Lack of professionalism, staff not listening, lack of cleanliness of the rooms during this delicate period of pandemic!

Well situated. Not far from de Panne center. Good shops. Then the beach.

Having stayed at the ibis hotel in Brussels, I can say very good reception, good bedding, clean and breakfast perfect? thank you for everything.

Modern clean hotel. All basic amenities. Breakfast OK.

The reception is not very nice. The room is very small. No socket next to the bed. Phone a week ago we asked for a parking space or told us that its it was to see on the spot, arrive down more available. Very hearty breakfast.

A classic Ibis one can far from the sea but nevertheless very well situate the rooms are clean and the staff is young and helpful if one speaks the local language the dish of the "restaurant" are not terrible except the pizza and breakfast is what is expected of U Do Chain (never eat deli and Ham in a hotel)

Never more limited knowledge of French by the staff D reception no info in English in the rooms all in Flemish or English Wi-Fi is unsafe ineligible for a 3 star hotel no way to empty its suitcase as no storage available away From the city centre and the beach to be advised.

So we were there for the weekend and were very happy. The staff was very friendly and courteous and could even speak German. The rooms were very clean and are also cleaned daily. They are only pragmatically furnished with bed shelves which serve as a wardrobe for a TV and a small but modern bathroom. The only mango our double bed was pushed together from two single beds which have slipped apart again and again at night. The breakfast was very rich and really a lot of choice and also fresh. It will be even if the breakfast is almost over, still everything is filled up the when you come even the last one still has the full selection and it was really tasty you can even cook your eggs freshly hard and bake Belgian waffles yourself. In addition, all shopping, bars and restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is also a 10-minute walk away. Parking in the underground garage cost €13 per day but in the side streets you can park for free but you have to walk a few meters but that has not bothered us now. All in all we were very satisfied and really can only recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here recently overnight on our journey to Germany. On arrival we were greeted at the front desk by the friendly staff and given our room card. On entering our room, this is where our experience started to falter. On entering the room, it was apparent that one of the light units on the wall needed attention. There were bare wires sticking out from a metal box on the wall, just above the lower part of the bunk bed. On seeing this I immediately went back to the front desk to see if there was another room availble as it wires obviously didn't look safe. The night manager came upto the room and looked at the wires and tried to fix the problem but was unable to. As it was late and there weren't any other rooms available, we had to move the bunk bed to the other side of the room to ensure that they wouldn't be disturbed during the night. I'm pleased to say that in the morning we were given a partial refund on the cost of the room and an apology from the manager. Our stay fell short of our usual expectations of an Ibis hotel and we probably won't be staying here again. Top marks for the management though, which is why this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star review.

A very nice place to stop, the staff we're very pleasant, local restaurants up ten minute walk away and served many different foods.

Great hotel situated about a 10 minute walk from the beach, not too close not to far. Always stay here when in this part of Belgium. Staff are really good friendly and helpful.

Nice room, bathroom a bit compact but, again, nice. Friendly staff. Would be a bit over priced if I'd paid full price though.

Room was fine, but the bathroom was slightl small. The price on the day was double the rate we played and would have been too expensive. We waited a long to time check in but, when we did the service was polite and helpful.

Zentrale Lage, Tiefgarage, gutes Frühstück und saubere moderne Zimmer. Leider ein gutes Stück vom Strand weg.

The bedding is perfect. The breakfast is very complete. The soundproofing is good. The small problem is the shower you put water everywhere and nothing to clean the TOILET.

Nice and clean but beds uncomfortable too singles put together not a double as requested and the 15 mins sort it out is a load of rubbish.

Rooms are updated recently and include a small, but modern and functional, bathroom with a shower. Underground parking is available for 12 euros per night.

Cheapish and modern very friendly staff nice and clean.
