Crappy hotel. Broken showers that have to wait a week to be fixed. Dingy hallway. Rusted trash cans. No AC, not even a fan. Carpet stinks. Really worn out facility. If you've never known what a bedspring feels like, you will know for sure at the Campanile.

Friendly reception in the evening. A very sweet lady. Kitchen staff who made scramble eggs was rude and defensive when I asked if there were pork in it as I'm a Muslim. She snapped at me and turned away. However when a white guy approached, she was smiling coyly. Amazing how a person can switch her attitude at the click of her fingers. Rather disgusted anyway. Don't wanna eat at the restaurant anymore.

Really old terrible hotel if you can call it a hotel at all. Dirty bathroom. Old bathroom. Old room. Ad on top of all very expensive. Just because it's near the airport I guess. Without breakfast I paid 115 euro 1 night dubbel bedroom. Slow internet.

Small Hotel Nice large parking, and not far from Brussels, I advise.

Very convenient for nights not too far from Brussels, an hour from Bruges.
Warm and trilingual reception (Flemish, French and German) just a small lack of cleanliness in the rooms (the sheets are not changed for 3 days) I recommend it.

Room very old and dirty, big tasks on the floor. No hot water, the bathroom was barely cleaned also, the sink had a leak. Even for one night, I strongly advise against it. Bad experience, this hotel does not deserve its 3

Signs to review to arrive, no heating in the bathroom, spicy dish, non-fresh bread and layout of the trays to review, friendly but French staff difficult!

It's a reasonably priced hotel with reasonable amenities. Can improve internet quality and some additions to menu will surely help. Room size is ok for economy travelers.

Good and easy budget hotel, close to the airport, parking in front, clean and silent rooms.

This was the WORST hotel experience. The customer service was aweful. The rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. There Only 2 outlets in whole room, non of which are in the bathroom. Shower curtain is clings to you and smells like urine. Says non smoking but people were smoking. Mehdi was rude! The 1st room had a huge stain on the carpet and when we asked to move, he slammed the door as we went to look at the room and when we got to the new room, it was dirty as Well! And his response was, " What do you expect, it is an old hotel. You get what you pay for". They also changed the price at checkout but I didn't have the energy to argue. I wish I could give it half a star.

Quiet economic well located 5 minutes from the train station which in 15minutes leaves you in Brussels center.

The hotel is a bit old. The facilities of the rooms are at a simple level and clearly worn out. The mattresses, however, were fine.
Parking in front of the hotel is sufficient and free, and Wi-Fi is also free.
Breakfast in the morning is good, in the evening the quality and choice of food does not fit at the quite high price. The setup is very simple, the staff there were not attentive, empty plates were not cleared, an ordered dessert was not brought.
This hotel is definitely not recommended in the cold season: The entrance is close to the seats of the restaurant area, without an intermediate door or separation. Every time the door opens, cold air comes to the dining area, which makes staying there unwelcoming.
Even the rooms were unheated on arrival, there is only a simple electric heater in the room, in the bathroom there is no radiator at all. In addition, the room had a non-sealable fresh air opening in the outer wall and a permanent deduction in the bathroom.
Smokers are supposed to go outside, but there is no roof, a windshield or anything like that.
The parking lot and even the entrance area right outside the door were neither cleared nor scattered in the event of snow.

People are friendly and helpful.
It is good to park for free and the proximity to the airport.

What an awesome time we had. It's beautiful and clean. Friendly staff from booking in to departure. Nice cosy restaurant and bar. We had a great dinner. The room was just as good. Bathroom clean and good shower and water pressure. It was all in all a great stay. Wil recommend this to anyone. Just a pity we could not stay longer. +++AAA+++

Worst hotel ever! (for its price; 89, 00 euros/night + 11, 50 euros breakfast) Internet connection, null. I cannot even send an e-mail for my work. Manager not polite. Old furnitures. Small rooms. Restaurant prices pretty expensive. Breakfast, ok.

Quite dirty the poor friendly rooms and little varied breakfast the restaurant not particularly good and slow in serving. In his favor the location is the price.

No longer contemporary bath graffles and sets mould on. Rooms are otherwise clean.

First time on hotel due nmbs strike. They were fine. I've only been there to sleep but didn't have any complaints.

Great hotel. Basic but great value for money. Stayed here for one night after surgery in Brussels and it did the job. Was lovely and clean and our evening meal in the restaurant was delicious! Breakfast not so good very basic continental and a little overpriced but lined our stomachs. Would return again in the future.

Cheap, overnight accommodation within walking distance of the airport. Nice staff, clean room. What more can you ask for for 38 euros/night.
