Long story short: The staff tried to steal my AirPods from me, ignored my reports and asks for support. They returned, after many interventions I made, only after I said I will report it to police, pretending they found it somewhere. Magic happens. The returned headphones were after the reset (to disconnect them from the tracking app), and with personalised stickers removed. And after all that, when I made a formal complaint — absolutely poor and unprofessional management response. Generic, semi — automated emails with no actual solutions or compensation.

Their staff attempted to steal from my friend and did not offer any recompensation… A supposed luxurious hotel and their salary can’t even cover a pair of AirPods and a tiny backpack! SCANDALOUS.

Staff attempts to steal our personal belongings. The management attitude is to do nothing about the incident and to get rid of you as fast as possible.

Perfect view, nice staff, love it.

Fantastic location, spotless, served every 5 minutes by public transport, large rooms, excellent breakfast, path along the Danube full of all kinds of activities, to live 100%, super courteous and prepared staff, huge shower with waterfall, unique services with restaurant / bar on the 57th floor from where you can admire both the high and the lower Danube. I recommend it and I will certainly stay here again.

It's great here every time, but this time was the hammer. It was great how all my wishes were fulfilled or exceeded and even a few extras, it was a huge surprise for my daughter she was very happy about everything. Thank the whole team since just thank you. We will definitely come back.

Very nice and clean hotel, it it far from the center you can use metro very easy take you about 20 minutes. There is paid car parking cost you around 30 euro per night. الفندق مكانه في منطقة الاعمال وجميل جدا وراقي ونظيف. يبعد عن وسط فيينا حوالي ٢٠ دقيقة بالمترو. تتوفر فيه مواقف للسيارات تكلف ٣٠ يورو لليله. سعره جدا معقول مقارنه بفخامته ولكن المشي صعب من الفندق لسنتر المدينة.

Está muy cerca del centro, la comunicación es sencilla con el metro, está situado en el rascacielos más alto de Austria, las habitaciones son muy amplias con minibar incluido en el precio, el trato y el servicio son inmejorables, así como las vistas desde el restaurante la Planta 57. It is very close to the center, the communication is simple with the metro, it is located in the tallest skyscraper in Austria, the rooms are very spacious with minibar included in the price, the service and treatment are unbeatable, as well as the views from the La Planta 57 restaurant. It's already the third time I've stayed at the Meliá Vienna for me it's like my second home. Es ist sehr nahe am Zentrum, die Kommunikation ist einfach mit der U-Bahn, es befindet sich im höchsten Wolkenkratzer in Österreich, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig mit Minibar im Preis inbegriffen, der Service und die Behandlung sind unschlagbar, sowie die Aussicht vom Restaurant La Planta 57. Es ist bereits das dritte Mal, dass ich für mich im Meliá Wien übernachtet habe. Es ist wie in meinem zweiten Zuhause. إنه قريب جدا من المركز ، الاتصال بسيط مع المترو ، إنه يقع فى أطول ناطحة سحاب فى النمسا ، الغرف واسعة للغاية مع بار صغير متضمن فى السعر ، الخدمة والعلاج لا تقارن ، بالإضافة إلى المناظر من مطعم La Planta 57. إنها بالفعل المرة الثالثة التي أقمت فيها في ميليا فيينا بالنسبة لي ، إنها مثل منزلي الثاني.

Lovely bathroom. Rooms have good size. Was told at reception that there is no swimming pool.

I found the Melia a little soulless. It's only really a business hotel. It's out from the city centre and is very quiet at the weekend. The rooms are lovely and the food was good. The view from the restaurant on the 57th floor is spectacular. However, I much prefer a typical Viennese hotel than this type.

Very good facilities, all staff is willing to help and give information (if you're a tourist), they even had tickets for the metro. Excellent breakfast and view from the 57th floor. If only had a parking place then the rating would be 5 stars.

We stayed for 4 days to celebrate a 60th birthday. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. It really was overwhelming. When we arrived at 7am on our day of arrival and asked if we could store our luggage we were told that they make an exception and do an early check-in. We had fantastic 4 days and enjoyed the amenities of the hotel a lot. I loved the design of the rooms with the amazing view. Especially the huge bath with the rain shower has been an exceptional experience. On the birthday day we received a complementary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate. There’s not much else to say about this amazing place other than it’s the place to be when visiting Vienna. We will definitely come back.

Super Hotel with extremely beautiful Views to and from Vienna. Beautiful Rooms and Minibar is included! Perfect Transport links. However, I cannot recommend The Bar on the 57th Floor. Extremely expensive Prices of Food and Drinks, but no corresponding Quality. The Staff are also rather unkind.

Wonderful views, gym, amazing sauna, massage very well! Breakfast of 10, all kind of fruit very good vegetable coffee g.

They do not have a pool for the hotel (according to the front staff), but will give you a special price of 20 Euros per person to swim at the fitness center. Half the outlets were messed up so you couldn’t fit the plug in. There was no flat sheets on the beds. You either sleep with no blanket or the heavy one. The pillows are not supportive at all so it feels like you don’t even have a pillow when sleeping.

The Staff are unmoored. Several Times, despite long Ringing on the Phone, was not taken off. After several Calls followed the next Annoyance: A Room that directly! On the Hotel Homepage costs 149 Euros, I was offered by phone at 230 Euros. After my Reference to the Homepage, the Price was suddenly lowered to 192 Euros. This is peculiar and frivolous.
There were Problems with other Contacts as well. A promised Recall regarding information was never made.
Therefore: Be sure to book online! The Hotel is beautiful. The Staff, however, are weakening for this Hotel Category.

Absolutely Top! Very nice and modern Hotel, great Rooms, friendly Staff and the great View is the Crowning glory, even the Level Lounge on the 57th Floor is absolutely recommended. We will come back!

Amazing views! this hotel is located in the DC tower and the rooms are extremely well dressed making your say here a luxury breakaway, Wet rooms with views of the Danube add too the awe. The restaurant on the 57th floor although expensive is an absolute must with views over the stunning city of Vienna… Especially at night (the turbo lift is an experience in itself) recognised as a 5* hotel it deserves a couple more stars… Unbeatable value and experience has to be visited at least once.

What can I say? There's nothing really to it.

It's not five stars. Not even a sauna. Breakfast is worse than the 4th Arc hotel that's across the street. I checked in because there were no seats in The Arcotel because of some congress. Gave me a chance, but alas. If you compare with nothing — settle, normally, cleanly, comfortably. Just ask for a room not on the road.

A very nice hotel. Food on the ground floor very tasty. The burger only recommended. Breakfast in the EC we found better by staff and selection. View at breakfast of course nicer at the 57 floor. We found the staff at the EC more cordial. In the 57er level area is a very dear employee, where unfortunately we do not know the name any more (a Spaniard) such employees must be searchable. Thank you for the loving service. The hotel is only recommended. All are very nice and accommodating only from the restaurant 57 floor We were disappointed by the service.

Here, man can brunch very well. Take the lift to the 57 floor, where you will be accompanied to the table. The view is fantastic and overwhelming. The view extends from Kahlenberg to Vienna/Schwechat airport. The quality of the food is excellent and the beverage selection is more than adequate. Conclusion: If you want to enjoy a romantic moment with your loved one, you should reserve a table there.

Tallest building in Wien I guess. Safety first as you should have some kind of ID to make it to the bar on the top floor. Great cocktails at reasonable prices.

Very classy furnished bar on the ground floor and on the 57 floor. Due to fog we could not enjoy the view as expected. Prices are rather higher. Staff could be friendlier.

We stayed at Melia Vienna Hotel for 2 nights. Our room was lovely. Very comfortable with modern decoration and great view. The bathroom was spacious but has total black decoration. It was a little promblem for me. The people in reception were all very polite and always helpfull. The breakfast was very good. We didn t like the service to the cafeteria on the first floor.

Good accessibility. Everything is business as usual in hotels of this caliber. The staff is tight. On the first day, two laptops were stolen. The problem could not be solved. They said only tomorrow there will be access to the cameras, called the police and registered what happened as it should be. On the morning came to ask how things are, the general manager spread his hands and said that it turns out they do not have there cameras that look at the rooms) ) ) in general comedy still that) ) ) ) )

Very nice hotel! Level — room is highly recommended. Breakfast on the 57th floor is a lot quieter than the EC and the view of course is much better.

Service very on point … doesn’t have any extra facilities (like pool or sauna) but their service and hospitality is probably one of the best I have ever experienced. From the moment I checked in to the day I checked out. 10/10 Room service is highly recommended cos the Room Service menu is delicious! Free mini bar has a good selection of drinks in my opinion and it refilled (for free) everyday! I can’t wait to stay at this hotel again!

Spectacular design. Very modern. Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities of the rooms and spacious bathrooms. Everything is squeaky clean.
The view is certainly also good, however, as a normal mortal guest is unfortunately not a pleasure, as this is reserved for the guests of certain categories.
A well-stocked mini bar is included.

Perfect Hotel
Our room was beautiful, cozy and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Bathroom very nice, spacious and with a big shower. The great view of the Danube and part of the city was ruined by the work underneath the hotel, a real open yard that leaves a little to be desired.
From the huge windows they entered, during the night, drafts of wind despite being well closed. The bed sheets were never changed in 4 nights, not even my dirty pillow of Rimmel after the first night; The same goes for the bathrobes although we had left them purposely on the ground to make them change… This did not happen and when we returned we did not find bathrobes.
The cost of entrance to the gym is excessive.
The Minibar has always been recharged BUT ONLY ON OUR SPECIFIC REQUEST. Same thing for coffee. We always had to leave a ticket to recharge the minibar since the first day they forgot to do so.
Flawless Wi-Fi and very friendly staff, a 5 star hotel should not get lost in a biccchier of water in this way.

Rooms were neat and comfortable. On check-in the room was not ready and hence asked to wait. Once we were given the key, the room was not fully setup as some amenities like slippers and robe were missing. Late checkout costs additional money… food ok. Transportation ok. Lots of construction around… Access to a communal gym facility with good equipments. Pool in same facility but not heated.

Do not West your money like me to come here to reccived the worse service ever. The hotel looks good only in picture. Shower was not working for two days and they came and repaired it on the last day that we are leaving. They do not have no head how to be professional at 11:00 keep knocking my door to give us the bill when our check up is next day. Do not West your money and holiday with this hotel ever. WEST of Money and very sad, they distory our holiday which was only 4 days.

This hotel is in the middle of no where with construction going on all around it. The wind does not stop around the area either, so you cannot open the windows without the wolves howling, we have been moved to 3 different rooms as the first one the air con made a loud noise, the 2nd room the air con just did not work and the room was a sauna, and now the 3rd the Wi-Fi does not work at the moment. The bed is hard as a rock and I mean a rock. My hips and shoulder hurts from laying on my side, the pillows are literally flat, you can try fold them but they will be flat again. The mirror in the bathroom has dust all over it and the amenities supplies in each of the rooms were different. If I wanted a 2 Star hotel I would’ve stayed at the holiday inn which I’m sure wouldn’t have failed this much. This hotel is far from a 5 Star hotel. After traveling Europe for the last month and staying in 4-5 star hotels this one takes the win for being the worst one I’ve stayed in. Avoid avoid avoid!

Great hotel! The room is big, clean, bright with a gorgeous view of the Danube. Zone LEVEL on the 57th floor, with good breakfasts and very helpful staff and the view from there is stunning and in the morning and in the evening. Everything was great!

The hotel is really impressive, the rooms also look very nice. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to look more closely… Spider nets in the corner, cables hanging down, hair on the carpet floor. Really a pity.
In the evening the food at 57 was something else and the service very nice. The prices for the drinks are, however, far too high.
The service of the reception (incl. Lady at breakfast reception) leaves much to be desired. Everything very complicated and the ladies and gentlemen overwhelmed because two rooms were booked by one person. Very weak for a hotel of this class.

The hotel is situated in an ugly postapocalyptic Office quarter near Danube river. They offer clean, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts. The hotel staff is friendly. At the 14th floor there is a small fitness center for the hotel guests exclusively. The swimming pool is owned by an external company and extra paid for 20E. Parking costs 30E per day.

Very good rooms. Maintenance something better… Little things. Full breakfast. It surprises the low knowledge of English of some members of the staff.

As we expected the hotel Melia Vienna, it has left us impressed. The. LEVEL room Impressive, reminded me of the Melia Sky Hotel in Barcelona (Wonderful souvenir). With bathtub between the bathroom and the room and with the best views of the city.

Absolutely stunning building. Large rooms comfortable beds, nice view. Bathroom wasn't that clean no bath robes but they can bring you one if you request. Bar on top of the hotel is cool I liked the food and the cocktails services is okay but not professional. Restaurant on 57th floor has great atmosphere food was great and the waiter had great knowledge about wine list.

Nice hotel with good location when working for the UN. But as all hotels/buildings in Vienna the rooms are very warm, mine was set to 27 degrees when I arrived.

Great Hotel with a fantastic view from the bar on the 57th. Downside is the gym, it's tiny and the hotel is a bit far from the city but the rooms are great, modern and comfortable. A great spot to stay.

Comfortable, modern rooms. Kind attendants. Upscale, spacious lounge. Close to subway. The overall look is not very charming, though.

Incredible property! The accommodations are on point and the corner suites are amazing. The John Harris gym is spotless and the front desk staff is great. Customer service didn't exist at the 57th floor restaurant… but I guess when people are not paid on tips and just salary their lack of attention and hospitality reflects. Lastly, feeling the springs in the beds is not what someone would expect a a property like this.

Free beers and chips in the Fridge? and it is refilled everyday? Why not to stay here. One of the great espresso machines next to your bed? why would you pass here. One thing you need to be aware of is the likeability that you might be having the surprise encounter with the window cleaners who's been cleaning from the top window around the check-out time:) Have a pleasant stay!

I am taxi driver and the concierge who had on 28th 8th 2017 at 3.00 at night service is really a widow! I stand in Stadlau and get from him the order for an airport ride. In the middle of the way comes the cancellation, so I have to go back to the stand. As I'm almost there, the order comes again, so I'm on the way again, it's a 10 minute drive on the highway. As I walk in, he comes to me and claims that the customer has opted for another taxi just to get away from me. In reality, of course, he wants to jump the order of the House driver, who then arrived just after me.
The fact that he inflicts damage on me is totally indifferent!

Smoking room We haven't found any therefore it was very laborious to drive up and down umpteen stories again and again.

Pros: room and wc size, view of the city, all included mini bar, great location to run/cycle and even more to take the metro (it takes 4 stations to downtown) and by foot it takes only 2 minutes to get the metro from the hotel. Cons: maintrnence of the hotel is not good enough (curtains of the big windows do not work well, so the light gets into the bethroom, first time in the morning). Little details regarding the maintenance can be found, but anyway pros are really relevant, so the final evaluation is very good.

Staff are friendly, however there was a major misunderstanding with my reservation. Apparently I got a room with king bed and then was charged extra for installing an additional bed, when I specifically requested through the website and a phone call a room with 2 beds. Rooms are specious. Cleaning services could definitely improve. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel is close to public transportation.

Super hotel with a lovely ponorah restaurant!

I love this hotel. The price is similar to other hotels I book for business, but it is definitely more surprising, luxurious and stylish. The view is amazing, the bathroom very classy and I love how you can look out the window from the toilet and shower. Also the exterior of the building is very contemporary. Nice toiletry as well. And try the rooftop lounge!

Excellent place to dine on floor 47 on the Danube.

Excellent hotel with best receptionists, extremely convenient to old town (by subway or taxi), free in-room mini-bar, and great food. Highly recommend.  One more experience to add. Last Saturday, I was renting a car but parked in near-by garage which I didn't aware that it won't open on weekend. The receptionist lady helped me in a chilly morning find the security and the garage manager to open the gate for me. It was such a nice experience!

The room was amazing: massively big bed, decorated in a modern and elegant way, and with a very nice shower. The only default with the room was the view which was far from the one advertised: we were pretty much looking over a parking lot. However the service was not at the same level as the room at all. The cleaning was minimum: the mirror turned full of spots once covered in steam, the floor under the bed was disgusting and I even found some tablets from a previous occupant… On top of that we did not get new shampoo and soap everyday (and the bottles were pretty small), we had no coffee in the room when we arrived and had to wait until the last day to get some, and we had to request for the bed linens to be changed twice in a row before it actually happened. So in conclusion: 5 stars rooms, 2 stars service.

Well recommended, near by all transportation to anywhere in the city. Friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel has no tourist infrastructure, except sündteure station Hall in the ground floor bar and restaurant on the 57th floor and a local brand.
Staff in the restaurant excellent also in the care of seminar participants. Totally inadequate but the reception is and if it have problems and you want to complain in the Directorate, then one sees itself as customer immediately in the role of the "accused", which is threatened even with the police. So everyone who prefers through cultivated manners "hands away" from this hotel.

It was great. Everything was fine. I could recommend it.

Simply something special — we were the drinks first at the bar in the 58th floor, breathtaking view — simply different like in the cocktail bar to the cloud, of course another award! everything about the € 5, — more than on the ground,
as I said this almost above the clouds!
Food then eaten in the restaurant — we have just great served all soup, main course fish — dessert of fruit to chocolate, and decorated!
Good wine from white to red — Austrian wines! Congratulations!
The final price every meal around € 5, — — more than in a good restaurant on the ground e. G. Motto on the river is also very to the share for gifts!
Staff very kind and friendly! We wanted to not shut down!
Not to forget: even tap water get cold — and you can still sit in the comfortable white seating areas everywhere standing around!
The only negatives: you have to book early.
