The hotel is quality good and rooms but they need have extra mattress.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by what I believe to be highly questionable and unprofessional practices by the staff.
I was charged for alleged damages to the room furniture without any clear evidence, proper documentation, or prior notification. The manner in which this was handled was both inappropriate and disrespectful. Holding guests accountable for minor or barely visible issues—such as alleged cigarette burn marks that cannot reasonably be detected—is entirely unjustified.
Furthermore, it is unrealistic and unreasonable to expect guests to conduct a meticulous inspection of every item in the room prior to check-in in order to avoid such disputes.
I strongly urge hotel management to review and address these practices immediately, as they undermine customer trust and damage the reputation of the establishment.
Please note that I reserve my full rights to escalate this matter and file a formal complaint with the Ministry of Tourism, as such behavior reflects poorly on the hospitality standards within the Kingdom and may negatively impact the tourism sector.

One of the worst hotels you could visit in terms of service. The staff are terrible, and the worker refuses to make the pillows and beds; he brings them, throws them away, and leaves. First and last visit.
