We stayed here for our honeymoon last week and had an amazing room, which had a pool right out side our patio! In a great location with lots of lovely restaurants near by. The beach is on the hotels doorstep and there’s free watersports included.

Most definitely, friendly, loveable staff, can't do enough for you.

Beautiful property with lush gardens, romantic pools and access to the beach. The food is amazing and the service is 5 out of 5.

We have just spent 17 nights at this hotel and I can honestly say I’m counting down the weeks for returning next year it’s that amazing.
The rooms are very nice and always cleaned to exceptional standards.
The food is very nice here and unlike most hotels here there is something for everyone.
The staff and managers really make the holiday experience first class by going above and beyond for all your needs.

The staff at the hotel are amazing and so friendly.
We thought the hotel itself looks a bit on the ‘tired’ side and needs a refurb. While our room was very nice and the bed was very comfy we had to have the fridge replaced as it stopped working and also had the toilet flush fixed as that broke too. I’ve also got some stained clothes from one of the drawers I used which possibly had insect repellent or disinfectant used in it which has ruined one item in particular. And I don’t need to mention the birds in the restaurant as I’m sure everyone knows that one already. It was like a Hitchcock movie every meal time. Oh and the beds on the beach area are not enough for the hotel. We sadly won’t go back.

The enchanted beauty that stands out. The beaches that has radiance and u walk upon the sand. The way the buildings take ur breath away. It was simply amazing.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous setting, right on the gorgeous beach with comfortable sun beds. Nice pool area, large clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff not as on the ball as we might expect but all round a lovely place to stay.

Sunday lunch was very good… lots of quality choices including roast beef, lobster, tuna, lamb cutlets, lots of salads, veg, desserts and cheese… perfect for a celebration leisurely lunch in lovely surroundings…

The Rum Vault was amazing, the staff was kind and helpful, and the resort was truly beautiful and exactly what you need if searching for a peaceful vacation.

Lovely, if needing some love an attention cosmetically, to bring it up to-date, but staff, food and overall ambience is very good.

I made a reservation at this hotel and I was so excited to go for a vacation with friends and due to family circumstances I could no longer go. I tried to contact them to get a refund a week in advance and they refused to refund the money. This is devistating to me and now I can’t afford a vacation this year because of them. I will never stay at this hotel. Do not support this hotel group, they are crooks.

Wonderful. Staff are just brilliant, efficient, friendly, always ready to have a laugh with you, helpful etc etc. So chilled out but the water sports allow you to be more active if you choose. Well located just abshort walk from Holetown either down the road or the beach. Loved this place.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was amazing! The buffet breakfast was amazing, and all the employees were so friendly!

The staff were great! The accommodations were relaxing and comfortable. I enjoyed strolling the gardens and taking sea dips in the morning. Great beachside dinner.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff! All staff, including, reception, porters, house keeping and front of house do an amazing job. The maintenance and gardeners never stop keeping this hotel in top top condition! Very well organised by management.
Perfect location on the beach! Beautiful food served throughout the day.
The guests were all perfectly friendly and nice to be around, no rowdy drunks! Just nice people!

Good size rooms and well maintained grounds. The staff are all polite and helpful. The pools are good for lounging in but not for laps. Reason for four stars is because the beach is relitivly small with deck chairs too close together and also the water sports centre closes at 4:30 when the sun is still high in the sky. Also the Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired! Overall I would recommend as a solid 4* option but 100% not 5

We have just booked our 3rd stay in this hotel. We first stayed there in October 2014 and simply haven't been able to "top it" since. See you in October 18, Colony Club!

What a fabulous hotel with great beach access, accommodations, and staff. We started our stay with a warm welcome, staff were super helpful from those helping with the beach chairs to security, etc. Breakfast provided ample selection (just watch out for the birds! ), and proximity to a beautiful beach just can't be beat. We will definitely return! Restaurants in Holetown are great (Sea Cat is really close to CC, Beach House, Zaccio's are in walking distance). If you want to try some great cuisine, head to Cariba Restaurant — fabulous food.

A wonderful hotel which I found to be faultless from a very warm Welcome to a great setting to lovely friendly staff and great service and food … Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in! Would highly recommend the Lobster & Jazz night on a Thursday! Wonderful stay and cant wait to return! Thank you so much.
