Small but sufficient and convinient room. Clean. They respect the signs you put on the door. They supported us with keeping the luggage for 5 hours after check-out. Staff was always helpful and professional. Not 5 stars, just because of the parking situation.
For five days we had a very comfortable and stress-free stay in here. Very conveniently placed in the centre of the city and close to all the hot spots of visit. Our room of triple share was quite comfortable. With enough room space to walk around. Bright, airy, clean sheets and towels added to our comfort. Our choice of tea bags were provided every day and we did not have to repeat repeat our needs. Our breaking the fast was very tummy filling. With a wide variety to choose from. The Staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant. And more specific they were on their toes with a smile on their face. Melanie was a dear. The outside potico was very cheerful to sit and have the breakfast. When we had to leave early in the morning for our visit to Slazburg they gave us packed breakfast. The staff at the reception were also helpful and pleasant.

Amazing as always I luv IHG hotels and this one in particular got a very homey feel to it. The night staff are amazing ANA & Wolfgang are exceptional. We stayed there for 4 nights and there was a parking lot that belongs to the hotel it only had 8 spots and 2 more for handicapped guests. It was very tight so ur driving skills will be tested very well. I loved that before we drive out of the parking lot I had to pull on the magic red rope.
