My sheets wasn't clean at all, there was hair and strange things on it, I had to change my room and didn't get the best attitude. It was far from center 2 or 3 metro stations and around 10 min walking distance to the metro. No cooking or tea and coffee making facilities. You can definitely find better one near to the center.

Catastrophic breakfast (cheese has even moulded).
The rooms were fine though (clean and beds comfortable).
The surroundings, however, are hardly reminiscent of Vienna and the neighbors are out for quarrels.

Great place for the money, extremely clean, excellent value for money, very polite attentive staff, facilities are good, continental breakfast is fresh. Meats and cheeses and so much cheaper than a five minute walk away

It's okay. But the minus is that there is no kitchen. You can't make tea and prepare to eat. Only Coffee machine for €2 coffee or boiling water for tea for 50eurocent and order breakfast for €5. There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms either. In general, the night only, it would do, but if a couple of days to live, it's complicated.

Nice place, average room for a hostel, curfew is at 22:00, the hostel is equipped with a bar.

Friendly and welcoming staff, quality services compared to the price and very well placed in the city to do activities.

This was a great place to stay. The staff were really friendly and willing to help. My one complaint would be that none of the bathrooms had ventilation in them, which meant that our ensuite and the shared one downstairs smelled awful. But overall, it was a great stay. Would totally stay here again.

They have very cheap breakfast buffet.

My friends and me stayed in a 8 sharing dorm for two nights. Check in : We checked in very late, at around 12 45 in the night. There was a staff at the reception to help us. Location: bit far from the city's main attractions. There is a U — bahn station with 0.5 km walking distance Cleanliness: Room and bathroom were clean. They provided blanket and pillow. Breakfast: They serve breakfast for 5€. Miscellaneous: Lockers are available in the room. We can use it by giving a security deposit of 10€. But it was bit small. Difficult to accommodate a rucksack. Overall good!

Alles in Ordnung aber kein Platz zum verweilen. Sauber, aber es ist nun mal kein Hostel, die Zimmer waren vermutlich Doppelbett Zimmer. Wenn jemand Duscht hört es sich an als wär keine Wand zwischen dir und der Dusche yay. Der Aufenthaltsraum lädt nicht zum verweilen ein, es gibt keinen Wasserkocher stattdessen wird dir ein Kaffee automat vorgesetzt pro Getränk 1€

Rooms tidy and clean. Friendly and more or less friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner are acceptable but nothing more (nothing compared with Italian cuisine, coffee is practically water! ). Also there are no bidets, no sheets, no towels.

We went with 30 students and 3 teachers. The staff overall very rude, and totally not helpfull, inflexible. There was one exception, a nice guy. They do not (of afterwards) correct groups who make to much noise, drink a lot of alcohol (which is forbidden in this hostel) and act rude. Breakfast was horrible, diner was good.

It is well located, with a supermarket around the corner, friendly staff, with good facilities of the rooms.
The beds are a bit small and the cleanliness is still okay.
It is recommended to book here for small money.

As a first experience alone in a hostel, this was perfect. All along, I felt in security on my room, I had no big issue and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel does not get a perfect score because, although there were well cared for, there is room for improvment concerning the bathroom. The kitchen is not open to use by guests, but you can ask them to store some things in the fridge. Overall a great place to stay! I had a girls only dormitory, and a private bathroom. You can ask for a key to the locker, and you will have to leave a deposit until you check out.

Quite not a bad hostel. The location is not far from the center (3 metro stops). 2 metro stations are 2 and 4 blocks away. Nearby there is a local bazaar, as well as a street with modern supermarkets (bill, H&M) and other shops of perfumery and clothes. But this is the area where the majority of the population is Muslim and especially beautiful architecture is not. In the hostel itself the rooms with 2 two-storey beds have separate shower and WC. Breakfast is not included in the price but it is possible for an additional fee 5 Euro-Buffet.

The place is very clean. Bathroom amenities are complete. Room is comfortably sized. Location is accessible to transportation, supermarkets and restaurants.

Very comfortable bed, shared bathroom in the room. No kitchen available but you can ask the reception to use the microwave. The breakfast offered by the hostel is to be avoided! It is located 5 Metro stops from the Centre of Vienna and 1 hour on foot but the possible paths to reach the old town are worth a visit too!

I would 100% stay here again! I visited Vienna for a friend’s concert and was hesitant about booking a hostel alone but didn’t want to spend money on a hotel. I arrived early in the morning at around 7 AM and was able to take the U1 underground line to Reumannplatz, which is about an 8 minute walk to the hostel. I opted for the fresh breakfast bar they offered which was just enough, and a great way to start my day! Fast forward to check-in later that night and I received my key card, and went to the room which only had one other girl in it (I opted for female only). The bed was SO comfortable! I haven’t slept that great in a long time, I’m being completely serious. The bathrooms were spotless, water was hot and there was no hair on the floor or showers, no mold on the tiles and they even provide soap for you. The staff was also very nice. I would highly recommend staying here and would do it again.

Avoid! Money grabbing people! Rip off! Could not have been received worst customer service. There are basically robots working for the company who stick to their policy no matter what, even when they mislead their customers. I have made a booking for 4 people to stay in the same bedroom, then received a confirmation email which stated that we will be placed in different rooms. I cancelled immediately. (See attached) Then emailed the company to ask when it will be refunded and I was told that due to their cancellation policy I will be charged 100% They did not care about my explanation or their misleading on the site. All they cared about is to take the money and then they stopped communicating with myself. Would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Value for money is great. At 21:00 I spontaneously looked for & found a cheap place to stay (12€/night). No problem thanks to 24-hour check-in/out. Very friendly staff! Due to an injury, I could only sleep in the lower bed (= no climbing steps), which was made possible in seconds by a telephone rebooking. Everything totally uncomplicated, cozy & picobello clean. Free Wi-Fi also worked in my room on the 4th floor! 5€ deposit for the key card. Breakfast for 5, 50€ surcharge possible.

A heads up for anyone considering staying here… Nice accommodations, very clean and whatnot. However, it is far out of the city center. There's also no kitchen. Neither of these facts are very well advertised. The Wi-Fi doesn't work unless you're in the lobby.

Never book this hotel if chosen as pay at hotel absolutely bad management in case you need to cancel your booking they will never consider your requests for refund no matter how genuine your reason is … please explore Austria Trend park royal or Motel one Wien great hospitality at amazing prices…

Hostel is ok, price is really nice. Only problem is that you have Wi-Fi in main hool. It's near U1 and it's not so far from city as people talk. It's clean and cool place. Nice quality price range. I would recommend to anyone who don't have big budget and want to stay in some hostel/hotel.

It is far out from centre of town — a good hour walk, not a great part of town, walked from the main train station (hbf) on the first day, to the hostel and girlfriend said she would not be keen to do that journey by herself in the evenings. Hostel had no sense of being in Vienna, and didn't have that happy, arty, local knowledge, independent vibe that I like in hostels, was just pretty bland. Nothing really to do in the hostel, not a good place for meeting people. Room was ok although locker was a bit small. Bathroom was good, high pressure hot shower with toiletries although no towel.

This is a new chain of Hostel with affordable price and service. It is quite far from city center, but you can take subway. Clean rooms and tasty breakfast with really, really good Vienna Melange.

Ceapest place I could find in Vienna, noting else to do but sleep though. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's easy to reach there by the subway. Has laundry service too which is great.

… and who cares about Wifi … Jacob is the best ever, and for me that's what would bring me back… the people who care and the people who are extradinary guests… but that's why I'm at a hostel and not a hotel.

Amazing place to stay at! The room I stayed at was squeaky clean and the interiors were really nice. The facilities were impressive too, especially for the price. Our room had a private bathroom inside the room which was also very clean and spacious enough. Service is good too. Over all, this was a great pick for me and my friends.

Clean rooms, but that is all. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. Wifi doesnot work (for at least 3 days! ) on rooms. Ok than, there are other options. There is a common room with Wi-Fi and tables and chairs, but it is cleaned for 3 hours. Really guys, are you serious? :D So you have to be at loby if you want to have a Wi-Fi but you have to forgot the table… as a guesti ordered an service in addition. I asked to pay later during my stay (because I did not want to go to room in the 4th floor for money…), it was not possible… More trust to guest would be better…

Nice clean dorms with great bathrooms. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Super clean. All places are super to reach the hostel.
Sleep was not possible due to the doors at intermittent noise.

Clean, nice staff, not the greatest as a solo traveller because there's no really socialising are till 9 when the bar opens.

Very good hostel, good location.

There were only breakfast and dinner. On the first day there was schnitzel and potatoes. The schnitzel was inside a little pink and the potatoes tasted as they would have cooked them briefly in the water and then immediately out again arrested.
On the second day, there was "Chickens Spetzle".
But there was rice, which tasted like plastic and Curry souce with pineapple pieces only as a side dish. As a chicken, there was a mini meat pieces with a diameter of 1 cm.
Juice in the vending machine cost 1, 70 to about €4.
Simply exaggerated.
We ourselves had to raise the beds. Had blood stains on the mattress.
The rooms are also very small.
The staff is very unnerved and not helpful at all! Unkindness in person!
That is not at all beautiful too!
I GIVE 1 STAR HOSTEL BECAUSE I DON'T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!

Good place to stay a couple of days. Staff is nice. The lounge is a good place to meet some people. There is no room service. You just get the room. Place is clean. Internet is only available at the lounge. This should be available in all the places.

The hostel is extremely awful! I've been many different hostels around the world, but never saw the hotel like this. Bad service at front desk, they do really need some staff training to teach them how to be polite to their customers. The facilities are awful as well, the hair dryer at their bathroom which was broken, but no one could do something for us, so we need pay a deposit to rent a hair dryer. I'll really suggest you do not try to throw your money for this awful hostel.

My daughter is very badly on a school trip. Dirty rooms, poor breakfast.

Normal price, good new rooms, true night very audibly nearby who only come or gone out Wi-fi catches in a Hall, and a little on the 1 floor if you're there live. Yes to the Centre to go 45-50 minutes on the way to see if there are Metro, tram).

Stopped at 2 nights, its underground garage for 10 euro per night, room was clean, nice, everything new and modern. Near Metro and tram line, but also walking distance to the center of 45-50 minutes to walk. For those who are the main overnight-recommend.
