The hotel is nice, it is very well located, close to Bruxelles Centre. You can go walking to the centre of Brussels, to find many restaurants, La Grand place and have a nice walk. Rooms are clean and with some details, altogether more than enough. Recepcionists are also nice guys. But there is a point that I find limiting, there is not much light in the room. But in general, happy with it.

Well situated Hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good for business travellers. Breakfast is good.

Great hotel located behind the Cathedral of Saint Michel. Very good location, close to the central train station. It also has an access very close to the metro, from several stations. An 8-minute walk from the Grand Place and the centre of the city. It is in a small street, very quiet, which is noticeable in the rest by the nights, although could be better signposted because it goes a bit unnoticed. Room large and comfortable. Good buffet breakfast. Staff pleasant and always willing to help in everything you need.

Very well maintained hotel with attentive staff.

Excellent location and an easy walk to the old city centre and the Grand Place. The hotel is in a side street which is quiet. The rooms are of a good size and comfortable with very large beds. The lighting is subdued which can seem a bit too dark at times. Good parking in the underground car park which is easy to access and has large parking spaces. The mini bar contained a good supply of drinks and surprisingly more than one type of champagne. Staff are pleasant and discreet. A great place for a romantic city break. Recommended.

Friendly staff, pleasant room, comfy bed, Nespresso coffee maker in room. Had a delicious smoked salmon salad and some local beer in the lounge last night. Would stay again :) Oh, also free Wi-Fi that isn't awful! Sweet bonus :)

Room is nice and clean. Bed is firm but comfortable. Shower is a bit weak, but all of the expected toiletries are provided in the bathroom. We received a free welcome drink on arrival, which we had on the first evening. The choice on this was good (choice of beer, wine or soft drink). Breakfast has plenty of selection and is well prepared, although it did get cold soon after collecting it. Location is really convenient — it is a short walk from Brussels central train station and is close to a lot of tourist hot spots (grand place, museums etc) Overall, we have enjoyed our stay.

We had booked a room in another hotel called Le Berger but when we got to the hotel and checked into our room we realized the place was falsely advertised. The room smelled, the carpet had bleach stains, it was filthy, long story short the place was a dump. So we quickly made a Google search to see what hotels were around us and came across Sandton. The hotel was in a great location and the reviews were great so we booked it. Half an hour later we showed up and our room was ready, the hotel receptionist couldn't be more accommodating. Basically, we had a great time in Brussels thanks to this hotel, we were comfortable, the room was immaculate, the room was cleaned when we asked for it, the breakfast was superb, the staff amazing and they even held our luggage after we checked out while we went to town. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Superb, just superb.

It is in a perfect location, a stone's throw from the central station, the city centre and the metro. Well furnished and clean. Nice staff.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, moderately large room, the only downside we have my partner and I is the shower tray is flooded if you use a high water pressure.

Nice hotel that can be a little hard to find because it's on a small side street. Our room was nice, the bed was on the harder side which is exactly how I like it. The bathroom was well planned and nicely designed. This is not the best place if you're looking for a view, but it's a good, central location from where you can walk to most places in the city. The worst part of staying here is that the church bells ringing every fifteen minutes, and they don't only ring but play different melodies. On the other hand, no hotel in the center can fully escape the noise from the church bells.

Cleaning and exquisite treatment.

Rude staff! Stay away! First time I stayed at a hotel where I am treated in such rude manner by its staff! The guy at the reception should learn about customer service or otherwise seek a job elsewhere! What a joke!

Room was alright. Lighting was poor. Breakfast was abysmal with nothing beyond bread and jam for vegetarians. Not even baked beans, hash browns or mash or anything! 3 types of scrambled egg though…

I have been there many times and will return every time I am in town.

Dirty rooms and reception, awful smell coming from the drains in the bathrooms. Also the hotel charged more than the cost of the entire holiday on breakfasts and city charges. The breakfasts costs were not made clear or told to us, leaving a hefty bill at the end. Worsening the whole situation the front desk staff were incredibly rude and confrontational when we explained we weren't told the breakfast costs, 22 euros a head is ridiculous when there was no service from the staff (no one showed us to a table — left to find our own, no hot drinks offered apart from the final day) and small, low quality ammounts of the food available — much better off going to a nearby cafe/restaurant for breakfast! promotes itself as a 4 star hotel but I've honestly stayed in much better 3 star hotels. Avoid this place if you don't want surprise charges at the end of your holiday!

A good place to stay near city center and central train station, considering its comfortable rooms and kind stuff. The only disadvantage would be that it is so close to some other buildings, you may need to close your curtains for some privacy.

The stay at this hotel was Great. Upon our arrival we were met at the front desk by Karim. Wow. What a friendly fellow. My wife and I felt Very welcomed. Karim took our name and found our information on his computer right away. There was no problem with the check-in procedure. Karim checked our room and informed us that we were upgrade to a suite for the night. I asked him if I could pay for the suite for the other 4 nights. He immediately went to talk to someone in the office and without any extra charge he put us in the suite for our entire stay, at no extra charge. What a wonderful treat. Through out our stay Karim made sure we were comfortable, making sure all was well for us. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and friendly. I will be staying here again.
