Lovely clean room. Extremely helpful staff. Great breakfast and good selection. Good location and easy access to transport. Shopping area nearby. Would recommend for a trip to Vienna.

Very nice hotel accompanied by very helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast offering is also very good. Location is perfect as you can get anywhere in the city from the local Westbahnof station (access to trams and the underground metro "uban") Rooms do lack a mini bar etc. Would be a nice to have, especially in the summer. Overall very nice place to stay with great staff.

Good location, of the disadvantages of missing the room kettle, safe. In this regard, there was a missing gold chain, which I put in the bag. And 29.05.2018 I just didn't take my bag with me for one day. I found a chain missing in Milan. Have been staying at this hotel since 28.5, 2018 to 31.05.2018, 615. There was a very unpleasant precipitation.

Accommodation is clean, from Vienna railway station West station and metro station, ground tram station about 5 minutes walk, convenient transportation, the only pity is the room does not have refrigerator, service is good, worth to live.

Stayed in Vienna with two of my friends. The rooms were a little tight for 3 people but not terrible — pretty typical for Europe. Everything was very clean and staff was very friendly. The Wi-Fi was pretty slow but its free so can't complain — you can pay for faster speeds if needed. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Very busy so get there early but it had great food. And the hotel is located within easy walking distance of the metro station and a shopping area so great location.

We stayed here last December in a standard room with double bed and single bed. The room was clean and spacious for us a family of three. The hotel itself is located strategically about 6 min walk to the Westbahnhof station, where we could get direct subway train to the city center and direct tram ride to Schloss Schönbrunn. There was a Lidl grocery store about 4 min walk to the other way. The staffs were all helpful and they let us store our luggages there for several hours after check-out.

Modern design and well equipped rooms. Quiet despite a belt location (our room was in the direction of the courtyard). Excellent breakfast buffet. Good value for money.

Rooms are really hot during the winter so we had to keep the window open which gets pretty noisy. Overall not bad.

Good breakfast with suitcase save when early arrived. Great service and rooms ok. Only internet provider of hotel from the 1990's. Search on maps for restaurants on laptop via Wi-Fi makes every click a wait for more then 60 sec. And that every day. Better use 4g local.

I have visited this hotel for the second time in the course of a professional event and therefore do not know the rooms themselves. However, the meeting has been very well prepared every time, the technical infrastructure is ideal, the catering is excellent for all participants and tastes very good. For this I can recommend the hotel clearly.

The rooms are nice although the showers a bit old. The breakfast buffet is well equipped with all the main things. Shame about the free Wi-Fi Limited.

I was only a guest at a seminar in the hotel, therefore I can not write about the rooms. Some of the comfy armchairs have collapsed (5 out of 20) and not all of which were sitting on heavy weights the break snacks were mediocre but the drinks of quality and quantity were fine. The room was seemingly just being renovated, you saw masonry and electrics.

Good hotel near the centre of Vienna. The number of elevators is scarce, so you have to be patient when you go up and down.

The room is small, there is no free breakfast, slippers if you need to get the front desk to get, the window is locked, the window is not beautiful, but the location is good, 8 minutes on foot, you can go to a pedestrian street, pedestrian street near the West railway station, but the overall is not too bad, you can live (health is very good, shower gel and shampoo are contained in the hand sanitizer, 3 and 1)

Small but clean rooms with the view. Very good breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. Near city centre, close to the public transport. Good value for money.

Rich Breakfast. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Complaint was easy (window lock not correct — new room) lift waits a little tedious.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and good breakfast. We would come back. Nice staff also at breakfast. The beds were unfortunately too soft and I woke up every day with a headache. It was also very noisy in the morning, due to the elevator next to the room, the noisy guests and the slamming room doors. Unfortunately there was not much to recover. It is also a pity that you can not open the window to ventilate properly, which would be a bathroom without a window class. The air in the room was therefore a bit stuffy. All in all, nice and good hotel.

From Vienna West station is very near, travel convenient, service is very good, breakfast 12 European a self-help, more expensive but quite rich, surrounded by Maria Street, shopping easy to play.

Comfort and welcome impeccable in the centre of Vienna.

The capital of Austria is truly sublime. Large and extremely clean, quiet. The many communication history monuments make it a milestone in Europe.

Tiny rooms, but you get what you paid for. Good location. The design is awesome, the views are great and the breakfast selection is amazing. Slow Wi-Fi. Some items in our rooms were dysfunctional: the shower clogged and the bathroom lights took about twenty seconds to come on.

We stayed in a triple on the last floor little heated the first night, on subsequent days in room C was a cigarette smoke smell which for three non-smoking is really annoying. Good breakfast buffet with wide choice. Good location for public transport.

Great hotel on the belt. Location very good, short distances to the city centre and shopping street (inner Mariahilfer Straße) as well as to the West railway station. Friendly and helpful staff.
In the bar you can only order in the smoking area — you can then consume it in the hall.
The first floor is located across several floors of parking garage and the rooms are hard to heat.

Very good hotel and very clean. Breakfast was good Friendly staff But that speaks little Italian. Free luggage storage. Great location for both walking and if you want to visit the city by means of transportation. I highly recommend it and would go back.

The hotel is very conveniently located, easy and quick to get to all the sights of the city. Vienna's Western Railway Station is just 400m away. At the station, you can take the U3 line. And get to St. Stephen's Cathedral. From there walk along Graben Street or Karntner Strasse.
The hotel has a 24-hour cafe bar and free Wi-Fi.
A hop-on hop-off tour bus stop near the hotel. Swedish breakfast is delicious, varied.
The hotel has rooms equipped for wheelchair-accessible guests.

The hotel is just 600m from Mariachilferstrasse, Vienna's shopping street. It is very convenient and easy to get to all the historical attractions of the city, where as the hotel is located in the center of the city, next to the westenbahnhof — 400m.
There are five stops to St. Stephen's Cathedral. On the U3 line. From there, you can walk along the famous Graben Street to Albertina, the Opera House, the Sisi Museum and Hofburg. The hotel is 5 minutes from the Gumpendorfer Strasse metro line from The U6, and it is a short drive from Schoenbrunn Palace. Belvedere Palace is located on the U1 line, stopping Hauptbahnhof.
The hotel has a 24-hour cafe bar and reception. Free and fast Wi-Fi is everywhere in the hotel. A hop-on hop-off tour bus stop near the hotel.

Bathroom showers are provided with molds, heavily polluted window sills. Old, Dusty Rooms. Incredibly noisy at night. Service at the reception friendly in the hotel bar Impossible. Waited 30 minutes for Coffee. Room price with EUR 99 incl. Underground parking without breakfast a cheek.

It's a nice place and pretty central. Huge amount of rooms (13 floors). Only letdown is that the restaurant was half smoking half nonsmoker… resulting in a smoke filled room. The location make this a good place. Just 2min walking to the mayor U-Bahn and tram lines.

This hotel was nice and clean and the staff were great. The only problem was that the elevators would take 5-10 minutes to get to you, because they would go to random floors instead of yours! Then the same thing when you get on — you wait several minutes to get where you want to go! We tried to take the stairs but those were hard to find, and it led us to the basement somehow. The hotel is nice but hard to get around in.

Tired interior and small rooms but great views. Located near the train station and a 20 minute walk from most attractions. Staff are mixed with some outstanding and others leaving a lot to be desired. Had hoped for better but was suitable for a 3 night stay.

Nice clean hotel staff speak several languages which is helpful for tired guests. Smoking area is by the bar can be slightly off putting for none smoking guests. Rooms are small but have great views. No safes in rooms and no drink making facilities.

Having been there 5 days I could not evaluate very well but I think the only good thing was the breakfast plentiful, small bathrooms small rooms.

Very convenient for not using the car. The tram stop is right in front. Friendly staff even though they don't speak Italian, unlike what is reported on the hotel's website. I would give 5 stars but the Wi-Fi in the rooms is bad.

Great breakfasts — lots of options and I think anyone could find something they will like. Rooms are clean, stuff is helpful, prices are good. As for cons — double room don't have much space, it was forbidden to open a window in our room, and it took quite a time to get downstairs or upstairs because of strangely working elevators and number of floors and rooms.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast buffet. The rooms are very good and spacious. The location is very good; close to a major shopping area but not very close to a metro station or any other public transportation.

Working in the hotel I would have expected plastic glasses closed a mini bar in the room and more towels. Moreover the room being on the ninth floor was able to pass the Metro even at that height a bit ' obnoxious for those who like to sleep in silence. However good the mattresses I would have liked to have extra pillows in the room. The breakfast is a little expensive as for us Italians and made of coffee or cappuccino accompanied by a dessert or fruit.

Ibis hotel was a great experience for us. They were very centrally located, near the train station, and had really good service as well. The rooms were pretty spacious and comfy as well. While not, particularly luxurious, we found this hotel to be the perfect base to explore Vienna from while getting some proper work done too!

Very large hotel. Nice staff Filed minutes in front for bus.

The hotel had wrong rooms, we or had to fend for ourselves.
Small rooms with uncomfortable beds and tiny bathroom. There is no safe the lights come on by themselves the basket is one and very small.
The only nice thing is the restaurant then the night with the trolley passing is a mess you can't keep the windows open.

I liked the location of the hotel compared to the city center and to the train station. Not too far away for those who don't like to market.
The reception is good, respectful, we take care of you quickly.
For the rooms it is well insulated we hear not the neighbors by cons the light in the room not too much to taste otherwise it's nice, friendly. I didn't find any other flaws.

Although this hotel has only three stars, the service is excellent. Rooms are clean and the food is delicious. The hotel is close to city centre, and has affordable prices which are things to be considered when planning a stay in Vienna.

"TOP Hotel in every way! " Hotel works better than specified hotel star. Very good service and very good facilities. Excellent gastronomy; spacious rooms (suites). Courteous staff and attentive staff.

About 400 meters from the train station Vienna West removed, is located this cinder block which now not really is a beauty from the outside. Inside it looks different about it. Generous breakfast area, very nicely decorated bar. This includes the very friendly staff.
The rooms are typical Ibis standard in a perfectly adequate size. Wi-Fi is available free of charge and quite stable.
All in all really to recommend.

Young staff and unresponsive person with disability with which I booked, no help to get out on the porch, so I had to push two glass doors and simultaneously move the hotel's carpark charges after him, the ultra savory (23) from 16 at 7 the next day, nobody speaks Italian, towels are not changed, the toilet is dangerous with glass wall and slippery floor.

Indeed a good hotel for his cathegory and cost! It is clean and has all you can expect from free Wi-Fi to a well furnished breakfast!

Just 300 m away from the Gumpendorfer Straße U Bahn station. The staff is very nice and polite. The ambience is good and not so crowded. Room is nice and tidy.

I was quite disappointed because of the room which was a little bit dirty. Also the staff weren't so friendly.

Walking distance to the center of the staff, there is a Centre for the same price. And the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.

The hotel is good located, right on the tram stop of for lines 6 and 18, only one station of Westbahnhof train station and the subway! Shopping street Mariahilf in close proximity!
Much to recommend, I will stay there again during my next visit to Vienna.
