A warm welcome, a beautiful view, a spacious beautiful room. What more could you ask for. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I would recommend the hotel and would rate it 4 out of 5 due to following reasons:
1. I had to ask for bathrobe everyday, until I asked them to put it in my room daily as default.
2. Staffs at the receiption didnt know the depth of swimming pool inside the hotel, when inquired. Neither they tried to find it out. Got a rude reply saying they knew about reception only.
3. The phone to call reception was not working.
4. I was nearly charged 2 times for the same hotel room. So, be careful while paying.

Elegant, intimate and well run. Spacious, elegantly furnished rooms. Cocktail lounge on premesis and indoor parking available. Friendly, accommodating staff.

Gent is a beautiful city and this Hotel is truly outstanding. Located practically downtown it has recently been restored. The rooms are modern and have every comfort. The canal-facing ones offer a beautiful view of the city!
Breakfast is great and plentiful, the staff very friendly.
Very recommended!

Excellent location. Too many stairs. No help with luggage. Check out at 11.00 am. I paid 50 € for late check out at 2.00 pm, which I think too much…

We have already had 2 different rooms in this beautiful hotel. A standard and a luxury they are very beautiful, very well decorated and very comfortable. We recommend the luxury one for its magnificent view of the canal and its large bathtub. The bedding is very comfortable. The rooms are super clean.
We didn't have any service, but we can still say that the staff are very nice to the front desk. We look forward to returning.

Great location, very nice and spacious room, and excellent staff. It is located right along the canal with many cafes, bars, and restaurants very close by. The room was very large with a huge washroom and great views of the canal and the belfry. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Europe. Spotless clean, contemporary design, not a chip of paint missing or a crack in the tiles… nothing. Everything was great from check in, to the bed/pillow, to the breakfast to the perfect location. Amazing. I'd love to stay again.

Hotel completely renovated, in a large house centuries old. The rooms are rather large and nicely decorated. Welcome and service very professional, multilingual. Very good breakfasts, buffet style with lots of choices.
Central Position but not directly in the flow of tourists: it is very good…

Ideal location, in an idealic part of Ghent. Close to all the local happenings and quiet at night. We had a newly renovated room on the top floor overlooking the outdoor pool. Very helpful staff, good continental breakfast.

Very interesting hotel. I got a 2-storey room. Some engineering solutions are not unambiguous, but generally very good.

Lovely hotel with great rooms, some overlook the canal giving views of the waterfront buildings and bars, which are lit up at nighr, on the opposite bank. Very contemporary decor. Excellent bathrooms which are specious and modern. Easy walking distance to all of the old city centre. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes nesrby. We had a very enjoyable stay here. Parking is bit tight if you have a large car. Ideal location for a romantic break for couples. Highly recommend. Will go back.

Great location, friendly staff and nice rooms. All the medival preserved sections of the down is in walking distance from the Harmony hotel. I had a great time there.

It's all about the details! And Hotel Harmony knows everything about them! I strongly recommend this hotel for: the location, the Suite, the silence, the atmosphere, the staff, the breakfast, the facilities…

Very nice hotel close to the trams and plenty of restaurants and bars.

Set just by the waters and in an ideal spot for getting around the locality. The historical value of Ghent is accessible within walking distance. The hotel is very well looked after and the rooms are spacious with an overall excellent quality. A very well maintained residence.

Comfortable but a bit unusual. I got the feeling this is the kind of hotel better suited to couples wanting to spend a romantic weekend together. The bed was a giant four poster surrounded by tassels hanging from the frame. The bathroom was huge with the tub right in the middle. You could leave the bathroom completely open so it was visible from the bedroom. There was also one of those fake burning electric fires in the wall. The shower was blocked so I managed to flood the bathroom. There were white marks in the brown shag carpet and some tassels missing which made it feel a bit worn. The view of the canal out the window is lovely, although people can walk right by your window on the ground floor. The staff were all to happy to assist with any request.

The staff are very friendly and nice, rooms are large and clean, the only problem was weak Wi-Fi in my room, but others did not have this problem. Everything was just right.

What a great place to be! I think it's our 6th stay, and we will be back. Perfect rooms (we always choose with private terras with canal view). The staff is friendly and helpfull. The outdoor (heated)? swimmingpool is the surprise feature.
And now (during Gentse Feesten) the terras on the canal side is a superb addition.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. I stayed in a room with a canal view. All very spacious and with a fully equipped bathroom (shower and bath). Delivered a complimentary bottle of water. The breakfast excellent and with great variety of pastries and fruit. Coffees and teas can be ordered to the staff. Natural fruit juices of high quality.

A fabulous family owned and run hotel. What a beUtiful, calm and relaxing oasis in the midst of our busy busy lives. Breakfast is brilliant, the rooms are comfortable and modern and the staff are outstanding… now that we know you are dog friendly (small and medium) we will be back. A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, quirky rooms and the most delicious breakfast! Right in the heart of the city overlooking the canal — we booked parking for our cark in the underground cark park which was a real bonus. Our room had a balcony with a view over the castle, whirlpool bath, and even a little kitchenette. We definitely hope to return another time and would highly recommend the hotel (and the city of Ghent itself) to anyone. Yvonne & Simon (Scotland)

A very nice and neat hotel with large rooms, Nice staff and very tasty breakfast. The hotel is located on the Canal in the city centre, yet it is rather quiet. We were very satisfied and can only recommend it.

Beautiful rooms are what this gorgeous hotel in the center of Ghent is all about. Breakfast was delicious. The only downfall was that there is no free Wi-Fi at the hotel and access comes at a whopping 18 €.
