Very good location, right in the city centre and not expensive, next time be sure to stay here again.

An Inexpensive place to stay in the centre of Vienna, a 10 minute walk from the pedestrian. A Bit poor and reminds Grandma's apartment in the Austrian version but at the same time clean and less acceptable breakfast. The Rooms are different for 2 and 4 people. Price up to 100 euros per night. There's an Irish pub Downstairs. With parking lot problems and police check the payment which is possible to do more than 2 hours.

A paradoxical place. It is not appropriate to speak about comfort here, but you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of old Vienna music. On the floor there is such an old terrific toilet, where it is necessary, as in the last century, to yank the rope for draining!

We booked this place via booking (com) and we didnt realize how misleading their — booking (com) 's reviews are about this place. We were travelling through Slovakia, Hungary and Austria was our last stop, Vienna. We booked it also because it said it was pet friendly. Anyways, our dog got unwell in Budapest, bug bite, which we have proof from veterinary in Budapest (we needed to visit one because she was in state of nearly coma), and that was just before we could cancel this booking free of charge. We mailed this place in last minute asking to cancel, then we realized that we need to ask for waiving cancellation fee. We explained the whole situation and we expressed our concern that with unwell dog our hole Vienna trip must be cancelled. The only answer we have got was via booking (com) saying that they cannot waive cancellation fee and the only thing we can do is to change dates of staying. So, we were struggling and didn't know what to do. With unexpected visit to vet in Budapest (cca 20k ft with treatment and meds) we were little bit stretching our budget. So, as after two days our dog got better we decided to continue our trip to Vienna to use our booking (com) reservation at 7.1 rated Pension Mozart. And, boy, oh boy, how quickly we regretted this! It is great location, I give you that. And it is only think you can rate this place for. To get in you need to go through literally corridor with trash bins (or maybe it was our luck) that just stinks!

Very unlovable guests and beds whose comfort remains to be desired. Bad time and waste of money… Only advantage: The pension is in the heart of Vienna.

The cleanliness is not the best, the breakfast sad in a small kitchen and little clean.

Two people can stay here in a big room with bathroom, television, fridge and comphy bed for 3 days and that costs only 138 euros (off season). That's a great price for accommodation in this location. Owner is very kind and gives you good advices where to go in Vienna or where to park your car for best price. The building is here since 1820.

Actually, no star, that's a bad descend, the only thing that went was the coffee.

Friendly, accomodating staff but not 24/7 service so call once you arrive. Room decor a little outdated but very comfortable, great shower. Location is good for museums and the train station isn't too far, but I wouldn't say it is very central to everything. Great value for money, would recommend if you need somewhere comfortable at a decent price.

Dont be fooled by the pictures. The pictures are nothing like the hotel; the breakfast is old, its not good and the rooms dont have a decent pillow. Dont recommend it at all.

It was very good! The only thing I didn't like was that when u come inside it is the bathroom and after it is the bedroom. Plush the Wi-Fi is bad! It is in the center and it is close to Starbucks too! ☕

A cozy hotel in the heart of Vienna. At a price much more democratic than all that is in the district. She's almost two hundred years old.
A special feature-here everything is devoted to music, everywhere posters, announcements of the nearest events, all rooms bear the names of famous Viennese composers.
Hostess Russian, professor of the Vienna Conservatory. If your trip is dedicated to music, then this is the place to stay that you need.
It is possible to order breakfast. The food is quite decent. In the hallway there are always fruit for those wishing.

Beautiful old house 10 minutes from the historic center. There is a lift. Looks like a multi-room apartment in an old house, although there is a renovation, just it is not very modern. Friendly staff. Beautiful decoration.

Just to sleep, without being too looking. The benefit does not match the price.

Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment, yes the rooms could be cleaner and the windows and doors didn't shut properly but this place has an abundance character and charm that is easily missed when judging a place to stay. Our hosts greeted us with smiles and were quick to help, our little knowledge of German went a long way in getting directions to the nearest attractions and we were also given a free map. Breakfast is a standard affair but can be cosy due to limited space but we took this in our stride and used it as an excuse to mingle with other guests. In short Pension Mozart is not somewhere just to stay, it's an experience to be felt.

So I just stayed here for one night for the night of the museums and the room was perfect for that. It is very close to the city centre and you only need 5-8 min. To Art — and Naturhistorischenmuseum. There are a lot of shopping malls nearby. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. The only thing that is a matter of taste is the room furnishings which is kept a bit baroque. But otherwise the hotel was really perfect.

A fantastic little guesthouse.
The rooms are perfect for the Viennese city centre, so they are a bit old-fashioned, but this is by no means a disadvantage, as you feel more at home here than in a typical hotel.
Also the staff can not complain.
But not only the rooms and the staff make this guesthouse unique, also the location is perfect, from which one can easily reach in 10 min almost all museums on foot, besides it is right next to a huge shopping street where you have the pleasure of the credit card can make it glow.

In a convenient location.

We booked the rooms of this hotel on Booking page, then when we came, they didn't have enough rooms, they asked us to stay in a single room, and at middle of night 1 am, after we checked the city and came back to the hotel, somehow they found a double room for 4 persons and asked us to move there for a much higher price. Of course we didn't agree. So the owners of the hotel told us to "move and pay or leave the hotel right now". It is really unbelievable, the most horrible service I have ever experienced. If anyone has intention to book the room at this hotel, please read the reviews here and on tripadvisor about the owners of this hotel whenever the problems happen to their customers. We had reservation for 4+2 people, and we had 4 people sleeping in the 4 people bedroom, 2 people sleeping in the single room (since this was the solution they found for us in the afternoon) There was absolutely NO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE. Couldn't accept a perfectly working credit card and after the staff told us they are going to find a solution the owner kicked us out at midnight. If you like challenges and adventures I can recommend this place for you because you won't know what could happen next.

Worst experience ever. The owner lied into my face, and because they cannot handle bookings we had to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night. They don't speak english at all, rooms are smelly and dirty. They even tried to cheat with our credit cards, but luckily I had all the proofs for booking website so at least we got our money back. Worst hospitality experience in my life. Kicked out of the hotel in the midnight. Rude, greedy and impolite owners, who has no respect for guests. Rooms are designed horrible too. Who would make a quadruple room which entrance is through the bathroom? Avoid this place, do not let them make your vacation a nightmare.

Loved the place. It was cosy and the people were nice. Definately going there again when I go back to Vienna.

Bad place with unique value being a 15 minute walk from the center. It's not worth it anyway!

Very central place and at a good price. The structure is not the top but within the limits of the decent, recommended for those looking for just a place to spend the night.

It was a little bit clean, the rooms were dusty… if you are allergic to dust stay away.

5 minutes to museum quarter and Hofburg Palace. Vapiano, Starbucks and markets are just 1 minute away. It is not a hotel, but a flat in a very old apartment. Rooms are so small. Our beds and sheets were not clean. Bathroom was very very dirty. We couldn't even use the bathroom because its horrible smell. Personal and guests were incredibly loud in the floor and it was not possible to sleep. I left my cellphone charger there and the personal didn't even get in touch.

Ok, if you just want to spend a night.

The people who run this place are thieves. They pressured me into paying cash even though I had already paid online, and then refused to give me an invoice. I thought it was just a mix-up (language issue with the older man at the desk) and expected a phone call and e-mail once home and able to look at my credit card statement would get me a refund. Instead, they hang up on me or yell at me each time I call and don't reply to e-mail. I've tried in three languages, so it's not a communication issue. It's cheap so I wasn't expecting much and would normally never write this kind of review — but they have literally lied to me and others in order to steal a measly 63 euro. Stay away.

Mediocre at best and past its prime. Bad area rugs layered one on top of each other, salvation army Mix match decor, spoiling fruit basket in lobby, difficulty taking credit cards, would not suggest breakfast, cruddy comforters, smelly bathrooms. I think there are better deals for the money.
