The room does not match the price. All the old red shabby walls wife does not catch but if very weak. The lighting is very weak. The location is not well-received from the center. There are a lot of shops near the hotel.

Nice central location. Large rooms. Good air conditioning. 24 euro breakfast kinda killed it for me though — we were under the impression it was included when it wasn’t. Other than, pretty decent hotel for the price and central location.

A reasonably priced hotel in a convenient location off Mariahilfstrasse. Since the hotel is set back from the street, all rooms are quiet. Level of cleanliness is good and so is the service at Reception and in the breakfast room. Speaking of breakfast, the choices on the buffet are delightful, especially the honey from the hotel's own beehives.

Excellent family room for two people. Very Comfortable! The location is Very good. Right at the Bus stop and the Subway to come and go from the Central Station.

We have estodos three people four days, it has been a wonderful experience. Rooms very spacious and comfortable and very well antendidas in cleaning and services. The breakfast fantastic and the staff exquisite. Has a magnificent situation in central and with the metro right to the side. I recommend it fully.

So in love with this hotel. Fast check-in. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. The room is so big and more than our expectation. Living room and bedroom are separated. I really love this hotel. Supermarket is nearby. Walking 15 mins to Hop on Hop Off station. Many stores are nearby as well.

Great hotel with medium but very quiet rooms. I have been here for more than 5 times and I could barely hear my neighbors. The rooms are very cozy and apparently the pillows are very comfortable, not like in other hotels with "wooden" pillows. The location is probably the best criteria of this hotel. It's just a few steps from the underground line U3 and it's located in the center of all activity in Vienna. You can also find a "North Sea" restaurant close to this hotel. The only small downside of this hotel is it's breakfast. It won't leave you hungry, but the range of choice of food is not very large. If you like my review, please like it, I'm trying to grow as a Google Local Guide. Thank you!

Really good breakfast, rooms nice and clean and good staff all around.

There's a lot of room for the chance to come back. The luggage can be spread out, the room is very clean, the evening is also quiet, the bathroom is very large, breakfast is delicious, a lot of kinds, is this trip, the favorite hotel, the MRT station exit is also near, is a great choice, the service staff is very cordial, Because the time to leave than breakfast served early, the hotel is willing to prepare for our breakfast box, it is very sweet, more like the city.

Very well communicated with the centre. A metro stop is 50 metres away and the rooms very spacious.

Something hidden and the access has come a little down. The hotel itself is no longer the newest but still reasonably ok. Room felt larger than expected.

Clean hotel room and also everything else is very clean. The only small drawback is that a part of the hotel is accessible via a separate outside entrance. This may not always be an advantage. The staff are over friendly and above all very nice. The buffet breakfast is very extensive and there is something for everyone.

Have been to the NH many times. Price/performance is fine. However, access via the passage in the Mariahilferstraße is an imposition.
Broken bottles and cigarette butts, shards that were not removed 2 days, are not worthy of a 4 star house. Even if access is not part of the hotel, the hotel management should be careful to ensure that access to the hotel is cleaned.

A hotel located 10-15min walk from the city centre and in a very commercial street. A subway station is right across the line. Lack of visibility (access by the shopping mall of a shopping centre). The staff are friendly and friendly. The superior room is very spacious and well appointed. The bedding is very comfortable. We were disappointed with the finishes in the bathroom, not at the height of a 4 *. The breakfast is OK with a varied choice.

Excellent hotel, the employees very attentive, the rooms are amazing, very clean and large, the hotel is located 5 minutes from the palace and on a street with many shops and just to the Metro exit of Line 3, definitely quality price an amazing hotel. If I go back to Vienna, I'm sure I'll stay there again.

Just an average hotel, which is slightly expensive for the experience. The rooms were clean, but looked old and uncared for. Breakfast was also average, with a wide selection, but some food looked like it was there for a second day.

The location is perfect, the staff in general friendly, the room may be a bit below the standard of NH but good.

Excellent location for shopping and in a few minutes you reach the old town the Metro is practically almost in the hotel and from there you can reach any point of the city comfortably recommended.

A hotel disguised as "bad" as a NH! For the location and the spaciousness of the rooms definitely deserves more but the room has been coarsely cleaned and the finishes are superannuated. Lipstick stains next to the sink, dust near the bedside tables and stains on the bathroom door. We did present to the front desk that the room needed a more thorough cleaning but to our return everything was as before.

Great hotel. We booked at the Hotel NH Wien in a pinch after our Air B&B rental fell threw. It was the middle of the night when we showed up and the gentleman at the front was quick to help with our reservation. They also gave us a room upgrade (thank you! ) which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The hotel is also located on a central street with access to shopping and public transit. There is also a great, affordable and delicious bakery at the front steps. Perfect for starting the day off right.

Very good hotel. Location is amazing, very convenient, right next to bus stop and Uban. Big rooms and very comfortable bed. Internet was a bit of a disappointment, about 1.5 mbit in the lobby, but in the room very poor signal strength. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but very tasty. Coffee was very good and not only by hotels' standards. Staff was very helpful and always available. I really enjoyed staying here.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast overly expensive 25 euros per person which motivates one to come to a coffee you are coming from the corner. Its entrance is inside a gallery, which takes away its presence. The main entrance is just around the corner but in a little known street. The location is very good and the staff are very helpful.

Cosy Hotel. Very good communication with the Metro. Friendly staff, good service, quiet atmosphere in shopping area.

Very good location. Metro station is just a couple of minutes away and so are many bus stops. One cab walk to city center (little more than 10 minutes) from here. It is located on the back side of this busy street and so is very quiet. The room itself was huge and well equipped. Staff was helpful and one can store luggage there before check in and after check out. Wifi signals were weak in my room.

Great hotel! The location is awesome, just beside the metro that gets you to the city centre in just a few stops. The room was pretty big and spacious. Super clean. The only thing to criticize is the prices of breakfast, room service and mini bar. It was 3 times more expensive than going to the cafe just outside of the hotel. 25 euros for just breakfast seems pretty expensive… just saying. Otherwise it was great!

Nice location but poor service.

Large room and very clean. At night you have to come in through the back entrance which is a bit dark. It's in a very central location. Would recommend. Our toilet ran and and wouldn't fill, other than that is fine.

The rooms are amazing. I stayed in a double room and its almost a suite. With a little sitting area dividing the bedroom area from the entrance of the room. However, the breakfast service is a little sloppy. They don't bother refilling items that are consumed & the attenders are almost unaware about it. I had to remind one of them that the eggs & sausages are done and if they could bring in more. Otherwise, it has an amazing location and connectivity. Happy with the stay!

Large rooms? Coffee/tea facilities in the room? Not in our small room no. 511. The rooms are described on the website as being 'suites'. What a joke! The photos on the website and in the touroperator's brochure are very misleading. Breakfast was good but the floor of the breakfast room was very dirty, as were the placemats on the table. The only thing that was really positive was the good (free) Wi-Fi connection. I will not stay here again, nor in any other NH hotel.
