Very friendly and attentive staff. We were in the restaurant and can only recommend it.

Nice experience and very nice view. 2 negative points: small blood stains on the fitted sheet and total absence of soundproofing.

Interesting concept, quite romantic. Very nice and friendly employees. The breakfast was very nice and all measures because of Covid were respected.
we ll be back again.

Sleeping on a boat is not common, and it changes hotels. Well-decorated room, TV, internet, shower, small table, etc…
very welcome and helpful.
Just a 15 —20 minute walk from the centre.

We love the place very unique very clean, friendly personel, location is good walking distance to the center with all shops restaurant etc,

room was dirty, restaurant closed
no tea and coffee facilities
TV didn't work
stayed an hour and checked out
outside area littered with cigerettes and rubbish
no pride in their hotel
have emailed complaints but no surprise no reply… had already paid so they don't care
worst place ever.

Worst place I've ever gone. Staff had a job to tear themselves away from their convo to book me in. Then tells us restaurant isn't open Sundays n Mondays. Went to the room. Nasty cold n cheap no mini bar a kettles 5 euros no where to park. Had to leave my merc in a unmade road not knowing if I could even park there… Told it was 15 20 mins walk to the markets. More like 15 min drive. We had already spent 2 nights in a proper hot l. We went and checked straight out and found another hotel. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE ONE BIT… oh and obv I was told no refund.

Been going now for 7 yrs, amazing is the word, easy walk to historic town, warm cosy rooms, amazing breakfast, fantastic friendly staff, have just booked for next year to.

We have had an amazing evening. The food was so good. I would definately recommend a visit.

Wonderful hotel with warm and friendly staff. Really gives a charmed feeling that goes so well with the whole Brugge/Bruges experience.
It is a short and lovely walk to the centre where you will see the swans and ducks night roosting place as well as beautiful houses and canals along the way.
in house restaurant has lovely food but a bit on pricey side with the wine.
Overall great experience.

I loved this place and the staff. You couldn’t find a better home away from home and away from the hustle and bustle of central Brugge. Hop and a skip (maybe a little more) from the train station. A short walk away from parks and streets of this amazing little city. On the canal. Birds chirping out the window. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Restaurant serves wonderful food and drink. The nautical influences bring you home to the history of the area. I’ll return here over and over if I can.

This a great place to stay and to eat. We looked around at places to eat in the city and decided to eat here — not a mistake at all. Well worth it, and you get a lovely view of the canal.
