I stayed here in August, and I was disappointed by the service given at night at the reception. There was a big, tall, colored person that was really disrespectful. I will describe what this person made me feel. Hello! I'd like to make a complaint about the service the receptionist gave me at 11.15 pm yesterday night more or less when I arrived. He received me in a nice way first, but then when I asked for precision to know where was my room located he was really rude. He told me several times in an English that it was difficult to understand for me since it's a "Belgian English". After that, I told him again that I couldn't reach the place, and he started telling me in a louder voice "As I told you your room is…! " Finally, I was really tired since I have been carrying my luggage walking from the central Brussel station and I told him "I don't understand why some hostels in Europe don't help you showing your bed". (I said this because I've been to many hostels and in some places, they show me in a really helpful and lovely way were was my bed and all that I needed to know). After I said that, he immediately lower down the volume of the music he was hearing out loud and started yelling at everyone in the room (the other guests present there) to please make silence because he wanted to listen carefully to what I have said. I felt really embarrassed, he was humiliating me in front of other guests.
