Good location. Easy to go by train from the Central Station. Good, spacious rooms. Middling breakfast.

The rooms are spacious, located near the tram stop, which is very convenient. The staff are very responsive and polite. The only negative is the weak internet in the hotel.

Very nice place. Citybike station right near the hotel. Good bed. Rooms clean. Good location. Neg: no chep parking near, slow unstable internet, nearest Park and ride is quite far away.

The hotel is located on the second floor of the hotel, on the 1st floor, well-equipped, parking in the courtyard of the property for 2-3 cars, with every 25 euros per night, which is very expensive, a big plus of the property-its location and close to 3 minutes walk there is a restaurant Lala, where delicious food and huge portions, very welcoming hosts.

A lot of noise… cleaning the right… the light of the ww does not work I said I did not fixed it. The best communication. Train station close by.

The location is close to a station stop. Would have liked more cleanliness at the front desk. A little too small but comfortable.

The hotel is disorganized, we were made to wait to take the rooms two hours without telling us before. The rooms are big, in those from 5 there are even 3 bathrooms. The food, I speak Italian, is good and varied. It is located near the metro so it is convenient. The service works, they make the rooms like every day.

Hotel just acceptable, the hot water not working in the sink, the cold one does not work in the shower. Breakfast acceptable, dinner will take away the courses before you have finished and by the way they bring you the next while you have not finished the previous.

Good service, buffet meals, missing an inside bar but you can find them in the surroundings or take the Metro and head into the center.

Room was dirty. Hairs in bed and bathtub. No sink for our bathtub. Toilet flash was broken. Chair was broken. Reception was not friendly towards client's. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was vary big, we got a 3 single bad which was disappointing because we were a couple. No refrigerator, the bathroom was leaking water after showers towards the hallway (which was covered with a carpet and there for got soggy and wet. ) the location of the hotel is right on the train station so its a perfect location. Fine breakfast. The safe box wasn't working.

Anything but cheerful. Luckily there are always guys from other schools with which to spend the evenings. Across the street is a nice place to eat kebab and pizza (not bad, to be a Moroccan guy in Vienna to do it) and take some beer;)

Good value for money Staff very nice but little present, large rooms, Wi fi available, just cross the road to get to the tram stop. Very comfortable but a little noisy due to the traffic.

We stayed for two nights and the hotel was disappointing. There was almost no water in the shower, the shower head and some of the lights were broken. I would not stay there again, especially considering the price which was more than 100€ per night.

Stayed here for 2 days with my wife. It's location is at stones throw distance from metro/tram/ train station. Rooms are big. Breakfast is elaborate. It is placed at a convenient location where you have accessibility to most of the important things. You have restaurants around the hotel to have a good meal at cheap price.

The hotel meets for one person or two persons will only sleep in the hotel. Well connected.

We goods to three over the weekend in Vienna, Kurzfristig (1Woche vorher) searched for a cheap hotel with breakfast and found the Allegro (€73 per night).
We goods in the newer part of the hotel, we had a huge room (like on the picture of the hotel, a triple room with 3 full beds) and also a cracked bathroom with Dusche (Groß genug für min. 2 per. ), full clean and pleasant, beds and furniture (wardrobe, chairs, etc. ) recent, not from usual. Originally, we wanted to stay only until Sunday, have extended but still 1 day, and have not regretted it.
W-LAN in the room free of charge, I found very good, because you can better plan the sightseeing on the tray or similar.
I was really tasty and rich breakfast (buffet), there was coffee, I found lecker (Automat), tea, milk, juice, sparkling wine, cakes, bread, Wuscht, cheese, egg, Rüreier, Bacon sausages, cereals, because really everyone found something, and yet in the price involved, what one wants more, fortified the city with S, can U-bahn, etc. Explore. (24 H is ticket to recommend) Car in the Vergünstigen Park House (by the hotel), although is not around that corner, but 5-10 min. Walking very well, the car nobody needs anyway, to drive it with the transportation or walking on foot.

Room was spacious and clean. By spacious, I mean hugeeee. Bathroom clean, the shower awesomeeee. Very close to the public transport and can go directly to haupbanhoff. Many eateries and shops around. The staff speaks a perfect english, very nice and helpful, they even helped us to built our itinerary. Perfect!

Ecellent value for money i was very pleased with the 3 nights stay, great location near main train station breakfast delicate and as it should, rooms are perfectly clean and pleasant.

Our room last summer, was tatty, the reception staff, praised the "shag carpet" stained. The Windows were dirty, a blind, broken, uncomfortable furniture (no picture, no curtains). There was no wardrobe! We stuffed the cabinets of our stuff in the night, of which one was a bit broken, the Rest we hung haphazardly over a chair, or 3 hooks. In the bathroom the shower was very calcified and unsightly. In this room you could sleep, but not stop; there was only a seat; said chair, but where the things were, not a small table, etc. The Breakfast, The help and the booking was OK for the price at an event nice and easy. The Central location had the advantage of a quick access to all means of transport. Upon departure, I saw by chance in the adjacent room, which has just been made by the staff, clean and to the contrary saw our room (wardrobe, curtains, borders to Wallpaper). When you Ask I got the answer, we had a standard room. My conclusion, at the next visit to Vienna I will book again the Hotel am Rennweg, cheap didn't pay off.

I'm staying regularly in this Hotel and find all the best. Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed and fair prices. For my next stay in Vienna I will book again a room.

Super clean and very friendly staff.

The worst experience ever. Standard Room was dirty and with a horrible bath. TV was so old you couldn't watch anything. We wanted to change into a DELUXE Room. It was horrible. There was no difference. Standard room was 65€. We changed into a SUPERIOR ROOM for 100€ per night, actually it costs 148€ per night but because we were pissed we got an offer from the manager. Breakfast was at least good. But for so much money there are many other hotels in Vienna and much cheaper. Parking was 15€ extra. Good luck. Don't book this hotel if you want to have a good night.

Booked this hotel because it had a very good offer for 2 nights including breakfast we had a very spacious room that we LOVED. it worked perfectly. Breakfast was sooooo good even for myself as I am not a breakfast person really. The room faced a big intersection and it was a bit loud with windows open but we loved to look out the window as there was so much too see all the time. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definetely stay at the Hotel Allegro again. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Hotel Allegro is a hotel with great potential. It will be re-launched in 2014 as a budget design type of hotel and will earn itself a position as THE landmark hotel in this part of Vienna. Very dirty and not very modern hotel! It doesn't deserve 3 stars but just 1 to 2 stars. The rooms are old, the bed uncomfortable. The carpet is dirty, the curtains are black, the walls are dirty. For breakfast it's OK. It is very poorly soundproof and you can enjoy the noise from the street all night.
A council do not book!
