So you have to know that for the price, you should not expect the upscale. This is not the claim of the hotel either.
For my part clean room.
Sufficient Wi-Fi, breakfast at €5.
Big advantage, you get out of the hotel, you are no longer in the center of the capital;)

It was the worst night I've ever seen! All the hot, unburnt, in the bathroom mould, it was disgusting to touch anything. More No One will. P. S per room paid 100 euro.

One of the worst hotels you can find. Beds are of lowest possible quality, lift is slowest I have ever seen in life. Room is very very small, that too heating does not work. I had to go and ask reception but they said it's automatic but they started it after I went back to room. TV does not work and Wi-Fi is one of the slowest. Also the area is not good for tourists specially during evening. stay away from this hotel.

To avoid absolutely! The room was dirty as possible not to mention the dilapidated state of the entire hotel. The bathroom window did not close, and since there is only a small sliding panel between the bed space and the bathroom, we were very cold in January! The worst is still the bed bugs that have stung us and left traces and pains for a week.
If you want to spend a good weekend especially forget about this place!

This was the worst hotel experience i‘ve ever had! We arrived during an extreme freezing period (minus 13degrees) and they wouldn’t turn on the heating. The rooms where super cold! The walls are moldy and the guy at the reception was totally unfriendly. We caught a cold. Plus the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. We would definitely never stay here again!

I put one because I have no choice. Terrible hotel. No heating in the middle of a cold wave. The staff is rude and explains to us that the boiler triggers a certain temperature… c is true that when it does — 6 out c is too hot to trigger a boiler. No Wi-Fi. Basically nothing works properly. The bathroom was pleasant but when you get out of the shower and it is 10 degrees its takes away all its charm… basically if I could put zero star I would have done it. For summary in two pitiful words and execrable personal.

Clean, tidy, every day cleaning and change of towels. The furniture is new, the windows were facing a quiet street (it's rooms ending at 5), the neighbors were not noisy. Very nice staff. There is a luggage storage room which is convenient if the flight is in the evening. There is soap and shower gel. The rooms are cool, the batteries work as they want. The shower is not very comfortable, fills the whole bathroom, but it is compensated by daily cleaning. The Wi-Fi is good. The location is great! Very close to the center. Plus the hotel is located on the street where a lot of cafes and shops. The reception is round the clock.

Very poor hotel rooms that smell of sewer employees who want to make smart and take money radiators that don't work the biggest room it has and 12mt don't know how they classify it as hotel and a shame avoid going there.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Given the price and location of the hotel you can not expect anything exceptional and the rule is checked. Small worries of heating, soundproofing rather low, otherwise it's OK. Special mention for the very good reception.

Bad experience at this hotel… defective elevator for 2 days. Staff not too friendly apart from late night and evening.

They Do Not put the heating until 7 pm, in a city so cold, so the room is always icy. Over 3 days We've been here the cleaning lady has left the bathroom window open. It's awful. Like in a fridge. Plus the room has holes in the wall. Now it does not matter but in summer the same there are cockroaches. Good is the staff and the situation.

The hotel was in an overall bad condition. The walls in our room were broken, the doors were noisy and it was cold (the heat only started after 7.30 PM), which is pretty late, given that the real feel outside was close or below 0 degrees. One the plus side, the personnel was kind, the bathroom water was nice and warm and the location is at approx 5 min walking distance from the city center.

Comfortable for short stay. Very well located near the city center, so price is fair. Very modest breakfast is available for 5€. Wi-Fi needs to improve.

The hotel is clean and it has a good location. Just be careful with the lift because it doesn't have door and I almost get stuck in.

Disgusting. I cannot think of a place that's worse than this. The view of a dirty wall, so no sunlight. The bedframe was wrapped in plastic film (later I found out that the place had bedbugs earlier… so instead of buying a new bedframe, they just decided to wrap the old one in plastic to starve off the bedbugs), the shower knob was spraying the water sideways, so the whole bathroom was in water. The water sewage in the sink was half-clogged, so the water went down very slowly. The side table (if you can call it that) was covered in adhesive plastic that was burned with cigarettes. The overall atmosphere of the room was very uninviting and seemed more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. This stay has taken away a great deal from my enjoyment of the city. Even though it was in the very center of the city, it seemed more like a murderville to me. Never again, not even for free!

This hotel is in an absolutely perfect location. It's minutes from everything. It's basic, yes, but I had no issues staying here. The shower was phenomenal… excellent pressure and never ran out of hot water. The room was clean and maid service was daily. I always had fresh towels. If you're looking for economy with value, this is the place. In the heart of everything you would want to walk to in Brussels.

I put a star for the staff which is nice. But the hotel is a disaster. Chewing gum stuck to the wall… Catastrophic soundproofing I heard my neighbor having fun. Another neighbor put Mozart on volume 30 until 3 a. M… Lav sink died laughing. I had to brush my teeth in the shower. In short only the staff and the location and the price attracrif except this hotel of the shipwreck …

It was better than expected for a two star hotel.

Hotel very well located could be top… but they manage heating strangely because we stayed 2 nights Shivering in a room with the sound insulation of a tent camping… too bad…

Reading some of these reviews after booking a night really freaked me out. But I was positively surprised on arrival. It appears that quite a bit of renovating had taken place. Room 15 was spotless and insect-free. The price/location ratio is pretty darn good and I would recommend the place!

Bedbugs : ( We stayed for two nights from 8/29-8/31, and found an adult bedbug as we were looking through the sheets to leave. It was on the bed we were not using, and no one had any actual bites fortunately. Other than the bedbug, the hotel was worth about the price (we paid 45€/night). The shower was super shitty and really low to the ground — waist height — but was a removable shower head. Also the drain didn't work so well, and the floor of the shower doesn't have a lip, so we had to take lightning quick showers and turn the water off halfway through to allow the drain to work. We overflowed the shower once (after a 10 minute shower! Not even that lengthy) and mopped that up. Beds were okay. Sheets were kinda gross. Obviously bedbugs detract from the overall experience. Staff is weird, there was a discrepancy in the price and the guy had to refund me 36€. He got upset and blamed me for not printing out the confirmation, even though I had it available on my iPhone. I wasn't even upset but he got a little heated. Would not stay here again. Would not recommend to others.

After staying the first night at the first room, both my arms have red dots of insect bite, and very itchy. At the night, I found out that both arms and legs have hundreds red dots of insect bite, and the insect bite became swollen up and very very itchy. This made me cannot sleep. Then, I use mobile phone to light up the bed and found that there were insects on the bed. I immediately turn on the room light and go to reception ask for changing room. But the hotel staff only ask me why changing room after the first night repeatly. The staff only changed another room to us after I showed the staff my swollen insect bite red dots. But I cannot turn off the room light as I was scared. At the following morning, I ask the hotel staff help to find doctor for me. The hotel staff said that the swollen insect bite was "small thing" and no need to consult a doctor. As I insisted to find a doctor, the hotel staff said he would help us find a doctor when another hotel staff come back to hotel. After a long waiting (from mintues to 10 to after 12) at the hotel lobby, no another hotel staff appeared. Then I went to tourist information center and ask for help. The staff at the tourist information center ask me to go to hospital for emergency once she saw my arm. She also told me the address of the nearest hospital and phamercy. So, don't stay at this hotel.

BEWARE OF BED BUGS! Booked the first place I could find after returning from a music festival. And got eaten alive by bed bugs! I wanted to forgive them because this can happen at any hotel. But after reading reviews I see other's have had the same issue. They gave me a refund for the night and a new room. But its no excuse if this is a recurring issue. See the photo. I got bit all over my body.

The situation of the hotel is very interesting, close all commerce and the Grand Place in the city center. The staff is very friendly and voluntary. Only trouble, an incident of water in the room evacuation caused some inconveniences. That said, the problem was handled very well by the staff; We got a refund for one night on two and both offered breakfast. A very significant gesture in view of the harm caused, demonstrating the ability to satisfy the customer. Therefore, I very highly recommend this hotel.

Negatives: Hotel dated, very few maintained, poorly cleaned bathroom and no shower curtain or door in the elevator, taking naked in the hallway. Breakfast is included, but he must get up early to count hope to have the right to the few pastries available. Positives: great location (5 min walk from the main square) for a quick tour of the city, staff quite accommodating for suitcases. You have the right to a map of the city and we can answer your questions at any time of the day. Presence of Wi — Fi in the room.
In a nutshell: little suit if you stay one night and you don't have much time to visit the city, you're up early, if are a heavy sleeper and not too looking on cleanliness.

Avoid this hotel! The room stank of tobacco. We had reserved a room with toilet but got one without. The lamps had loose electrical wiring, the walls were dirty. The lock on the door was also not working properly and the key got stuck in the lock always when locking and unlocking, and we had to struggle to get it loose. When complaining about the room we were told it was all that was available. In the morning we were told that it was a mistake, and we were promised a refund but I have still not received it.
