From the reservation to our departure, everything was perfect. Our car and luggage are picked up as soon as we arrive in front of the hotel, beautiful rooms and excellent meals. This hotel has everything to spend a relaxing weekend in Bruges. A few steps from the Belfry but quiet. Top!

Extraordinary meal. Elegant, beautiful food. Exceptional service. Great wine list. Wednesday has a special prix fixe with wine. Chef menus and ala carte. Pricey but worth every € to a foodie! Beautiful dining rooms and pretty bar. Fairly casual for the tourist trade. English, Spanish, spoken as well. Highly recommend!

One or two small errors but other than that, everything was impeccable if you like to be treated as an exceptional and unique being. Staff both efficient and responsive when needed, discreet when necessary. Nickels rooms, sauna area etc.

Beautiful small hotel. Classic style with all modern conveniences and in an ideal location. Lovely details in the rooms and with the service. A cosy, sophisticated bolt hole. Highly recommended. Haven't tried restaurant yet but highly rated and quite expensive, nothing else on offer here and even that isn't open on Mondays. Plenty of places to eat nearby though.

Beautiful Hotel with an interior that could be directly from a princess movie. Very kind personnel including the owners who are taking care of their customers. Breakfast is outstanding with freshly served eggs, waffles and many sweet and chocolate. The hotel is positioned right in the center of Brugge and offers valet parking. Many details like personally written letters, chocolate every evening, weather forecast and a reception with champagne once a week improve the overall great experience.

Fabulous boutique hotel, great location near market square, people so nice and helpful, fab breakfast buffet, delightful bar area, antique furnishings lovely and tasteful. Owners give a cocktail reception which is a nice touch to meet them personally.

Everything about this hotel is terrific. The room was very nice, the restaurant was simply amazing. What takes this stunning hotel to the next level is the incredible attentiveness of the staff, who are genuinely gracious and make you feel at home. Amazing experience!

Staff is friendly and helpful and the room is perfect. The wellness is splendid, really quit and private for a nice and relaxing time.

Excellent accommodations, professional staff, clean rooms, and a soft bed. The only thing wanting was we had so many Pokemon in our room it was difficult to relax. The Bose stereo system helped and we enjoyed the Duke Ellington in the background and the Duvel in the fridge, but sometimes that's just not enough to distract one from Pokemon jumping on the bed. In all seriousness this is a lovely hotel.

I have a gift certificate relais and chateau n°16 and can't spend it either by due date (because all say that there's no avail in learning that it is a good gift) because it is mandatory to book a second night so I just want to claim my gift voucher to a value of £ 500 when the same.

We are staying at the Hotel Heritage, a Relais & Chateaux Hotel,. The Hotel offers a familiar and very friendly atmosphere. Lovingly furnished rooms and suites. The morning Breakfast tables are reminiscent of a Grand hotel. Silver Cutlery and unique dishes, which fit to the overall concept of the hotel. The Dinner in the evening was outstanding and is, without exception, recommend the wine pairing. A very nice Hotel with charm and character.

Wonderfully sumptuous boutique hotel set in an old mansion house, parts of which date back to the fourteenth century. Rooms are classically-designed (think chandeliers, oil paintings. ) and are exceptionally well-appointed — with a large flatscreen TV, iPad, Nespresso machine and Bose sound dock, along with soft fluffy bathrobes and towels and very comfortable bed. The owners have thought of every little detail — down to the hand-written welcome card in the room, power socket inside the in-room safe, and the weather forecast that is slipped under your door in the morning. The hotel's bar offers delightful fireside drinks in the evening, whilst the four course menu in its Michelin-listed restaurant was one of the culinary highlights of our trip. Perhaps the best surprise of all was the sauna and hammam in the basement of the hotel, which felt almost like our own private spa — perfect for resting our feet and warming up after a winter day's sightseeing. Highly recommended.
