The room needs to be renovated. Walls and carpet looks really dirty. No possibility to open the window. Breakfast is very poor. You have to pay extra even for an omelette. Swimming pool is not clean at all. One night is ok, but not more.

Great rooms with access to garden from the backdoor of the room. Pool was nice. Tram station was close by. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was fulfilling. Staff is well behaved.

Friendly reception, clean room and overall decent place. Except for their kitchen. Buffet that was served had raw chicken. When we addressed the issue, they dismissed us and told us to pay full price for anything else or stay with the buffet. We were in a bad mood after this, we would be happy with a sandwich or whatever but they never gave us that option. Binary mentality ruined our night and coloured the remaining of the stay.

Old Hotel for a 4 star, need a little refreshing… Reception at night very unpleasant (from 18 to 20/05)

Nice hotel and friendly staff.
Room clean But some furniture or wall are to redo as worn out. Breakfast with a hearty buffet. Only big downside, the price of a meal at the hotel restaurant, prices far too high!

We spent 2 nights there, these 2 nights impossible to sleep as there were 2 weddings in the reception room which was close to our rooms! In addition to this sound of music, there was a sound of water circulation that was just resonating! The Jacuzzi is cold, the pool is not cleaned. Although the bed is nice, the rooms are not to the liking of the day. There is a lack of slippers and bathrobes available which is not great for a hotel with a spa. On the other hand, very good breakfast. This hotel is not worth a 4 star.

Nice reception, pool and spa very quiet, the food of a super quality, the proposal of alcoholic beverage are pleasant. If we come back to Brussels we'll always think of the hotel.

Nice hotel close to Brussels airport. Enjoyed a 1 night stay due to flight change. Room were excellent, quiet clean and well equipped. Nice shuttle bus from and to the airport.

Had a one night stay when my flight got cancelled and it was really good. I had a lovely dinner, large room and good night sleep. Hotel is near Brussels airport and has a shuttle bus driving in both directions every half a hour.

Comfortable hotel located very close to the Brussels airport. The rooms are huge with a large bathroom with bathtub, desk, fridge and a very large bed. The service is very attentive. It has a bar with a varied menu (although not very healthy). The breakfasts are very complete and if you leave early in the morning they have a pot of capsules for dalir of the pass. It also has a gym, Jacuzzi and an outdoor swimming pool. I would return without hesitation.

Good breakfast buffet, but soundproofing of the rooms to review and service shuttle deplorable. Breakfast time too late. … 7am.

Well if you have an early morning flight there are shuttles.

The room is okay with decent bath. It's near to airport. The Wi-Fi is bliss for foreign visitors though signal can be improved. The major disadvantage is that it doesn't have lift and carry luggage yourself. My room was locked type where u can't view anything. The complimentary breakfast is good with plenty of options. It's around 2km from nearest station for reaching Belgium central. However the hotel is in calm area though its lack comfort of sleep like the pillow are huge and tight so that I have to sleep without it.

Comfort and quality combined. Clean and spacious rooms. Restaurant offering a small but quality choice.

Nice hotel, shame just being a little out of the way…

Aged four star hotel with a humidity problem. You cannot open the windows which makes the humidity condensate and run down the window which made my room mould. My request to change rooms was granted, a cleaning lady then rushed into the room and prepared it for the next guest. The breakfast is ok but served in quite a dark room. It used to be the golden tulip hotel and it seems like the new owner wants to get as much money out of the old hotel as possible before he can't further postpone modernising it.

Located 5 minutes from the international airport "Zaventem" in Belgium. This hotel offers a wonderful setting as a whole with its restaurant and its conference and party rooms.

Rooms OK. Front desk cheerful and helpful. Restaurant menu very ordinary (limited menu and expensive) with very poor and inattentive service… I'm writing this whilst waiting for the bill that I asked for 10 minutes ago… and it's not exactly heaving in here — 11 people plus me!

This hotel is located very close to the Brussels airport. It has basic accommodations and rooms are small yet comfortable. There is no elevator in the hotel. The gym is poorly equipped which was a big disappointment for me. There are no eateries within close proximity other than the airport.

It was a good hotel in the past… I the meantime the carpets are dirty, the furniture is scratched. The pillows are too big, but this might just be a personal preference. However there are Hotels that provide options on pillows. I was lucky to have a room with a window door to the outside — fresh air… The good part of the story is the shuttle service from and to the airport and from and to offices in the area — it's paid with your room (marketing would call it 'free' of charge). Free of charge is bringing me to the Wi-Fi access that is free — at least this is what the web site is telling you. And yes, there is no financial cost but you need to 'like' the hotel on Facebook first (see picture). Looks like they need to by they're likes… The bar is not really a bar, you are sitting in the lobby and the restaurant waiter is coming to serve you. The selection is basic, only one type of Gin for example. I did not try the restaurant and had no breakfast Summary: OK for a business night, not more.

Great place to stay. Very clean and luxurious. I recommend it widely.

Very nice meeting room and great buffet for lunch break during meeting. Plus the price is super affordable.

Good business hotel. In between (and close to) the airport and the city centre. Ample parking. The hotel has well equipped meeting rooms with good Wi-Fi. There is a good restaurant, a cozy bar and even a pool (it's an outside pool so it won't be usable most of the year).

I was booked to stay at Parker Hotel by United Airlines as a courtesy when my flight from Brussels to the US was canceled due to mechanical issues. Needless to say it was a long and trying day of multiple delays until the final cancellation. Setting the passengers up at the Parker hotel was the best thing United did all day. The hotel is and rooms are spectacular and the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The buffet was amazing as well. Delicious spread and fully stocked enough to handle a surprise booking of 50-100 extra guests. I would highly recommend Parker Hotel!

Convenient location to the airport. Be quiet. There's a free shuttle.

Credit card was accepted at first. Receptionist have not even tried to explain where the strangely hiddenly located stairs are. Lift was not spotted.

Perfect hotel for the reasonable price. Spacious room, good bathroom and everythink works perfect. If you choose between Parker and NH hotel, definitely Parker much comfortable.

Before going on vacation from Brussels airport we spent the night at Golden Tulip Brussels. That happiness Formula Park sleep and fly hardly more expensive than the week of parking at the airport. For the price we can leave the car for 15 days, we spend the night in a 4 star who deserves it. Staff with small treatments, hammam, Jacuzzi, fitness room… The next morning we drop you off at the airport and we come looking for you when you return. A holiday that starts Zen.

2 stars less as no elevator and porter unavailable for late arrivals, receptionist does not speak French (we are still in Belgium and Brussels) and the cushion at a thickness of 25cm and is hard as concrete (really uncomfortable)!

Very nice hotel. Bedding of very good quality. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. The breakfast is expensive (not taken).

Decent place but quite distant and rather remote.

Tip: rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the Pool. Food in the hotel bar are of high quality and recommended.

Went for dinner. Pleasant staff. Meal was quite nice but the portion was more like a starter than a main course. Left still hungry.

Previously golden Tulip, is a very good Hotel. Nice rooms. Near the Airport and in Haren area.

Very nice place. It has very comfortable beds and a heated pool. I wish that I could have stayed longer.

People are not welcoming, far from the town, lunch and dinner has a specific choices. Service is always late. Good if you want to stay near the airport with a reasonable price.

Room spacious and comfortable. Hotel clean and tastefully decorated. Pleasant and available staff. Good lunch and very good restaurant.
The accommodation/meal package is exceptional from a value for money point of view.
Unfortunately the hot tub was down. Once undressed in the locker room, one realizes that the wellness space does not include storage booth for clothes (only small secure chests). I recommend planning a bathrobe, it will be easier. I fell back on the hammam which took a lot of time to heat up. Allow 15-20 minutes to get really hot.
The bedding is very comfortable and the furniture quality (cosy). Free Internet via Wi-Fi and via an eternet socket. Latest generation TV with HDMI socket. Air conditioning in perfect working condition.
Plan your drinks for the fridge… it will be empty when you arrive.
The hotel seemed somewhat deserted… low season?

I Had a Reservation for today but due to the Tragedy yesterday in Brussels my flights were cancelled as was Eurostar so I couldnt get to my meetings in Brussels, surprisingly Golden Tulip were not at all sympathetic as Mike on the Desk then Reservations confirmed, No Refund.!

Great hotel, I used to go there for my park, sleep and fly formulas (sleep there, leave your car there, and use their shuttle, ideal for short business trips), but now they raised the cost of this formula so high that I go to other hotels in the neighborhood.
