We decide to go back after a great first experience… there will be no 3rd… deplorable service… Pity because the dishes are good! we felt like we were enmerding the servers from start to finish! nice establishment but isn't this ultimately just a second Dutch trap? Damage! the redheaded ptit should learn to say thank you and goodbye after cashing in… The. Drop of water that decided us not to come back… and teaching the students a smile would be nice.

This place is very welcoming and everything lends itself to a stay or a simple moment, friendly, gourmet or just have a good time in the brewery!

We stayed one night in the Val de la cascade on my mother's birthday. We were quickly settled in and welcomed but with great courtesy and sympathy from the staff. ' Despite the price the room was quite small (A slight lack of cleaning) but quite cute with a small terrace with many products available (transat/barbecue/etc). We only tested the breakfast which I find slightly expensive not being a great eater and especially due to the quality of some products.

The hotel has two buildings, and the directions to the reception are incorrect, the room is smoke, although it was asked to have no smoking room, pillowcase with holes — for the cost of one nightly charge, it is not appropriate for the price. P. S. And pictures on the Internet are not true reality.

I went to eat a bit there because in addition to being a hotel, you can go to the restaurant quite independently. The menu is varied and the dishes quality. You can eat indoors or on the terrace (large) a playground (indoor and outdoor! ) is provided for children! They even planned enough to change the little ones in the toilet. A complete and out of traffic. The staff are very friendly. I love it.

The Val de la Cascade hotel is located in a beautiful riverside location just a stone's throw from Coo Falls and the Plopsa Coo theme park.
The resort is also frequented by athletes passionate about trekking, canoeing, mountain biking and other country sports.
There is a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and the insiders are welcoming and convivial even if they do not speak English.
Inside the hotel there is a Brasserie with tables also on a beautiful riverside terrace; you eat great but it's not really cheap.
In front of the hotel there is a more modern building attached to the hotel itself; rooms are more modern but there is no elevator and those higher up are reached with a very scenic but also tiring outdoor staircase.
Breakfast is plentiful to say the least and parking in front of the hotel is free.

Sympathy of the management and the staff, quality of the products, decoration of the establishment, here I believe that everything is assembled to spend an exceptional moment, a big thanks to Mickey for his professionalism and his welcome day after day:-)

A completely renovated restaurant! Frankly I do not know any of the same in the region! Bravo to the bosses.

I ordered a beer and asked if there were paninis. I did not ask for the map and I listened to the server. The Panini was very average and when I asked for the addition… 19.80euros! 15.50 Euros for a panini! I thought it was a mistake. The server confirmed to me that no. I spoke quite loudly on the terrace and saw that there were a few tables… he counted the special beer for me. Insisted on getting the card. They prefer to tell you what is rather the watch… and I also could see that the sausage given with the beer was not top… the cat that passed N ate only one tiny piece… I didn't even try. Anyway, service OK but it feels a little stolen!

I see that the hotel has taken shape since the time we take advantage of small young people under tutel of the Belgian state (precision the because its is hidden of course)! The property works great obviously when you sign a fake contract of student job without warning the young people and pay them 4, 50 euros an hour that still had to be generously negotiate its not going to the headlines its obviously eh Phillipe and Nathalie I abstain to explain the rest of course! Shame on you to enjoy small young people placed in homes I hope it will not bring you luck and I would do well to turn the word the salops that you are must be denounced!
I Oublais it took that we buy with the poor 200 euros received on 1 month of work with 12h in a row of work clothes because MR and Mrs are demanding! Without forgetting the fact that we are treated worse than dogs even when running we run not fast enough worse than the slavery!
Don't even deserve 1 star!
