Good location. Easy to get into centre for all the attractions. Some kitchen items missing such as corkscrew and scissors. Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff.

Hot water didn’t work. Completely unacceptable!
We tried to contact the host multiple times, but no one picked up the phone. There was no hot water at all, and we were forced to take cold showers, which was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. This is basic hospitality — hot water is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. The lack of communication and response made the situation even worse. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless the host addresses this serious issue.
