I'm sitting in the taxi at the airport schwechat and I am already light melancholy, so much my stay in Vienna was sweetened by the team of the Sans Souci.
I travel a lot both privately and professionally and mostly in hotels of the 5 * * * * * category, in Vienna my home address was the Park Hyatt in the Golden Quarter. However, the Sans Souci was highly recommended to me. The name here is really program, without worries. I can tell the readers here about a perfect hotel stay, and perfection in the hospitality is very difficult to achieve.
Even before arrival were personal preferences, pillow menu, airport transfer etc. Requested. Exemplary!
The check-in was extremely professional and yet very cordial. The desire for a room with balcony was promptly met, even top floor. Rooming with all necessary information and without the "unpleasant silence" in the elevator and after explaining all facilities of the house and the room the farewell: "I wish you an unforgettable time in Vienna! " By the way: If you are looking for an espresso machine in the rooms, search in vain. The Sans Souci sees itself as the ambassador of the Viennese Coffee house culture, the guests are served 24 hours a day for free coffee specialties in the room. A real boon for me as an old coffee junkie. The espresso was always hot and always with a wonderful crema. (so no fully automatic coffee, for me an absolute no go)
The hotel has a lovingly designed wellness area with the longest swimming pool in the Viennese hotels. (at least as far as I know) It is therefore very possible to swim trains. The booked cosmetic treatment was also free of blame. Products from the Styrian Vinoble underline the Nachhaltikeitsgedanken.
The hotel also has a lot to offer. I took breakfast in the restaurant as well as in the room. High quality at a very high level and the Austrian staff prepares a great start to the day with the cordial and attentive service. Eggs Benedict of the finest and daily another fresh smoothie. Delicious!
By the way, the original Wiener schnitzel in the "La Veranda" is also a force.
The location in the middle of the museum quarter and directly on the Ubahnstation is sensational. Almost all sights are within walking distance.
