Horrible place, do not stay here.

Nice staff and the doors use cards instead of keys.

The rooms were clean and it's close to town.

Close to souvenirs shop centre. Cheap place to stay 1 night.

Javonne, pardon me if I mispell your name but thank you so much for helping me recover my two laptops I left behind in my room. This hotel is exactly what you expect for the great price. Its not a resort and its not a fancy hotel, it has all the basic needs for the great price and not to mention, I left behind two laptops, came back running from the airport and the nice lady at the front desk, Javonne, help me get my laptops back from the room. Thank you so much!

The Rooms have Carpeted Floors that are already very old. Free WLan is available. There is Water and Coffee for free 24 hours a Day. One is only 200 meters away from the Promenade of cruise Ship Guests. But this also means that there is no Supermarket and from 18:00 after the Departure of the Ships EVERYTHING and I really MEAN EVERYTHING has closed here. Beach is also far away! Staff could be considerably friendlier …

The place is old & run down & the carpets smell awful. Thought we were gonna get stuck in the elevator. The bed was horrible to sleep in. It had plastic on it & some parts were sunk in. They said cable & it was only one channel that was cable. The bathroom was ok but the tub was rusty. They say one price on the website then when you go there it's a different price. We're thankful that it was just for one night couldn't do not another night. Thank God we didn't have any bed bugs. They really need to upgrade & get rid of all those old carpets & curtains in the room & fix up the bathroom. The only thing that was good was the Wi-Fi.

The hotel is old and outdated. The rooms are small and cheaply done. The box spring and mattress sits on a plywood box and continuously slides. The sheets and towels are clearly old and stained. The paint and sheet rock strips are peeling. The bathroom window screen is broken and hitched in the window. The ice machine does not work, the elevator does not work there is only 1 microwave and it sits downstairs in the lobby and dirty. Limited parking. For the most part the staff is nice and friendly. The younger front desk clerk is rude and dismissive and is not the right person to greet guests She has no concern for guests needs and her her dress code is inappropriate. I wish there were stars for bad reviews, this hotel would've gotten a 10/10.

The service from the room attendants, maids and houseman was excellent other than that everything is absolutely horrendous, horrible and terrible. Starting from the rude lady at the front desk (who stays talking on her cellphone) to the hotel manager and hotel owner. The price speaks for itself. The place was riddled with bed bugs when I brought that to the hotel managers attention he Shrugged me off. I had bedbug bites all on my forehead and on my arms. This hotel is centrally locate in downtown Nassau, Bahamas. If you are choosing this hotel for location and business purposes it's okay.
