My friends stayed 5 days here and were satisfied.

5 stars… 20 years ago! Nohing here is made for you to enjoy the stay. After you struggled alone with your suitcase to climb up the sharp stairs and got to open the heavy door, you'll find reception hidden on the side of the entry space. Nobody to welcome you, nor to help you. No explanation about the facilities. Ergonomics is a unknown word in this building. If the windows efficiently protect you from the outside street noise, you still will have the feeling to sleep in an airplane: humming noise coming from nowhere and everywhere will be your invisible compagnon at night. Finishing with a positive touch: the beds are amazingly comfortable.

I can't say anything about the rooms… But the lobby bar in this hotel I note-a friend in this hotel stayed. Met him in the evening to drink a beer in this bar… So here is a clock to 12 nights there gathered a lot of "night butterflies. " And at some point it seemed to me that there are more of them than male visitors:) These "butterflies" are quite annoying. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel in Europe, Asia or Russia.

We stayed at this hotel for a second time. We come to Minsk for 4-5 days. The accommodation with children is quite suitable. Clean white bedding. Yes, the furniture was a bit worn out, but it does not spoil the overall impression of the hotel. The restaurant is very good. A variety of dishes, which are constantly available, regardless of the time of the restaurant visit. A very important factor, taking into account the fact that the rest of the breakfast turns out late. Friendly staff, promptly solves all the issues with accommodation. We are very pleased.

Surprisingly but to say that there is something common between the hotels of this network is extremely difficult. Each of them is very individual. When the Minsk Crown Plaza was new and modern. Now, against the backdrop of new hotels, which so much opened in the city, it can be called a wind-up classics. Although the rooms and service are quite decent so far. And of course, the open neighborhood with some of the scattered institutions can not benefit from a hotel of this level.

Good location. Beautiful place in a soviet stile, massive furniture and military colors. Well organized conference rooms. Good Internet in all areas. Very polite and helpful stuff. My room was small, but confortable, and very clean, with a nice view. All bath products was surprisingly of a high quality! The bed had a memory matrass and they had a pillow menu! So I slept like a baby! Recommended for business trip.

Very comfortable and cosy hotel! This is the third hotel in which I stop and always at the highest level. There is a SPA and swimming pool. Slippers, towels and bathrobe free of charge and then melting you can buy not expensive.

Had to accompany foreign visitors and happened to be in a couple of rooms. Quite not bad if you do not go into the details, I would even say very not bad. However, the price is very overpriced compared to European hotels.
