I forgot to tell you earlier. 2 pizzas ordered last week and they were very good! we enjoyed it!

I had the opportunity to go with my son to spend a night in this hotel this 11/12/20 and 12/12/20 and we ate a pizza in the evening, really I have to say without exaggeration that it was really excellent and this is the first time I eat one as good and the room very good and the boss really friendly and who looks after his guests.
To really recommend.

Poorly cooked and too salted lasagna, reheated spaghetti, undercooked carbonara and finally disgusting pizza (put cheese and no motzarella after cooking) basically we paid 42.8 euros for they will never see us again.

Really disappointed with the meal, the quality has really dropped level.

Great place to eat, great food super service, but make sure you book a table as its always very busy there, use it every time we go to Bastogne.

Ils ont des bons pizza, aussi on ils des bons choses si tu n'as pas trop faim. Le restaurant est en total très génial, du hôtel je peux rien dire parce que je n'ai pas dormi là, mais le restaurant est bien (c'est un des restaurants favoris de ma mère)

Yesterday my husband and I tried to get into a restaurant and eat a pet. Why the attempt — because last week we didn't get to the restaurant — waited 40 minutes on the street in line and waited to go to a nearby Japanese restaurant — not quite pica, but were hungry and agreed on the fact that we will eat sushi. This time I prudently called the restaurant and booked a table. But still when we passed had to wait 30 minutes in line. When freed (no one booked us a table) the table we finally sat down and made an order. Snacks waited an hour — it turned out that the chef forgot about us. We started eating the main dish at the beginning of the tenth. By the way, at this point the customers became much less. It's me to the fact that who wants to get into the restaurant without a queue — comes after 21h. The kitchen is really tasty, but there is no service. For the entire restaurant in the 2nd floor worked 4 waiters, girls of course ran as an institution. Why can't you increase the number of staff on the hours of the influx of visitors? Wonder. We live near Bastogne. And 1 or 2 times a week we like to dine in a restaurant. But with their huge number in the city, the service is getting worse and worse. At a nearby Japanese restaurant Sati — waited 1h30 too. In Leo — more than an hour waited for the main course.

I had a great dinner every month, otherwise we took the pasta to take away.

We went to eat with friends. I recommend the pasta in the oven, excellentissime… Very good value for money. Attention the toilets are upstairs. On the other hand, I didn't know it was also a hotel. Easy to pay parking except on Sundays.

The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Not to be missed!

Best pizza of Bastogne, this Italian family restaurant serves large pizzas with enough topping, you can also have a nice pasta or meat dish.

Plate of tagliatelle with products of "luxuries"… Foie gras and foie gras poelé, duck breasts and liver all with shavings and truffle oil and parmesan shavings… so many beautiful and good products that it lacks pasta to taste to the end.
Spaguettis bologneses, sublime taste and surprising presentation… in jars… to prepare his plate is even… Divine. Thank you.

The room was crowded and we know why coming out of the restaurant! The pizzas in the wood fire are excellent and the pizza chefs do the show with their good pasta. If we want pizzas, we'll come back. From the rest, the Milanese Escalope was also very good!

I ended up having the Escalope de veau pizzaïola à notre façon which was very nice. I think next time, I'll try the pizza… it looked pretty darn good. We also found the staff to be more friendly than other restaurants we had visited.

Great wee hotel in town centre with secure parking.

While on a road trip around Europe I was looking for a place in Bastogne to stay on a busy holiday weekend. I called a few places which were full and then tried this hotel. When I called this hotel the woman on the phone said they had availability so I made a reservation and told them I'd be there in an hour. After my hour drive to get to the hotel I was greeted by a sign that said "FULL" on a locked front door to the hotel. We rang the buzzer on the door and the woman on the phone came out and said they had been full since yesterday and they never made a reservation for me. As she walked away I was confused and called the phone again and the same woman picked up the phone in the hotel. She claimed she never made a reservation and gave the phone to some guy who claimed he was the only person taking calls all day, which wasn't true. I don't understand why they lied to us and had us drive to their hotel for no reason, but by the way we were treated and tricked like that, I would never stay at this hotel.

If ever a place needed air con. Its so hot! and the windows are dangerous, as they are huge and open out into the room, leaving a big open drop to the street below. No lifts either, so lots of stairs to climb. When I got here, the reception was locked and unattended, had to wait 20 mins for someone to come and check me in. And parking is €10 a night… I wouldn't mind if it was a cheap hotel, but it's cost me €145 per person, which I think is way too much. Only saving grace is a reasonable continental breakfast for free. I will be coming back again in July, and will be staying at the Melba up the street, which I have used before.

Greate food and service. Both the lasagna and the Frutti di Mare were top quality and the kids pizza just disappeared. The staff always addressed us with a smile and even if it was fully booked today and packed with people the service was really quick. Highly recommended.

Good restaurant, some one cerveuses can cold, he axepte not the payment by bancotact n is which is very odd for a restaurant. And I think that all the products are fresh there is definitely of the frozen.

I came to this restaurant on the advice of a friend and I must say that this has been a real pleasure. The pizzas are fantastic and the wood fire, homemade, pasta very nice décor and the service excellent. One would expect, given the quality and high-end prices to be "extreme" and not the abundance of food, they are extremely correct not to say very very affordable.

Good dinner, a little fat, a lot of people, not ideal for a romantic dinner.

This Thursday, July 17, we went in this restaurant. The map looked friendly and my companion had a craving pizza cooked in a wood fire!
First disappointment, the pizzaiolo does not display an air of cool, either. We'll see.
We order a fondue Parmesan as entry, pizza prosciutto and spaghetti Bolognese dishes.
On arrival, it is simply a chunk of cheese frozen with some semblance of a parmesan sauce. The pizza is OK but the prosciutto is a simple ham cooked (as in a lot of restaurants). On the other hand, being a big fan of Bolognese, I've never eaten a dish as bad (yet, I tried Italian restaurants and their sauce bolo per litre). From the raised base, I notice the weird color of my pasta and the way that it stand on the plate! Place in the tasting, actually, my eyes don't wrong me not, pasta was warmed in the microwave and probably repeatedly (the dish is not even hot! ). The plate is generous, but there is too little sauce over pasta, or all way is bad, bland, dry, Pasty. I first assumed a lack of luck. But at the sight of other spaghetti bolo that surround me and the words of the Madam to employees "you can throw the pizza, the flat x or the plate there is pre-heated", I conclude that it is a habit of the establishment! The staff was friendly but infects the dish, the average age in the kitchen did not exceed 22 years (partially visible kitchen) and apart from large jars, I didn't see anyone use a skillet or a tool worthy of the name.

Very disappointed! I came here to eat with my colleagues recently and they have taken fish and crustaceans, they were sick, long live freshness! More employers are not smiling or commercialest. We been eating there because it was not expensive but I prefer to put 3 or 4 euros more and eat better. What a pity. I do not recommend this if you want to eat well.
