Great hotel very friendly family owned business great food and skiing.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Very comfortable room (stayed in Junior suite with fireplace — 3 adults). Family friendly hotel — the owners family were here over the Christmas holidays and made their guests feel included. First time at this hotel and highly recommend it. Breakfast and evening meals were perfect as were Marcel (from Berlin) and Xavier (the Sommelier).
Henrike and Heui in Reception were beyond helpful. Can’t remember everyone’s names but they were all so friendly, helpful and happy.
