Excellent for families. Very high standard.

Ein bisschen kompliziert sind die Formalitäten beim einchecken. Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und sauber, jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Personal ist sehr bemüht jedoch teilweise überlastet.

Very unkind reception, and you had the feeling that you are undesirable because you disturbed the receptionist while watching TV.
The suite was fine, with a beautiful garden.

Extremely unfriendly Welcome (usually I would go there … Obviously he felt disturbed while Watching TV), Apartment was fine with Hot Tub and nice Terrace, that's why we stayed and therefore still three Stars.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet is not 11am, although the breakfast times are offered at the hotel.

The hotel is at the end of the world but I am positively surprised.

Many beautiful structure. In the suburbs of Vienna, very quiet area but well connected by public transport. Near the hotel there are the typical Viennese "restaurants" characterized by the typical costumed service staff.

Very bad hotel, they treat the customers badly, you make reservation you go and they tell you that they are complete… very bad.

Awesome hotel in the district of wine yards. Great place and easy access to down town by bus.

The technique was not flawless (door lock did not go, fridge defective), but the staff very friendly, room quiet and it is of course very reasonably priced. The people who are upset here, I can also understand, but it is just the price/performance ratio that I rate here, and at the price one has to accept a few shortcomings. If the room cost for two €150, I would also expect more.

Great Hotel in a very nice part of Vienna. Very good service and reasonable prices.

Nice hotel and good price but garden and playground is not so nice as described. Some rooms like for instance on the first floor are below the garden so you may feel like in the basement. But the room was big and clean.

Smelly, not pleasant. Some furniture is dirty.

Horrible hotel. Very disrespectful staff that always craves for money. The rooms are always untidy and it has an unpleasent smell. Spoilt my Holiday. Wouldn't Recommend to anyone.
