Arch Hotel

It was a very bad experience, we just came from the club inside of the hotel to have some fun, after the party we expect to go home in a wonderful day not until the security disrespect us. We are waiting to the transport at lobby to be safe, but suddenly the security throw us outside and they touch me and pull me outside the door that is not appropriate. I hope The owner see my reviews so they will see how they’re staff so rude and no manners to their guest. It is not good to the background of the hotel. This type of employee will make your hotel so cheap as they cannot accommodate nicely the guest.

Don't expect a good night's sleep here. Especially if you're a light sleeper.
The room was nice, but had zero soundproofing from the several night clubs in the hotel, located on different floors, playing loud music until 2am on the night I stayed. Once the music stops, either the traffic outside, people shouting outside or neighbouring guests returning to their rooms will ensure you either wake up or keep you awake.
Whilst checking in, it seemed a 'lady of the night' was sat near reception, outside the entrance to one of the nightclubs and, by the limited number of guests at breakfast the following morning, this definitely seems to be more of a party hotel. Breakfast was good, however!
Less than 2hrs sleep in the middle of a business trip with meetings the next day. I'm glad I only stayed one night.

It was an excellent experience. The service was friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Everything was well-organized and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bahrain.

Noisy hotel with five nightclubs within the building. Clubs on various floors so no quiet location. We were in the 11th floor and could escape the constant thud of noise.
If you are planning to stay up past 3am each evening then it would be fine but this really is a nightclub tower with bedrooms.
The immediate area is quite chaotic due to construction work but there is a handy supermarket just a couple of minutes away.

I had a pleasant stay at The Arch Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and it was great that they allowed luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is that there are nightclubs nearby, so it can get a bit noisy late at night. Also, during my stay, the guests in the next room were quite loud until late hours. Overall, still a nice place to stay if you don’t mind a bit of nightlife noise.

The only small downside was the crowded area around the hotel traffic can be a bit much at times, and there was some noise from the club/bar downstairs that reached my room. It honestly didn’t bother me much, but I could imagine it might affect lighter sleepers.
Other than that, I was simply amazed. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back! ✨🖤

Good “budget” hotel, free parking at P1 Level. Good rooms & bathroom. Be aware of noise! Stay at higher levels better to avoid hearing the load music from Ground or Lower Floors. The area is not good, nothing to see around, you must have a car.

Stayed here one time only so far. I am a non smoker and booked room on non smoking floor. However you feel that smell sometimes. Wifi gets lost sometimes. Room is good and clean. Receptionist team is welcoming and supportive.
Will try again next time and update the review if needed.

Room was average, though its 4 star property. But full night I can hear music sounds and people talking outside the room. Couldnt sleep at all.

I have mixed feelings with this review — there were some good things, but ultimately we ended up moving to another hotel.
It's a pretty good price but the hotel is in a night club area of the city and the hotel has a big nightclub presence. So it's loud. The music is on the 5th floor but we could still hear it on the 9th and it played till after 2am. But the biggest surprise was that when we woke and went down to breakfast, the restaurant is also on the 5th floor and the music was already going again before 8am and people were arriving for the new party. It was so crowded we had a hard time getting into the restaurant.
The clientele appear to be into the club scene and the whole place is up in cigarette smoke. They said that the upper floors are non-smoking but it was so thick, coming through the air circulation vents, that it was hard sleeping.
So it was all not our thing.
But, having said that the rooms were nice and ours was clean and comfortable. As for the noise and smoke, the management was very understanding and kind. I think this is something they're having to deal with that they're aware of. But unless you're into clubbing you may not want this place, though it's a good price.

It is a nice looking place. It's on a busy intersection. They have decent gym and pool with bar beside it. I went in Jan so that was empty. I also got a massage little painful but I'm sure because I had knots. They have clubs right in the hotel that's convenient but they are small so it don't take many people for it to be crowded. I would go back to the Arch. Nice friendly people who work there.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Otherwise the service is the worst ever. For the price paid, it’s not worth it at all. From the lobby till the rooms, it’s extremely dirty. The type of customers staying in the hotel are terrible. Staff are not helpful. First room was dirty with rice all over and with sticky floor. They changed our room and found out the heater was not working. Requested for slippers and towel and took one hour and I had to keep on calling to remind them. Not enough toiletries — bear in mind I booked for two people and everything was for one person. No hairdryer in the room. Requested for housekeeping, no one came until the next day. Ordered food — took 1hour and 30mins for them to deliver and promising us it’s only gonna take 10mins. Floors were full with cigarettes and ashes (looks like it’s not been cleaned for 1year). Parking space is bad. Music can be heated till 10am 😭 I used to be a regular customer when there was decent customers but I’m never coming back again 😭

Although I found this hotel to be too noisy due to the 5 nightclubs co-located within it, I have to give the hotel 5 stars because the Room Division Manager, Jitendra. What an amazing ambassador for this hotel with superior customer service skills. He truly went above and beyond and I can’t praise his patience, kindness, politeness and helpfulness enough. Jitendra is a true gem and this hotel is lucky to have him! The rest of the staff were also stellar!
