are well equipped. The host is very friendly and offers many activities and services : delivery of bread, preparation of small lunches, snack bar and restaurant, swimming pool, tennis and basketball, fishing… outside of the summer, the rates are reasonable.

Our apartment was a bit old and small but it was clean, beds were good enough and the burgers tasted unexpectedly well. I read a lot of negative reviews but I was positively surprised. Sure it wasn't a 5 star accommodation but t certainly wasn't bad. 7 out of 10.
