Loved my 4 night stay at this hotel — the staff were excellent and the hotel food and the breakfast buffet fabulous. Great security and staff : and the bell boys were so kind finding me transport … definitely give the big hotels a miss and stay here if you want personal and friendly service.

Textbook definition of a boutique hotel… rooms are made out of an apatment building's bedrooms. So there are kind of common living spaces where you can have large groups to meet up. The rooftop bar-b-q restaurant is awsome.
the hotel stafs are very helpful and cheerful… if you stay here once you will always come back.

Actually it's not recommended. It's an apartment block converted to a 3 star hotel. Some rooms are without any windows. Bathrooms could be a bit smelly. Breakfast is mediocre. Not a good value for money. The main restaurant Mohara is at level 9. There is a rooftop BBQ restaurant too.

It is the best 3 star hotel in Chittagong. One can feel home here. The rooms are totally nice. Complementary breakfast is quite delicious. It includes international & continental menu. Spa massage is available.

A very western hotel. I stayed in the presidential suite and for such a grand name it felt like it lacked in quality. The toilet in the bathroom did not flush properly at all. The shower was a bathtub that was very small. When you showered, the water would get half the floor wet because it ran along the edge of the bathtub onto the floor. The restaurant on the other hand served an amazing chicken salad. I also had an amazing garlic naan. The best on my whole trip. Overall the bad bathroom lowers the rating for an otherwise good hotel.

One of the worst place for family occasion.
The management is the most worst part of this hotel.
They tell lie about their service which they ensured to provide.
Litte place for 200 people's occasion and the supervisory body is horrible.
They provide terrible experience to the customer.

Food is good & Vibrant Staff behaviour. But for corporate events the conference room is not big enough to accommodate the invited guests. Interior design is average & nothing special to mention. On the whole the service from my point of view is 3☆ out of 5☆

It's a great boutique hotel situated in O. R Nizam road. I am reviewing the quality of the restaurant not the rooms. They have two restaurants, one is fine dining and another one BBQ restaurant, both serve good food. The place is clean and consist of good trained staff.

The location is the unique selling point of this place. Its just beside GEC square, which is the centre for Chittagong city. The hotel is very decent as well. If yoire willing to stay in a good place but not willing to pay for 5 stars, this is the place. Rooms are nice but the best thing is the shared living space in between rooms. They have sofas and dining tables associated with every 5 rooms, loved the idea. Room service is fast and good, staff behaviour is decent.

Went there with family for boishakhi lunch and the experience is amazing. Love their live music while enjoying the mouthwatering traditional food. Excellent environment with friendly service. Thank you for making our boishakhi lunch such an enjoyable one.

Good food at the rooftop restaurant but a little pricey.

The hotel is situated near GEC circle which is regarded as the center of the city, and this is the best convenient feature for the people who are going to stay there. However, to enjoy the convenience of staying at the heart of the city, visitors have to pay higher tariff compared to other hotels. The interior is nice and other services provided by the hotel are satisfactory, but the food served in their restaurants may fail to impress the food lovers. Apart from that, staying in that hotel is expected to present a pleasant experience for the visitors.

Well decorated three star hotel in Chittagong. The limitation of this hotel is that it does not have any bar facility. But it has nice roof top Bar-B-Q.

Great value for the money. Much cheaper compared to Peninsula. Breakfast is also above average. They also have a fairly good gym and spa.

Food from the Iftaar menu was horrible. It lacked many items from the add and what ever they served was cold, bland and tasted really bad. The halim they served was something out of a low budget horror flick and I felt like puking after just a spoonful.
Regret going there but happy that this was the last time as well ^_^.

An apartment building converted into a hotel, so you cannot expect proper rooms or layout. But, the staff of the hotel, with their service, somewhat make up this shortfall. The rooftop restaurants surely can do better. Location of the hotel is the best part; being in the middle of the city and very good access a number of the eating & shopping places, makes it a pretty good choice for a short stay.
