Centrally located, comfortable, and clean. The owners are friendly, helpful, and attentive.

I loved this little hotel… The Room was spacious beyond my imagination, clean, sunny, friendly staff and location within walking distance of downtown!
Definitely when I return to Bruges I will come back to this hotel, whose value for money is really great!
If I have to complain about something… I Can say that The pillows were not very comfortable… But It is obviously subjective! I like them soft, these weren't!

Good location, Dienhos, very friendly and helpful, the stairs in snail but these in the Cdngro of Bruges.

For a 2 star it is very very cute, comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Only flaw the Wi-Fi signal Weak, it is we are only on the 1st floor.

Nice owners, good breakfast and central to all locations in and around brugge.

We had a booking and our flight was delayed. Obviously I notificated them with little advance but their answer was simply "if you dont arrive before 20:00h no even came here because our hotel will be closed. We make clear that check in is until 20:00". I didn't expected that anybody wait for us, but at least I expected that they gave me a better answer, maybe recommended me another hotel/hostel that had a 24h reception, cause we had not site to sleep this night. I strongly recommend you to be more friendly in the future.

Had a nice stay. Very clean rooms and well located in the city center, no need for public transport.

Mediocre Hotel, would have expected at the price. Also had no Elevator, and narrow circular stairs up to the 2nd Stick quite tedious with 25Kg suitcases.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cozy and small, but we expected that as it's quite common for small european cities. Location is very good. Within 5 min walk to the center of Bruges (Brugge) Windows are old and you hear everything that happens outdoor. We woke up early morning because of the noise street-cleaning cars.

Reasonably priced and good service and cozy apartments but the facilities need improvement. For example a new heater that doesn't break down and requires a reset every once in a while, internet etc.

Attention to Hotel Leopold: While I stayed at the Martin's Brugge (excellent address), this property took, I do not know how, 150 euros on my Visa card for a reservation that I did not make at home. I take justice. For the principle, I will go to the end. Important tip: Do not entrust any personal information to this company.
