I love this place. I went in April 2019. The host was amazing, I feel like home! I recommend this place 100%

Everything a traveller would wish for!

More a B&B than a hotel but this is not a negative. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Our room in the eves had a huge bed and everything we could need. It is a little old fashioned but this is in keeping with the building and could do with the decoration touching up in places. Overall it is excellent value for money and very central. I will definitely go again and highly recommend.

The hotel is in the centre of Brugges. Let's say more than a hotel is a b&b. Still comfortable clean in quiet area but within walking distance of the canals and main squares of Brugges. Strategic location. Dignified hotel. Breakfast discreet. They don't make cappuccino but coffee and milk…

Really nice and cosy. The room was very quirky and old fashioned in a nice way. It really added to the rustic atmosphere in Bruges and completed my overall experience there. Really good value as well and the customer service was great, very welcoming. The only drawback is the doors, both the door to the room and the door for the bathroom looked quite clinical and out of place, and the bathroom door was flimsy.

Very good reception, with a warm and attentive service, location close to everything with nearby parking.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice and familiar hotel, with good breakfast and super near to the old town. The owners are very nice and friendly!

Very cosy Hotel. Very central location, very friendly staff. Good breakfast, not much variety but everything they put is of a lot of quality. The only thing that could put as a paste is the smell of sewers that had the room, but that must be by the channels. For other great.

A very cozy family run hotel with a welcoming host and a stunning view from the upper floors. The hotel has three floors, a lift, rooms for two and family, but the hotel itself is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are nice. Towels are cleaned every day in the room. The price includes breakfast, which the owner of the hotel offers delicious freshly prepared coffee! This hotel is the perfect place to feel the fabulous atmosphere of Bruges.
PS and also, at the departure the owner gives boxes with amazing chocolate candies!

Hotel located in the quiet area. Very warm welcome. Hotel located 2 blocks from the centre of the city and walks in boats. It is necessary to park on a paid parking located to approximately 100 meters.

Love tis hotel. Our room is on the top floor experienced European style room w window looking out beautiful scenery. Small hotel & owner is very friendly & helpful. Great location. Highly recommended.

Wow. Our room was incredibly beautiful, and the owners were just as great, so thoughtful, we even had a little box of local chocolates on the desk when we arrived. We stayed in the room with the velux windows and it was very charming and unique. We very much plan on staying here again!

Nice little hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and the location is very central. Parking is nearby and reasonably priced. Rooms are small but clean and quiet.

The owners make you really welcome and the hotel is so convenient for the centre of the city. It is also great value for money.

What a hotel! Oops, Sorry! What a home! Amazing people Brent and Veronica. They run the hotel in a way which just touches your heart with all the friendliness and the charm of the place. The location is just fabulous, the exact place where you would want to be in Brugge. Everything and I mean everything about this place makes me realise that I should have spent atleast a couple of more days at this place. It was our honeymoon and co-incidently our first month anniversary on the exact day of our stay. Glad that I spent that here…

Hotel botaniek is one of the best hotels around Brugge. Their staff were amazing, very cheerfull and energic. The location of the hotel is very good. Rooms are clean.
