Superb hotel with top service and a succulent meal. Everything was perfect.

We had an amazing time in the Luxury wellness suite. A perfect place to isolate yourself from the world and relax in love. Everything has been thought out in every detail. Romanticism guaranteed. We were also able to count on room service, very fast and adorable.

We had a great time there! Excellent meal and impeccable service despite the difficulties due to the covid. Discreet and attentive staff. Well done!

A super arrogant hotel manager and outrageous customer service:
We booked, for my companion's birthday, a pack including a night in a premium room, a menu in the restaurant of our choice, a breakfast and a luxury gift in the room. Once the order was completed (online payment, …) we received a booking confirmation by email.
The next evening, we receive, without any request from us, an email telling us a confirmation of cancellation of our reservation at the Boar of the Ardennes (an impersonal document, without explanation or apology, …).
Believing in an error on the part of the booking service, we contacted the hotel the next day…
Asking for an explanation of this unilateral cancellation (we never made a cancellation request), the attendant tells us that the pack we had booked was not to be on the website at that time but the next day. He adds that we should have seen that this pack was not relevant to us because it was rated "Cera pack 2020-2021". How to know that this pack was not accessible to us knowing that we were able to go until the end of the booking and validation of payment without having to enter anything as affiliate number, …?
The hotel manager then allowed himself to insult us by calling us "dishonest" people because we were asking them for a solution to this situation.

Home excellent impeccable service.

We ordered via the site the discovery day and upon arriving on site there was nothing understood just at night! I had paid 400 euros for it! 400 to sleep they are in Durbuy not in st tropez but it's serious my friends will be happy to explain my story and have spoiled the gift of my partner.

Awesome service, a treat in, the plate and the setting is gorgeous. I recommend and look forward to returning.

Nostalgie des Ardennes. 40 years ago. Grandparents, parents were here. The good old times with excellent food. Traditions. Love it.

Hotel-Restaurant Le Sanglier des Ardennes was the first prominent hotel that we saw upon arriving in Durbuy. It is located in the heart of the medieval town having an excellent view of the city centre. There is also a restaurant and spa. A comprehensive package for the guests.

Take a room in the new part of the hotel, they are VERY cute rooms, the tapas restaurant is very nice… they are schutting down the old part to renovate soon… we really loved it!

Price overrated, room with nice view, but already well worn room, too much work going on in the hotel.
Ants in the room, only one elevator to access the rooms and for the technical staff also, traffic jams ensured.
No service suitcase from the parking to the room with prime gravel path and a pretty big climb for people less valid, no visible help.
Reception on one side, room on another side.
Gastro Dinner 3.5/5, we feel that there are people in the service who not experience star hotel.
The brunch of the gastro package is served as a classic breakfast.
The addition it remained without compensation following the period of work not communicated to the reservation of 2 rooms luxe.

Expensive, not bad, but not good enough for that price. Restaurant is the same, good but too expensive.

Durbuy: Magical Place, special, it is not a common place, it is to be in a fairy tale landscape, so much peace and natural beauty, incredible, do not miss it.

Hello who says Durbuy says boar of the Ardennes but in plain renovation and whose reputation is no longer to do I did some pictures.

Hotel with a very good welcome, a very nice location on the city, with a very good table, keenly reopening after works.

5 stars for this very confident 4-star-hotel and its amazing restaurant. Really delicious fine-dining experience in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Chef Wout Bru is a ninja in the kitchen! Our dinner exceeded all expectations and was therefore an unforgettable experience.

What a disappointment! We booked a table this Saturday, September 16, on the occasion of my 25th birthday (Totally omitted during this evening, when we had made this request when booking). We opted for the menu at 70 euros p. P. (wines for my companion). The service is worthy of a canteen/bistrot: they serve men and women, no presence, explanations totally lacking when presenting dishes and wines … they don't even taste the wines before serving! (For a so-called gastronomic…). The glasses are filled in a hurry as in a bar and the atmosphere is noisy and painful. Note also that we had only a meagre tasting and that there was no "Norman Hole" between the starters and the main course (again, for a restaurant that claims to be gastronomic! ). We stayed there almost 3h30… the wait seemed endless in the midst of this hubbub. Staff members are more haughty and impertinent towards "young" adults, given the laxity of your service and your inappropriate attitudes… You have greatly underestimated us since we are, of course, young but above all gastronomes, having had the chance to eat in large houses (from Eugenie to Emilia, the Comme chez Soi, Hof van Cleef…). In conclusion, we will never return to your "gastronomic" restaurant and we can only advise esp.

Great food. Expensive, but the 4 course menu was excellent. Good selection of wines.

We went to the spa for 6h and it was very nice, it's not that big so you feel more familiar. The relaxation massages were good and relaxing and they have a machine in which they cover you with a product and you can easily sleep. Good experience and very recommended.

Rooms are good, when something broke the hotel offered good service. The diner is great!

Disappointed because not able to enjoy the balcony cause works while I dreamed of it for my ànniversaire and the view… mud in the roof just at the feet of the balcony lovely view! Ceiling WC with humidity task and for the final blackout in the morning. By side meal service nothing to say! Perfect.

Cooking and service at the top! Very good menu, fine food and excellent, unfortunately a bit expensive, we little found better for a more attractive price. Question Room There all what is needed but a little run down … The SPA is very good but small …

Sublime restaurant, wellness center top, just a little disappointed with the bedding. That said, nice stay. Top restaurant staff and one point — it's the two corners (smoker/non-smoker) everyone finds their place.

Beautiful place with different service, the center welness is very nice with a very qualified and friendly staff. The gourmet restaurant very disappointed with the service by the staff responsible for the room. Obnoxious with the working class of which I am a part. He judges you and makes you feel that you are not in your place. But the kitchen is excellent, very well eaten. High price.

A great wake-up look with friends
At 7pm an original apero has the outside.
At 8:30 p. M. We enter and beautiful tables in a hushed atmosphere and it started a hot menu super good with its wines in magnum (the most beautiful effect)
The bar is open to cool off between dishes and here we are already midnight it's the party.
Finally a certain mood maker sets fire all night juicesu in the early morning
What a beautiful dream, it was Durbuy to the wild boar of the ardennes

Very friendly staff but the room was only acceptable. Old carpet on a creaking wooden floor, clean but old bathroom with not possibility to take a shower in the bathtub and no sound-insulation at all (we could hear people talking in the room across the hallway). There are 3 restaurants in the hotel and we tasted 2 of them but I wouldn't recommend them at all either.

Nice place, weird showers in the bathroom. Please add a shower curtain or something!

My daughter had booked us 2 nights for our anniversary, room with sitting area and balcony (280 euro) to surprise on arrival we was jammed ds a tte small room style room good to chat on internet obligation to do ds no way to rest room because noise from the thermo spa all day carpet dirty and sheers several lamps and taken not working really disappointed the hotel normally price This room 170 euro.

WE in love, it's just perfect.

Nice place to sleep, price for a 4 **** is ok (100€ for the nigth and breakfast). The thalaso part is 15€ per person for 2h30m. Its a small thalaso with just one sauna and one hammam and one jacuzzi but its enough to relax a lot. The restaurant is wonderfull and tasty as much as the price is high ;-) They also have a parking for around 30 cars for free (nice to know as all Durbuy is not free to park).

We spent a great weekend getaway to the boar of the Ardennes. We had the gourmet menu 5 services that delighted our palates. The staff is attentive and smiling. We booked the superior room and received a very nice room with more terrace. Only downside of the room, the bed is made of 2 separate mattresses and 2 separate quilts.
We did not want to brunch and we were very satisfied with the breakfast which already boasts a wide choice.
