Great place. A bit overpriced perhaps but it's quiet clean and they have very comfortable beds and helpful staff. Breakfast is pricey but there is plenty of choice.

Perfect location close to the train station and old city. Small but cozy and clean room. Included breakfast is quite good. Air conditioning could be better. On high it gives more noise than cooling. Good value for the price I paid.

Room rates are decent for the present equipment (air conditioning, clean bathroom and bed in good condition) a welcoming and friendly staff, a superb choice on breakfast. Beware however of the parking in utility little space and rather narrow the only downside for my taste but this is more for info.

The setting of the hotel is not very glamorous, the parking is necessarily the one that the hotel offers. But the rooms are comfortable, confirm to the chain sign.

For the price in the room the bathroom pa very clean. Chapigons at the level of the soap dispenser gasket in the shower. Lots of noises in the morning impossible to sleep… Not the staff of the perfect welcome very nice.

Lovely hotel pity about the town closing down New Year's Eve and New Year's Day otherwise good restaurants excellent food we went to Brugge during the day everything open there.

It is clean and the beds very comfortable. Well located with restaurants in the vicinity.
The bathroom is tiny (prefabricated and pressed in a corner of the room). Although it is clean, it was a bit uncomfortable.
The receptionist at night was not if impertinent or inept: although I had assured that there would be a parking space, when we arrived past 10 pm and was full, did not take the slightest hassle to indicate where to find a parking.

Everyone speaks English. Very friendly and comfortable. Good location.

It is an ibis so unpretentious but it is for its money.

As you'd expect for an ibis hotel. Clean, reasonable rates, and a central location.

Everything was almost perfect — nice room and friendly stuff… until we found a bed bug on our bed sheets and several blood spots — a sing that we were bitten by the bugs during the night. This is unacceptable. Now, instead of enjoining a Sunday evening we are disinfecting all our stuff with which we traveled to prevent bugs from getting to our house with our clothes ( ( ( (a terrible experience ( ( ( ( We complained to the manager, but he told us to send pictures to his e-mail, so this is definitely not the end of the story…

An extraordinary stay! A spacious room, immaculate housekeeping, really comfortable bedding, the staff are friendly, friendly and warm and breakfast and excellent! The only small problem is the hotel parking which is quite small while the residents can't access it if the hotel is full. But otherwise nothing wrong!

Hotel for correct rates within a beautiful city. All rooms are air-conditioned with bathroom independent. Very comfortable beds and we had the chance to have a room next to the course so exceptional quiet!

Very good price / quality ratio, rooms are very nice and little noise, I stayed there for a week and everything went very well. The breakfast buffet offers a choice that should satisfy everyone the staff is nice and courteous.

Stayed just for the night on our way to Germany and couldn't find fault with the IBIS Namur. Our room on the fifth floor was very clean and had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the evening snack menu was just right after traveling all day.

Central location 2 min from the train station of Namur. Hotel clean and decor current. Buffet type breakfast is continental with the choice. Good welcome, pleasant staff. In the end, good quality / price ratio.

Nice hotel, good location. For all who are transsexual or homosexual, some of the people of Namur are homophobic.

Typical Ibis, cheap and guet.

Basic room accommodations. Only one ironing board available in the whole hotel, fixed on the wall of the corridor of the 5th floor, with an iron that was completely useless as it had all kinds of burned fabrics stuck on it's plate. Toilet seat was not cleaned from the room's last occupant. Very basic breakfast, barely edible scrambled eggs, and I had to pick up 4 forks until I found one that was reasonably clean. And they charge €15 extra for that. Room service exist as long as you are prepared to go down to the restaurant and pick up the tray with the food yourself. Don't bother though, the food doesn't worth it. Thankfully there are other meal options nearby.

Everything very clean and modern, we were just fine. Only note: the heat was too high and it was not possible to lower it manually.

Price: 80€ without breakfast I find too expensive for this double room.
Bathroom not clean, all night I had to listen to the love life of my neighbors and early in the morning I was awakened by workers who were renovating. Ordered food cold although I picked it up immediately. However, nice staff ;)

Very nice hotel in the center of Namur with an exellent staff new reception and bar and beautiful rooms. Breakfast is a big buffet with a lot of choice. Enjoy you stay.
