Very nice hotel. Some standard stuff missing from the hotel room. Friendly staff.

We were assigned a large, clean light filled room with nice view. It had hardwood floors and comfortable (twin sized placed together) beds. It offers a delicious, buffet all you can eat breakfast with many options for 18 euros, which we thought worth trying for the convenience. We wished they would have made the price more explicit, instead of finding out later that we would be charged.

Very much enjoyed my stay at this themed hotel. Excellent breakfast, very spacious and comfortable room.

A wine themed boutique hotel with novel rooms, cozy courtyard, and helpful 24/7 concierge. A lovely difference from the usual hotel experience.

Beautiful large room decorated in a kind of modern minimalist Japonese style, with a view of a quiet street. Confortable bed Very helpful staff. We did not have tea making facility in our room. We asked for a kettle and were given one straight away. Delicious breakfast buffet style. I only give it 4 stars because the plug in the sink didn't close, one light above the sink was out and the BBC world channel didn't work although advertised in the information book. Otherwise we loved it and would go back there next time we are in Vienna.

Great hotel in a quiet but excellent location. Staff were so helpful, rooms were great with everything you needed (fab hairdryer for a hotel). Very traditional european hotel but spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend especially as a wine lover because of the range of wines and reasonable prices. Will definitely return!

Mercure Hotel property located five minutes from City Hall. The decor is classic, with carpeted floors, mahogany furniture and fixtures golden light. The rooms are spacious and clean, however the bathrooms are small. The breakfast buffet is correct, they offer a wide variety of products: scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses, cereals, nuts, toast and breads, pastries, cakes, coffees, juices and teas. To improve: juices are pot. The service is attentive and efficient, provide useful information about interesting places to visit. Good relationship between price and value.

So we were already in many Hotels, but so what, nice, friendly we have not experienced. The read a the wishes from the eyes. Make reservations, plan a nice day for the guests. The Hotel is beautiful, clean. The location is great, right in the middle of the city. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, the manage absolutely everything for you. I'm still speechless. I can this Hotel really warmly recommend.

Wine connoisseurs and wine lovers will be especially at your expense, here you can find everything what is in Austria's wine-growing world of rank and name. Good and rich Breakfast with regional Spezialtäten in a pleasant atmosphere. Who does not 0/8/15 or dusty would like to live, here you can find a fresh, more casual Alternative, the desire to come Back.
