Good location… well served.
Poor cleaning.

Far from the center but gut price, no expect anyone pass to change towels or clean, emplacement is hard to find in day but even more in night very bad illumination, need also more Windows we pass many hot on bedroom BC window was too much small.

I Also have an apartment to rent and I swear I was ashamed of their x. The photos do not correspond to the apartments. We arrived and look at what state we found. The worst thing is that after reporting this housekeeping we were told to have it cleaned but we found it worse than before.

Satisfied. Price was good. Hygiene is acceptable. Heating was excessive. One parking space out of six, always free. Train station is 2 minutes walk. Fast food and market 3 minutes walk. Very quiet, heard the trains only with open windows. Room was supplied with everything ypu need for food preperation and cooking.

We stayed in Vienna over Halloween and checked into Hietzing in Apartment 17.
Contrary to what others report here, our apartment was very clean so we seem to have been lucky with the cleaning staff.
The mattresses were good with us.
In addition to standard equipment, there was even hair dryer, irons and ironing board.
The criticisms from our side would be: There was only one coffee cup and breakfast makers there were only two either.
There was only one champagne glass and only a drinking glass!
The exhaust blower in the bathroom was overly loud and could only be disactivated via the fuse box!
There is an excessive warmth throughout the house and even in the apartment it was far too warm despite the heating switched off.
We don't know where the heat came from but without the window open the stay wouldn't have been really great.
Despite the criticisms, I forgive 4 stars, because you simply have to take into account that we are in the low-budget area and it was already really good for the price!

Price was good. Communication with staff was effective. Staff was polite as well. On the negative side, there shouldn't be any surcharge for cleaning in general, but specifically in our case, there is an immediate need for improvements and the cleaning surcharge is not justified: 1. The kitchen sink drain had hair. 2. The coffee machine had mould and we had to buy cleaners and clean it thoroughly ourselves before using it. 3. Some dishes were not well cleaned. 4. The walls (especially by the bed) are very dirty (we had even noticed some "things" stuck on them). 5. The toilet bowl was not 100 (%) clean and we had to purchase and use cleaning tablets (and still isn't completely clean). 6. The shower walls have mould. 7. The shower drain is clogged. 8. The ceiling above the shower has mould as well. 9. No broom / dustpan are available, so we can't sweep the floor. 10. The tile grout joints of the floors, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen need cleaning.

Entire system unkempt, very loud, cars, trams, it trains all night. For this, I found the price too high.

The accommodation did not like us at all. We felt uncomfortable. The corridor was dingy. On the terrace, the ashtray was crowded and everything was covered with empty cans. The rooms were just somewhat clean. The shower was mouldy. The facilities left to be desired. The doors had itself shut down as up badly and clamp. Overall, the accommodation for the poor condition was overpriced. There are actually to praise anything but only to complain about. The area was very beautiful in spite of the very poor apartment has good transport links, as well as good and close to shopping. We also liked Vienna. You can park on the street for free. We would never book this room and it can in any case not recommend us!

We had to pay 45 Euro for the cleaning of the room, before we event moved in. That means pay to have a clean apartment to move into. No one books a dirty room! No one told us about the 45€, if we had known that, we wouldnt have booked it.

To have my wedding and we accommodated our guests with check in Vienna, and we and our guests were very impressed. Always gladly again.

Very nice place to stay in Viena.

Comfortable, quiet, fast as you reach the Centre of Vienna and especially cheap that never hurts these days.

Great apartment for a group of friends. Very clean and modern with many facilities. The location is very good because you are near a tram station so you can go anywhere in Vienna. The service is great and you can communicate very easily with the owners even tough we did not met them we didn't had any problem at checking in or out.
