It's a small hotel decent size rooms and very limited breakfast menu … Staff is helpful though. And the location is nice 10 min walk to the nearest U station.

Decently. Clean. On their three stars. It is not far from the railway station. Not far from the center. Friendly staff. Helped print the plane tickets. Breakfasts are good, but simple. I'd probably look better next time.

Only two stops on the tram from the train station. I had a basic room. Which was nice quiet and clean. The breakfast was excellent. No cooked. But plenty of choice.

Excellent hotel near Vienna Hauptbahnhof. Very comfy, clean, big room with wonderful bathroom. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Diversified and abundant breakfast.

The hotel is located on a busy city street in the Favorites district. New rooms are located in a new side building, the old building has rooms to the street. There is also a tram depot opposite. We had our rooms on the 4th floor under the roof. With the window closed, you can sleep relatively well. In the summer, however, it is likely to be quite hot, but there is a small air conditioner. The service is nice, but the women in the breakfast room are unbeatable. They provide a well-stocked buffet and instantly cleared and new clean tables. I have not yet experienced such emunity. Overall, then, a good hotel that the average tourist will like it well. The metro is 300 metres away, the new main railway station is not a kilometre away.

Nice place with a lovely staff welcoming and accommodating. The. Breakfast and perfect and hearty. It's a very nice neighborhood. The hotel in an ideal location with bus stop in front, tram station at 5 minutes and Metro at 10 is ideal for staying properly with U. Good value for money.

A very nice and clean hotel. The location is ideal as the metro is only 500 meters away and takes only 5 minutes to get to the city center. Nevertheless, the price-performance ratio is simply good. There is only one point for breakfast, which in my opinion could have been a little more diverse.

Positive: the hotel is clean, its new part was built in 2016 so it's modern, the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, the bed was huge (~2 m wide), sofa, TV, fridge, safe, large wardrobe. The bathroom was huge, very nice and clean, with a bath, a separated toilet and an infrared cabin! The rooms in the new part are quiet (only occasionaly one can hear a tram) The hotel also offers shoe polish machines, a gym, a relax zone and sauna (for the latter you have to pay extra). The nearest U-Bahn station is ~5 min walking from the hotel and the bus/tram stop is just at the door. Negative: the neighbourhood doesn't seem safe, especially in the evening. It's not nice for a walk either. There are not many restaurants around and no restaurant in the hotel. There is not even an electric kettle in the room so you can't even have a cup of tea in the evening. The breakfasts are rather basic and don't change at all during the week. You won't get anything warm except for tea or terrible coffee. The staff is rather unprofessional. The didn't tell us anything about the possibility to use sauna and gym when we arrived. On the last they, when we were returning our key cards, they told us that we have to pay extra 500+€. It quickly turned out to be a mistake but it was enough to raise our blood pressure more than the coffee did… By the way, the 'reception desk' is literally just a desk with a laptop on it… Our room was not cleaned every day even though we put an appropriate sign on the door.

A small age old establishment with amazingly helpful staff who are available round the clock. With English speaking staff staying here is an added advantage. This bed and breakfast place has small but very cozy rooms with options available for budget and lavish rooms as well. Very near to the underground tube and bus station with cabs available on call easily. A good place to stay if you are alone.

Nice hotel. Nice rooms… Price fits. The environment is not the most noble. Subway only five minutes away from the hotel.

Stayed in the new part of the hotel. Very modern and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have included some warm dishes though.

The suites are very nice some even have infarot cabins in the bathroom.
Training devices are available sauna possible on request.

The breakfast was not very special, the coffee also did not taste.
The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station; With the nearby tram you can also get very good from A to B.

Is not bad what sucks is that the bed (who you have a double bed) always goes out because there are actually two beds pushed together otherwise supper friendly service good breakfast supper fitness room and very clean is genuine to recommend.

Basic hotel, no bar unfortunately; but fabulous sauna suite with infra-red cabinets too. My room was an old one but perfectly adequate, although only shower no bath. Very good location for transport links: about 10 minutes to the tourist central area. Hotel much too hot as they all seem to be these days. Breakfast fine, usual German-style buffet fare. So long as they have boiled eggs, I'm happy. Staff were lovely, I commend Manuel and Sayeed.

Were to 3 and were more than positive überrsscht from the hotel. The room was huge and super subdivided. Everything was clean and well maintained. Furnishings worked fresh and new and fit visually great in the room. Breakfast buffet Everything you need and nice staff. Bus outside the door Odet subway 5 min walk. The only criticism is that you have to pay 12 euros per day for parking and there is no parking space otherwise.

4 stops from Stephansplatz on the U-Bahn. Good location for the price.

I've stayed there for 4 nights. I had a doubleroom in the new part of the hotel. It was really nice, modern and clean. The bathroom is so big! Good location, only 5 min walking from the metro station. The reception staff is friendly, kind and professional (especially Manuel). Moreover we arrived early in the morning and they did everything was possible to give us the room before the check in time. Breakfast was also really good but waitresses should be more kind.

Comfortable, clean, cozy. Honey, located next to the subway, 4 stops to Stefanplatz… wonderful breakfasts, charming boys at the front desk.

Good place to Stay if you travel to Vienna, Austria. Close city centre and underground U1. The breakfast is fantastic and you will get everything you need for breakfast. Everything is walking distance and don't forget to have a Pizza from nearby pizza restaurant. Really authentic Italian pizza. So clean and highly recommended this Accommodation.

Modern, clean and well appointed. Rooms are a good size. Bed was comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Very comfortable hotel, refurbished. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is spotless. I took a bath without any ulterior motive. Icing on the cake, there is a phytoterm cabin to relax the back after the market day. Breakfast is provided and the staff are in the small care. Finally, located in a very nice popular area, there is no less than a bus station at the door of the hotel, 2 minutes a tram and a subway at 5 minutes.

Noise from the road and the very nearby tram kept me awake nearly all of the night, so that I barely got any sleep. I complained but they weren't able to offer me a different room. Room was very warm, but opening the windows would have only increased the noise more. Avoid!

Highly recommended hotel with large clean rooms. Super friendly onmerkames staff and top breakfast. The transport links are also very good. Directly at the U1am Keplerplatz, which leads to the city.

The staff everywhere nice, very good breakfast, coffee and tea were served to table. I am glad that no eggs and bacon was not served. Only "problem" was that room was very warm and the shower curtain should be maybe 10 cm shorter … Good connections with metro and tram. Quiet area.

Returned today from our holiday in Vienna and were lucky enough to stay at this fantastic Hotel … from the staff being friendly, from cleaning in General, the rooms nice almost new with all the details of the case, from the buffet breakfast in pleasant and refined, very pleased … highly recommended!

Nice and professional service. Rooms all super. Breakfast OK, only would have liked sometimes scrambled eggs/Bratei and unfortunately very long is the coffee on the hotplate and was thus bitter. Room service forgot to fill up shower gel, was not only with me, all others of the travel group. Yet everything in the all 5 stars and always like to here.

Stayed in Early December for 8 Nights, Solo + Wonderful & Always Smiling Staff at Reception, Housekeeping, Kitchen + Absolute Clean Everywhere + Perfectly Working Room Heater, Plumbing, Lifts, Room-Fridge + Wooden Floor in Room + Quite Room (Room 35) + Wonderful Views of Tram Station from the window + Good Breakfast (But same choices everyday, For Vegetarians like me, 3/4 types of Bread/Buns, 3/4 types of Cheese, 2/3 Fruits (tends to finish around 8/9am), Tea/Coffee, Cereal, Butter, 3.4 types of Jam, 1/2 types of Pastry/Sweets) + Christmas Gift Bag of Peanuts, Pistachio, Apple, Orange. — Single Bed very narrow & long on both sides, literally just enough for one 5'8" person — Wi-Fi at crawling speeds on Mornings & Evenings (peak times). Wi-Fi connected to WAN, but pages do not load, errors — Not a big deal, but TV Remote was not working (Batteries OK). TV itself has only one Channel Change button, the other way Channel Change Button missing. Also its a CRT TV, the older type, no LCD or thin TV — Reception staffed only from 06:00 to 22:00 (not a big deal)

I spent three nights in Vienna and was glad to have chosen this hotel. The U Bahn reached you in 7 minutes with super fast connection in all directions.
The hotel is highly recommended, my room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet offering everything you need to start the day.

The hotel is very good for this price. Sights staff, large rooms with Internet and flat screen TV. The breakfast was also good.

Not very good indeed. The restroom was lousy, there was no TV stand, and there was no air conditioning. The weather was 40°C (100°F)! I could barely breathe, let alone sleep! Do not book in this hotel. Vienna is too hot to survive in today without a hotel with air conditioning. However, the food was excellent and the room was comfortable and very clean.

My wife and I were already in December 2014 as a guest. Because it pleased us very well, we have now at the end of June 2015 re-booked. For the first reservation date, we were unfortunately ill, but it was given to us without cost immediately the second Appointment confirmed. Reception very friendly, room very clean and quiet (at night with the window open slept). Breakfast good selection, operation very friendly and always equal to supply taken care of. Tables are very clean, covered and were to end immediately re-covered again. Accessibility to transport is very well located. Also shopping centers, shops and pubs nearby. The car in the Garage safely parked and everything is in walking distance and transport links the city was conquered. The train station is within easy walking distance! All in All a good price for this offer. Can only recommend this offer to avail.

My husband and I lived from 24-09-01 10 2014 at Hotel Caroline. The reception at the front desk was very friendly and as we ca 09 30 pm arrived, was even offered us to have breakfast.
The connection to the inner city is great and soon tram and Metro can be reached.
Buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff very attentive. Our room we liked, very clean, quiet and bright.
The price quality ratio is good and we will come back very much.

Great value for money, the neighborhood is quite popular, but the metro is just down to 4 stations from the Center.

Okayes small hotel, nice service. Breakfast minimalist, but usual hotel.
