Great little hotel with a lovely staff tucked into a nice corner of Bruges. Close enough to walk to anything and enjoy the city.

Clean, spacious comfortable room. Bed in strange position under slope of roof meant no chance to sit up in bed…? Breakfast selection was ok.

Beautiful hotel, well located in the centre of Bruges, we stayed there one night, the bedding is fine, it's clean, the breakfast is a bit light, I find there isn't enough choice but otherwise it was fine! I recommend.

Basic accommodation but clean and friendly. Note there is no laundry service There is a laundrette down the road 5 minutes walk away. There is also no bar on site. The only other thing missing which would make this place better is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Otherwise I would come back here without a second thought.

Perfect location for sightseeing around Bruges. Very cosy and quiet. The breakfast is a little B&B but it's more than adequate.

Excellent hotel! Very good value. Big breakfast included, continental with coffee/juice and pancakes. Very comfortable. Amazing views.

The bed very comfortable but we noticed Q was a bit inclined. Fair and distinct furniture between them, besides a little old. The bathroom could renovate the shower. Breakfast is buffet and quite full. The bad thing is to go to the Superior rooms Q you have to cross a patio which you have no choice Q get wet if it is raining.
The train station is about 25 minutes walk.

I want to give this hotel 2 stars but at the same time aware that such a review can do more damage than intended — plus service was friendly. Bear in mind this is a review of the experience in the cheaper double room. Pros: — Short walk to everything central. — Lovely view of the canal in many rooms. — Friendly staff at the reception desk. — Adequate breakfast included in rate. — Beds are comfortable. — Wifi is free and we experienced a good connection. — A couple of nice chocolates are included on arrival. Cons: — Walls are so thin that if you have noisy neighbours as we did on a few nights, this really affects the enjoyment of your stay, especially if you need silence to get to sleep, and resent have to resort to ear-plugs. — The cheaper rooms have a very compromised bathroom setup. It's a plastic capsule with only translucent saloon-style doors (with gaps at top and bottom) for privacy. For couples/friends sharing it's better to use the downstairs toilet (no explanation needed! ). There is almost no space when you're showering. — Reception shuts at 6pm. Another example of them finding a cost to cut. If there were any problems after 6 you'd be without assistance. — No tea/coffee facilities included in room. You would have to pay extra at reception to have this. Most hotels have this as standard. We did miss the option of making tea in the room. — Only one pillow per side of bed.

Good hotel, good location, with a nice view to the waterfront, good reception. Perfect breakfast.
No parking (offers underground parking at €14 a day), small room, very small bathroom and poorly maintained (limestone, faded paint, no soap, no shower gel. )
The price is high for the room we had. Fortunately the view is beautiful and it is in the heart of the city.

Great location canalside, good continental breakfast. Many local places to eat very picturesque surroundings.

Very good location, the hotel is friendly and the staff very friendly. The only downside is that the bathroom in our room had a particular smell between humidity and dirty bathroom, I think it is for being a bath made entirely of polymer (one capsule). Overall it is a good choice and the breakfast is simple but enough.
We would definitely go back to this hotel.

Ideally located, 500m from the Center, the rooms with view on the Canal are a strong asset full of charm. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Walls a little thin if the neighborhood is noisy and shower cubicle as a bathroom but nothing embarrassing if short stay, breakfast included in the price quite correct. I recommend it.

Decent hotel. The standard rooms have no charm… the shower is a boat cabin. Bad surprise in addition the sheets and towels were dirty. I'm not in a hurry to come back. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean, reasonable price for Brugge. Only 500m from the historic center. Breakfast included and sufficient. I do not put the star 5th because the room is a tiny little can too small and it lacks an extra heater in the shower room.

The view is excellent but the reception closes and nobody is there. They weren't helpful with some problems we had. If they were nice, they could have helped us for sure. The two stars, only for the view that we asked in advanced (to the cannal) since they didn't clean properly our room and sone others things as well. If you go, just don't pretend too much! :)

Nice views and well decorated but lots of extra prices that would usually be included like Wi-Fi and a kettle in room. Beds were comfortable but pillow/duvet both a little thin. Receptionist was incredibly lovely.

Hotel really very close to the hyper center of Bruges.
The rooms are comfortable except the bathroom part which is really sketchy and very small.
Breakfast is good.
There is no parking in the hotel but at 5min by car for €9 a day it is definitely worth it.

This small hotel I highly recommend it is very clean, breakfast is basic but good, this to central and the price is great. The room was comfortable, standard size, all functional. I got a view of the channel that was very good.

The service was good. We got a lot of extra information and a discount card which we were able to use at a lot of museums and shops. The room was nice, it was clean and kind of smelled like a wellness spa. The bathroom was way too small though. It was like a weird plastic insert and the shower was so small the shower curtain stuck to your body every time you moved. It also felt very unstable. The biggest downside to our room was the view on the center court. I didn't mind the view itself but the breakfast personnel would blast very loud music during prep and cleaning. This music was very loud in our room and it started before 8am even. Therefore I give this hotel a 5, 5 out of 10 rating. I know I shouldn't expect much from a 2 star hotel, but this was not a youth hostel and it's ridiculous to wake up your guests like that.

Very close to various squares. Staff lovely and friendly. The rooms… I've got so many bruises from knocking into the bed, units etc. The rooms are so small. The "bathroom" ridiculously small. Take care in the shower you cannot avoid touching the taps whilst you try to shower. The hot water part of the tap gets very hot. Dangerous to children. It's shame because it's so handy with a decent continental breakfast yo get you off to a good start and Wi-Fi.

Excellent location, quiet, unbeatable view from the Canal room with its swans and motorboats walking with very happy people.

The place is nice… it looks like you are on a boat with a cabin overlooking the river… it's close to the center… and the breakfast is buffet.

We had a lovely room with a window right onto the canal and only approx 5 min walk to main square shops and reastaurants.

Very comfortable accommodation. The room was spacious and comfortable, the washrooms clean. Hotel was centrally located, a close walk to everything in the historic centre. Staff was helpful.

Great staff. Great help finding dinner and places to go. Ask for a room that does not face the canal or courtyard due to late night noise.

So far (been here one night) really pretty good. Well located, good room (room 10), good bed (although more pillows would be nice), the breakfast was OK.

No "real" bathrooms in all the rooms but a kind of cabin with perforated doors bringing together the shower, the washbasin and the toilets in 3m2

Rooms are clean but smaller than the pictures on the website show you. Especially the shower is super small. It's like showering in a closet. Also the walls are very thin. So you can hear your neighbours talking pretty clear. The breakfest was okay but nothing special. The staff is friendly and the location of the hotel is great. In my opinion the rooms aren't worth the high price.

The following were not clean : spider webs, radiator, dirty black stain on the bed… The floor was very cold, the four poster bed was disappointing : the curtains were dirty and too small, the amount of it was rocky (a ball that is impossible to screw a screw in place of the ball, etc. ). The breakfast was correct but not more. The door of the bathroom did not close completely … The staff does not speak French. By contrast, the view of the canal is pleasant morning and evening.

Good small hotel to stay a weekend or qques days no more.

Ideally located with amazing views of the canals, excellent value for money depending on the period. Very good breakfast. Room rather small but very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

No 5 star Palace but clean rooms, good Breakfast and great location!

Breakfast included, not Majestic, but of all respect… Staff spoke only English not Italian, parking at 300 meters Euro 14, 00 per day. Hotel on canal in historic building… nice.

Cute little hotel. Amazing location, ok breakfast. Bathroom was the only real issue; a tiny room with barely enough room for one person to stand in, it's like a porta-loo was built in. Doors don't touch the bottom or top, so only ok if you know each other well. Apart from that, really enjoyed our stay here and the pricing was excellent. Wifi is only €5 for your entire stay.

Great location, fabulous breakfast and lots of good restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of all the sights and is located on one of the canals. I want to go back.

First time to brugge went with other half and 3 children so we got a family room the room was immaculate lovely view of the canal beds were comfy room was cleaned daily very close to the market square a five minute walk. Breakfast was lovely choice of meats cheese coffee tea juice croissonts rolls etc eat as much as you can. Bathroom had a shower and seperate bath ideal for a large family. Staff were very happy to help and give us information. I heard there was a sauna but we didnt use it. All in all it was a very good hotel would def go back. Recommend highly.
