Ibis, newest generation. Very comfortable.
First visit: Short-term extension no problem. Second visit short-term shortening no problem service very accommodating.
Water pressure of showers moderate.
Room clean beds top.

Loved the bed and pillows! Every thing seemed new. The place was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast gets an "ok". Good value and parking for free is a plus. It is a few minutes drive to whatever is needed.

Everything was satisfactory, only the restaurant was too expensive at a much too small selection.

Very nice and well equipped rooms. Easy access and on-site parking.
On the other hand go your way to the restaurant.

In a commercial area. Parking lot big enough. Little game to find his room as coming out of the elevator no indication. Comfortable room. Small breakfast very satisfying. Close to Piedd'un KINEPOLIS, Mc Do and Pizza Hut.

I had lived in the hotel five days for business trip. The breakfast is not bad but dinner have many capaties to rise. The shower room have no door. It is easy to wet the floor. Every day have two candys but I have no candys two days. For visitor, this hotel is close to many company. It is convenient.

Very clean and modern hotel. I was fortunate to be upgraded to Junior suite: very very spacious room; Bathroom with bathtub and shower (unfortunately clogged) ; Nespresso machine with necessary for breakfast.

Summer to eat out of price and small card…

Really good for an ibis. I had superior double room and it is worth hotels of great renommëe.

Near to Kortijk Xpo is its biggest USP.

Quiet room and good breakfast. Shower too open and all water on floor.

I liked it. Small but great bar next door and the area is nice. Not a lot going on except for the exhibition.

Nice and newly refurbished hotel. Everything is as clean as can get. Breakfast is very good as well. Long way from the town center. But Ideal if you have to be at the expo.

To the date in the tag. Carpet full of stains in the room. Small TV and bathroom a bit dirty. Positive is the free Wi-Fi, and the pleasant Bar. Dinner was for my taste too expensive. Breakfast is over for Belgium, very early, from 6:30 PM and it was really top! Class Buffet and veeeery much choice
The tag should be finished it could be a 5 star.

Bad one I was stolen there by the room service. No safes. Rooms are very small and the ceiling is very low.

Completely renowierung outdated, dirty, desperately in need of. In the meantime, it is possible to recommend Kennedy to anyone. The choice of accommodation in the area is better (d-hotel, van der Valk, Mercure)

Well… a little older… rooms small, bathroom very small Dirty window, & there was garbage on the terrace. Small TV, dirty carpet. Breakfast quite okay. Parking is available enough. Very close to highway and Colmar-Restaurant.

Bagged a room at the last minute so had no choice in the room due to the scarcity of hotel rooms near the Expo Centre. Room is clean, bathroom 5/5, TV easy to use, and it has a balcony overlooking Kennedy Street. The room has a balcony, and there is a huge sliding glass door so you can stand and watch the traffic pass by. Furnishings let the place down. Looks shabby and uncared for, like there's a absentee landlord. Staff generally are poorly trained, and there is no support for road warriors so be warned! Breakfast was free and ok except for the grumpy waitress. Not sure if she was having a bad day, or what, but BAM, up in my face for sitting at table that was only set out for lunch! Lunch was expensive at 21 euros. Upgrade the furnishings, and add a data centre (with printer! ) and I would rate it a 4.

Good food, great rooms. Mnay pro cycling teams stay here, so if you're lucky, you might spot Tom Boonen or Stijn Devolder.
