Very good quality/price ratio, well placed.

Perfect place to stay for a few days. Super clean, equipped, and located near the North station, the central train station and the main attractions. The attention is excellent. The best: Location and quality of the apartment. Things against: nothing… Definitely the best option for Brussels.

Perfect location for us. No service in between, and it could be a bit cleaner. But basic simplicity and good.

We were housed on the 5th of 04. — 08.04. (2 nights) in the Mesonette apartment. The size and location of the apartment was OK, about 10-15 minutes to the city centre and the bed was cozy. But then it also stops with the advantages.
Parking for 20 euros in a non-covered backyard we found very expensive.
The room was in a catastrophic hygienic and down-to-life condition. We only moved on with socks/shoes in the apartment. The walls were full of stains, the Waschbecke had lime stains, in the shower were hairs and the curtain was so old and dirty that I seriously thought not to shower or the sink. The toilet seat was filthy, the toilet had urine stains. And what bothered most about the bathroom, it has incredibly stunk. I don't even want to know what it was…
The floor throughout the apartment was an imposition, filthy and broken. The kitchen was so filthy and disgusting that you didn't want to open the cupboards. The chairs in the dining room were filthy so you didn't want to sit on it. The couch was sitting by and filthy. The TV was dusty.
The rooms are very noisy, we were on the third floor and at night I slept with Ohrstöüüsel because you heard the neighbors and especially the pigeons on the roof extremely.
In the bedroom the carpet was so dirty that you only wanted to run with socks/shoes on it. On the wall by the bed were nail polish prints.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy with all kitchen utensils and bathroom. Good location near the stations and center.

Nice location. Lots of sights all around. Public transport was a 5 min walk away. It was a cozy loft apt with small kitchen. My kids loved sleeping in the bed in the loft. My husband and I slept on the sofa bed. For little extra we were able to park our mid-sized truck in the private garage area. Office staff and housekeeping were very courteous.

In the four days we were not put clean towels or made the beds. We were told it was a duplex with two double beds and at the end only had one and a sofa bed. Completita kitchen, well heating and hot water.

Very quiet Studio, good bedding and practical kitchenette, Wi-Fi.

It is an apartment building located 15 minutes from the center. The room we were assigned was nothing from the other world, but in value for money it was not bad.

Perfect stay to spend a few days in Brussels. Central but in a quiet street. Metro and train stations nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. But in our particular case everything else was very good: apartment equipped, clean and bright.

Perfect apartments, practically in the center of Brussels City. Although there is no TV, all the other amenities are great. Price content for your location.
Highly recommended. Watch the bed ladder ;) you don't have to go drunk when you lower it :p

The couch is very grayed! Hotplate that barely heats. Filthy kettle!
The cleaning product used by the property: antikal. Large surface product therefore not disinfectant! Unacceptable in public reception.
Soundproofing nil! (you hear the neighbor gaping! )
€20 per day to park his vehicle in a non-covered yard it is excessive. We preferred a covered parking at 5 min on foot much cheaper.
We will never come to this establishment again. Be told a "dream offer" on a booking site… PA really!

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The location is impeccable.

Had my keys stolen and was forced to pay 150 Euro. Ridiculous and very uncommon. I do not recommend this apartment to stay at, at all. I've never had such a bad experience.

One of the cheapest accommodations in the city! Stayed there for two nights and had a great time. The staff was helpful. We walked to the grand place for just 15 mins. The place is also close to the subway station (5 mins walk). So for those looking for a good, cheap, and convenient accommodation in Brussels, I recommend you to check out this place.

Awful apartaments. Really dirty. Not recommended.

The appartment was comfortable and rather cute. Good value for the money. The location is excellent, only a short walk away from the city centre. I enjoyed my stay there.

Nice rooms, easy walking distance to the city center. If you arrive early they will hold your bags so you can explore the city.

The only reason I will give this apartment 2 stars Is because the staff member checked us in early and was so kind that it made it feel like a nice place. And at first glance it seems really nice. The stairs are very steep so you have to be careful going down them, the dishes were dirty which was disgusting but atleast we could clean them. The room was ridiculously hot! Especially because the bed is up high it just makes it that much worse! The shower was average at best and the bathroom just generally smelt mouldy and disgusting. The decor looks slapped together no actual thought has gone into it! Reasonable location.

Super it is do eat all night by bed bugs, to avoid absolutely.
