Beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast, always hard-working staff… just everything top…!

Nothing to complain about. Rooms absolutely ok, staff friendly nice and helpful. And the Breakfast buffet is simply gorgeous. Come back!

A Paradise, pure nature! good service and cleanliness is just top. The Breakfast Buffet is wonderful and the quality is super. Good energy is just fantastic.

Absolutely beautiful Breakfast Pension. For me the Hotel and not the Pension. Friendly staff from the reception to the cleaning lady. Top. Very well maintained, clean and quiet. The Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and many a 5 star Hotel can hide there. An absolute recommendation from me, if someone makes a detour to Vienna. And on the same street, and a "Heuriger" to the other. :)

2) Written advance to the hotel when booking "Parking reservation please, suitable for VW-BUS"
3) Call directly to the hotel 2 days before arrival and repeat the request for ""Quiet room, not direction road"
4) Phone call directly with the hotel 2 days before arrival and repetition of the request for "parking reservation please, suitable for VW-BUS"
AND telephone PROMISE that both wishes will be fulfilled, I received
A) a room in the direction of the street
B) no parking on both days.
IN addition, the assigned room No. 301 did not have soundproof windows, so that even despite 30 degrees, closing the windows did not provide any noise redress.
Completely ABSURD, is complementary to the bathroom/shower. Access and use only possible in a strongly bent position. Entry approx. 1, 30m high, but rise above the edge of the tub — inner height max. 1, 5m. 2 sloping roofs and a fixed shower separation complement each other. Such a room, even more than a 4-star accommodation to offer, is more than an ABSOLUTE DELIVERY for people over 1, 30m in height!
My immediate complaints (already on arrival and again on the first day, then again on the second day) were only taken note of with a shrug.

Rustic charm, clean and tidy. All very nice. Breakfast was very good. Only the stand air conditioner was a bit annoying, as it was loud and you had to put the TV louder as well. Hopefully this hasn't bothered the Zimmernach-barn. The connection to the city great. The Heurigen can be reached loosely on foot. Would repeat it if necessary.

Fantastic room with a view into the beautifully planted garden, great breakfast it lacks nothing, super nice hosts and tasteful ambience.

Staff very helpful and friendly, room outdated, bathroom small and partly not clean, good parking facilities, outdoor area not attractive, hotel total come in the years and reserved for regular guests.

Very noisy (dogs, children), no airco, no ventilation in bathroom, small old fashioned bathroom, noisy terras with loud Italians right ar our window. At best three star hotel, prices 4 star though. Breakfast is very good. Situated in busy street altough internet pictured suggest otherwise.

Charming hotel with very friendly staff. I slept very well. The breakfast buffet is really offers a great selection.
