We had a wonderful stay, the staff super nice, the comfort at the top the cleanliness at the top and the restaurant at the top too, we eat very well and the breakfast very good and plentiful the sanitary rules are well respected, we feel safe, I recommend this hotel, besides we will go back. It's very nice the calm too, Laurent and Nathalie Laenen.

Very nice hotel, unfortunately on a main street, but gets quieter in the evening. Breakfast is a little too late for my taste, but everything is there.

Rooms are small and very poorly soundproofed. Standard rooms road side with passage. The brewery is just correct. The classic breakfast.

Good for a little snack for lunch or dinner c is the Pb with Belgium… the price!

The most horrible experience with the patrons of this hotel besides endowed with superb rooms!
We refused to go to Christmas Eve (8 people! ) Because of the inappropriate remarks of the boss!
Obviously no gesture of reimbursement… nothing…
Overrated notation.

Very disappointed. Old Dunkerque I was a regular at the shop and the tea room in the Centre of la panne. Delicious products, a neat service, a charming staff. I came back for new year's with friends and invited them to have a snack at ARA. First surprise, the city center lounge is closed. So we take the car back and go to the hotel indicated on the front of the city center. Once we get there, we discover the boutique, charming then go to the tea room. Very nice setting, as in the city center, but the comparison stops there. The waiter welcomes us with a fresh air and tells us dryly that there are no more pancakes. We're ordering waffles and hot drinks. He brings us the drinks but was mistaken in the order. We kindly report it to him and say that he has only to leave it like this even if it is not what we asked. He does not apologize but we have to repeat the rest of the order of an air exceeded. When our waffles arrive, they are dry and hard. The hot chocolate is bland, the coffees nicely served as in the past but just warm. The only time the waiter smiled at us was when we left!
What a pity. I loved ARA and often sent friends to her. I went to each of my walks in La panne. But that was before! I'm not coming back.

Nice hotel on the Belgian coast. Although the beach is not accessible immediately. Great location The hotel and the room met my expectations. A downside can be the soundproofing of the rooms.

Very nice hotel… delicious breakfast… But beware away from the breakdown on foot in winter no problem taking the car and finding a place but in summer it is galley.

We spent a night here at the Hotel. We were very surprised, we were greeted with heart light. We had a visit to the Hotel, the receptionist showed us everything and explained. The room is very beautiful and large, nice and bright, very well equipped large comfortable high bed, large bathroom with very clean bathtub. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast is very good. The Hotel is highly recommended. We have found our Hotel for the future.

We booked this hotel because our regular motel didn't have the type of room available we wanted and what a find!, The room had a very comfortable large double bed with TV on the wall, telephone and tea and coffee making facilities. When we opened what we thought was the bathroom door there was a sitting room with an armchair, coffee table, 2 seater settee and another TV on the wall. The bathroom was beautiful and plenty of room in the shower cubicle even for a big lad like me. Housekeeping came in every day so the place was spotlessly clean. Our suite overlooked the sand dunes/nature reserve but for a better view there is a roof terrace with sun loungers. The restaurant served excellent meals in very pleasant surroundings and the staff, from the cleaners to the management were kind, friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We fully intend making this our regular hotel for future visits.

Fabulous hotel. Clean, had a meal in there restaurant highly recommended, menu not in English tho but staff was very helpful and had a great steak, we would stay again.
